I thought he was adorable at first, but then he got annoying (...in Eclipse, to be truthful). He's funny, sure, but he annoys the hell out of my beloved Edward

Anyway.

I have this theory... (ECLIPSE WARNING!!!!)

I hate Jacob Black.

Hmm that's an interesting theory...because he does pay her a lot of attention etc. I was actually reading the imprinting chapter last night, here's the part where she asks him:

"Did it happen to you?" I finally asked, still looking away. "This love-at-first-sight thing?"

"No," he answered briskly. "Sam and Jared are the only ones."

Now, it could be his 'briskly' here is because he's annoyed that he hasn't imprinted on her, or taken another way because he has.

I've not heard this theory before, you've certainly given me something to think about...

I believe it states pretty clearly on her site that Jacob did not imprint on Bella...

I took the word 'briskly' as in 'fast reply', which I immediatly conenct to this kind of scene;

"No!" the boy answered QUICKLY.

In other words, yes, the boy did eat the girl's candy, but he lied about it xD

But it would totally fit (as much as I hate that fact...) I mean, they're childhood friends, right? They became good friends, like brother and sister, and then something more... maybe xD Besides, didn't he tell Bella that too, when she was all shocked about Quill imprinting on that little kid? (Wasn't her name Claire?)

He said that Quill would be the coolest big brother ever, and when she got older, the best friend a girl could ever have, and... yeah, you got my point xD

But I would still like to see Jacob imprint on someone...there's a lot of Jacob/Angela stuff around the fandom.

Sometimes I can't understand the vehement hatred towards Jacob. Stephenie herself loves him :D

So...Jacob theories? Will he live or die?

I personally think...he will die This story is likened to Romeo and Juliet, and even in the books Bella assigns herself the role of Juliet, Edward as Romeo and Jacob as Paris.

Now, I hope that the entire Romeo and Juliet ending doesn't happen but...it would be angsty if Jake died, no?

I want him dead, sorry, but someone has to die in order to make some balance in this-- I MEAN THAT world xD

Maybe, JUST MAYBE, he would die for... Eddie xD Maybe, JUST MAYBE, he FINALLY realizes that Bella loves Edward, and Edward protect Bella from WHATEVER (...vampire, werewolf, something that would kill Eddie) and Jake knows that Bella would be SO unhappy without her dear Eddie, and he would somehow jump in front of Eddie, and save him, and die and all...

Dude, I need to write a Twilight fanfiction about this :D

I used to want him dead... I'll admit it. But I honestly think that if Jacob can move on and imprint on someone else then he and Bella could truly just be friends. Which would be great for both of them, because they both have to hide what they are from anyone outside of vampires and werewolves.

I think if he was going to die it would have been in the last book. But, assuming there are more books in the future, what would happen if Edward accidently killed Jacob?

YES YES YES YES YES YES!!!!!!!!! EDDIE SHOULD KILL JAKE :D

Imagine how Bella would feel if Edward killed Jacob...

I think that maybe the Volturi will come, discover the werewolves and try to eliminate them...

.......what Bella doesn't know, won't hurt her xD

Seriously though, if Edward - or any of the other Cullens - killed Jacob, I think Bella would be devastated. Remember, she is in love with Jake...she just loves Edward more. She cares about Jacob and if he were to be killed at the hand of her family...

OR what if Bella becomes a vampire and then somehow her new natural aversion to the wolves makes her go all violent against them, and because she'd have newborn strength SHE kills Jacob. Now *that'd* be an angst-fest :D

.......BELLA WILL KILL JAKE!!!!!!!!! *is on a Let's-Kill-Jake-mood xD*

Okay, I admit it; Edward (or any of the Cullens) wouldn't kill Jake.
