Jamie blocked his eelings from her all he needed was for her to find out about this flame inside

Shadow noticed the block and shrugged mentally. She curled into a ball beside Jamie.

Jamie could resist anymore he layed his head on Shadows backtogether they looked wierd a cheeta and a wolf together

Shadow tensed slightly as Jamie put his head on her back, but soon relaxed again. She wagged her tail slightly.

(im all giddy now lol)

Jamie saw Transk look over, and then look back again, he liked Shadow he wasen't going to pass on this oppertunity.

Shadow raised her head, looking at Jamie. She licked him lightly on the nose.

(ooohhhh! hehehehehe)

Jamie responded by licking her nose back, he sometimes forgot there was a human there, really this was jamies first kiis, even if he was only being licked

Shadow bowed her head, smiling again, thankful that her black fur meant that no one could see it when she blushed.

Jamie put his head on the ground, he could see Shadows eyes sparkling, replying the event

Shadow wagged her tail again, nipping him affectionately on the ear.

Jamie hoped that Shadow wasen't going out with Transk, he wanted her all to himself

Shadow sensed Jamie's thoughts again.
"No," She replied.

"I hate it whe you do that" he replied her comment

"Good" Jamie sent back after 20 mins silence

Shadow bowed her head, cursing herself for not having more control over her mind-reading ability. She put her head back down on her paws, gazing at the water.

Jamie sensed her feelings "i was joking... its a gift you should use" he reacted quikly..
he licked her once again

Shadow turned back to look at him.
"Ok." She said, licking him back.

Jamie grinned, he was glad Shadow could read minds, afterall they wouldnt be togther would they he thought

Shadow managed not to read his thoughts this time. She put one paw over Jamie's.

Jamie laughed inside, he knew Shadow tried hard not to read that thought, Jamie felt the paw on his, he felt loved, like he was never loved before, Shadow was his first love

Shadow felt the same way, having never been allowed to see people during her childhood.

"I like you" Jamie thought he should tell her, maybe it was the words bubbling in his head that made him feel so giddy

Shadow was a bit confused, but that was because of her personified emotions in her mind.
"Tell him!"
"Love!"
"She's right you know."
"Affection, don't you start."
"Go on... you know you want to say it!"
"Friendship!"
He is kinda cute, you have to admit that..."
Shadow came back to the real world and looked at Jamie.
"There's something I want to tell you..." She said.

(i havent a clue what that all meant but i get the point.. lol)

"yea..."

"I...I... I like you." She said quietly.

"what else do i need to know eh?"

Shadow frowned slightly, her head on one side questioningly.

"I meant that ive been waiting to hear those words since i first set eyes on you.."

Shadow smiled again, licking him on the nose.

"thats what i like to see" he sent her, afraid that if he spoke he might distrub the others

Shadow gave a soft, howl-like laugh.

Jamie, looked at Shadow and gave her another lick on the nose, he loved that laugh.

Shadow put her head down on her paws, looking up at Jamie. She was enjoying spending time with some like her, who didn't want to hurt her.

Jamie lay there watching Shadow he wished that he could this forever but he knew that Transk would have something to say about this, he expected Transk would make a good alpha male if he really wanted to.

Transk had been watching them, but turned towards the lake. He jumped in, beginning to swim.

"uh" jamie thoght, well at least Transk wasen't swimming in a pool of his blood.

Shadow raised an eyebrow at Jamie.

Jamie turned around and laughed, "joking joking" he said to her raised eyebrow

Jamie watched Emmalyn go over and chase the butterfly, he wondere if she really meant is if Jamie does anything wrong, he may only have been there a little while but he wasen't going to hurt Shadow

Shadow watched Emmalynn pounce on the butterfly and laughed again, remembering a time when she had also done that.

Jamie laughed at Shadows histerics, maybe it was a memory, at least if it was it was a happy memory.

Jamie stopped laughing, he thoght Emmalyn was warning him in some way.... maybe she wasen't ready to be friends with him.

Jamie turned and licked Shadow "you ok" he asked
