The Rebelious Journey

Herbology lesson had just ended, and Hayley's class were leaving the Greenhouse. Hayley glanced around made sure no one was watching, and grabbed Holly's arm. "C'mere," she whispered. She looked over to the Forbidden Forest. "Let's be rebels, and go for a wee walk...." she trailed off smiling, hoping no one else had saw.

"Yeah...she's ok...she's resting a bit...but otherwise, she's ok," said Natalie reassuringly.

Hayley nodded, and saw the deatheaters were leaving. "Hey- wait!" said Hayley walking towards them. "Which one of you hurt Holly?" she asked. A rather large male deatheater put up his hand nervously. Hayley smiled slyly at him. "Thankyou for your honesty, I appreciate it." she drew her wand, and yelled, "STUPEFY!" The deatheater flew backwards, and hit a huge tree. Hayley grinned at the other deatheaters, and said, "Off you go," As they turned around, Hayley muttered a spell under her breath, and they all tripped, realising that their shoes were suddenly tied together with their laces.

Natalie watched the death eaters go...but if course all the dead death eaters lay on the ground.

"Good job Hayley," said Natalie, impressed with how she dealt with the death eater who had hurt Holly.

Hayley nodded, and smiled proudly, then bent down to Holly. "You okay Bris?" she asked.

Natalie also bent over Holly, as did Chucky and Tiffany.

"How you feeling?" Natalie asked.

Tiffany, who was squinting, smiled.

"If I squint, you look a bit like Jennifer Tilly," Tiffany said to Holly.

"Um Tiff...now is not the time," said Chucky.

Eliza and Zeke laughed.
"So, are we all in one piece?"

"Oh yes," said Natalie, "though the death eaters aren't," she pointed at the cut up death eater body parts behind her.

Holly muttered something.
"Wheres Jamie?" she asked.
"Why?" George asked nervously.
"So i can kill him," Holly said simply.

"I dunno...I think he ran that-a-way when he accidently cursed you," said Natalie, pointing behind her.

Holly stood up with out using her hands to push her. One thing she was good at in the world of sport.
"JAAAAAAAMIE!" she yelled, and limped around a clump of trees.

Hayley ran after Holly, and held her by the arm, "Bris, your not in a good state, sit down," she said, lowering her to the ground.

"Aw...come on...let the kid go...I kinda wanna see what happens," said Chucky, looking excited, "I mean...she has a wand for Dambella's sake!"

"I'm not USING my wand," Holly muttered, and continuted limping around in search of Jamie.
"Jamie? Jaaaamie? James?"

Hayley sighed, and shook her head, and let Holly get on with whatever she wanted to do.

"Holy S*** this could get nasty...I wish I had a camera," said Chucky, following Holly, "you comin' Tiff?"

"Yeah...I won't want to miss this," said Tiffany, looking gleeful.

"You should want to miss this," Holly muttered, murderous.

"kid...do you not know what I'm famous for...I'm Chucky...the killer doll...and I dig it," said Chucky, using one of his motto's.

Hayley tutted, and walked grudgingly after Holly, "Bris, I know you feel...murderous and what not, but don't do something you'll regret," she said.

"You know....sweetface is right....shut up Chucky!" said Tiffany.

"Aw man," said Chucky grudgingly.

"I don't like your tone of voice," said Tiffany, sounding hurt.

Chucky sniggered.

"You. Are. Not. Your. Mother," he said, smiling slightly.

Hayley tutted at Holly.

Natalie did the same as Hayley, only with a wagging finger.

Hayley sighed, and decided best not to interfer with Holly's rebelious goings-on.

Natalie sat down on the tree stump and waited patiently for Holly's anger to burn out.

Hayley sighed, "So what's up?" she said, trying to lighten the mood.

"Well...OWL's soon," Natalie said, her face lighting up.

Hayley frowned, "Oh goodie," she said, then seeing the look on Nat's face, smiled.

Natalie knew that Hayley's smile was fake, but smiled back all the same.

Hayley stopped fake smiling, and gasped, "Oh no!" she said, as she saw her owl Elliott appear onto of a tree. He swooped down, holding a letter in his legs. "No, no...no," Hayley said, as she opened the envelope with trembling hands. She knew what was coming. She had expected for a while now. She unfolded the parchment, and read;
Dear Hayley,
Some awful, but unexpected news has arrived. Your uncle Raymond has been found dead at 12 Grimmauld Place. You know that he was a deatheater- not by will, but by force. You also know, that as you are the eldest child in his family- as he had no children- that you are heir to his entire fortune- and that you must carry on his line of Deatheater-ism. Hayley snorted at the word, but read on; I am sorry to tell you this, but as soon as you finish reading this letter, you will be branded with the Dark Mark. There is no way to stop it, and only few- almost impossible- ways of getting rid of it.

Hayley yelped as she felt a stabbing pain in her left arm, and as she lifted up her sleeve, she saw the Dark Mark, carved there, shining as if new. She gasped, and sat down. "My uncle was forced to say that if he died, his Dark Mark would be sent to me. I'm...I'm..a deatheater," She looked up at her friends, and began to cry.

Natalie looked at Hayley, shocked and frightened.

"Oh my gosh Hayley....how...what...how?" Natalie screamed, distraught.

Hayley held her head in her hands, and spoke quietly. "This- what has just happened- is one of the most advanced forms of Dark Magic. See, when Voldemort asks someone into his ranks, and they refuse, he forces them. Cruciatus curse and such. So when my uncle was tortured into becoming one, he told Voldy that when he died, I had to carry on," she looked at Natalie, "He didn't know what he was saying, he didn't purposely ruin my future. I don't know why, but Voldemort liked this idea. So, anytime he forces someone to side with him, he makes them choose an heir. That letter carried a curse. As soon as I started reading it, there was no going back," She put her head back in her hands. "This sucks," she said, then almost laughed. "Well, this will look good on my CV," she said, half-grinning. She looked at the mark on her arm. "It's horrible, isn't it?" she said, prodding it with her wand.

"Man," Holly said re-entering, "Those were some HOT american guys- oh, hey, whazgoinon?"
She noticed Hayley's dark mark and swore.
"YOU COULDDA TOLD ME!" she said, and slapped her.

Hayley winced slightly as Holly slapped her, and sat down on a rock. "Jeez dude, are you deaf?" she asked. She sighed, and shook her head. Suddenly, she gasped, and grabbed her left arm, as the Mark throbbed and sweled in size, "Dudes!" she said, standing up, "He's, he's coming!"

"Eh?" Holly asked bewildered. Then she understood and apologised, before grabbing Hayley and Natalie and running for the nearest exit. But it was too late. There he was.
"Hi." Holly said.

Hayley stopped, and gasped, as her Dark Mark burned hotter then ever, making her shake, and almost crumple to the ground. With a flick of his wand, Voldemort had dragged Hayley beside him, so she was standing facing Holly and Natalie, he face screwed up and her right hand still firmly placed on her left arm. "Do it," Voldemort said, poiting his wand at her. Hayley tried to refuse the imperius curse, but try as she might, nothing could stop her from hexing Holly. "Help...me Bris," she whispered, struggling to talk.

Holly was imperised (how do you spell that lol) and so stood motionless in front of Hayley and Voldemort, awaiting an order.

Hayley used all her strength, and told Holly silently to curse Voldemort. She strugled, and shook off the curse he had put on her, and stood beside Holly, removing the Imperius curse.

"What?" Holly said, teetering on one foot for a moment. She grabbed Hayley's arm for support.
"What happened? Where are we?"

Hayley frowned. "Doesnt't matter," she whispered. "When I say the word 'amphibian,' grab onto my arm," She looked at Voldemort. "Bye bye," she said, before yelling, "AMPHIBIAN!" Holly was a little late in grabbing her arm, so Hayley garbbed her instead. Hayley spun on the spot, Holly beside her, and after a moments darkness, she landed on the ground, which she could tell was wet. "I took us to...um," she looked aroud, standing up, "A Forest somewhere," she said, squinting in the sunlight, "We should be safe now,"

"Amphibian?" Holly asked, "Who am I? Is my name Amphibian? Thats odd....like your eyes. GAWD! WHATS THE ABOUT?"

Hayley laughed at Holly's outburst, and looked around. They were standing in a forest, but in the distance, Hayley could see what looked like a large enough cave. It began to rain, so Hayley grabbed Holly byt the arm, and ran to it as rain splattered down hard. Once inside the cave, Hayley did some protective charms aroud them.

Holly let herself be dragged by this mysterious girl.
"Who are you?" she asked, scared, "Look I dont like this, wheres mum and dad?"

Hayley's brow furrowed, and she wasn't quite sure if Holly was joking or not, "C'mere kid, it's Hayley duh," she said, sitting her down, and conjuring a fire. "Tea?" she asked, avoiding the last question.

Holly blinked at her.
"Hayley?" she repeated, "Who ... do I know you? Look can you take me home please?"

Shadow walked into the cave, soaking wet and was surprised to see Holly and Hayley.
"What's going on here?"

"Who's that?" Holly asked, alarmed at the purple hair and cloak.

((course we dont!! 'cept Holly's lost her memory and such ... rage lol))

Shadow raised an eyebrow, and then smiled.
"I'm Shadow, half-demoness." She said, not bothered by the loss of memory. "And I know that you're Holly Bristol."

Natalie reappeared.

"Your name is Holly Bristol," she said to Holly, "I'm Natalie Patterson....we have known each other since like, pre-school....everything'll be ok Holly....I swear." said Natalie.

"Holly Bristol," Holly repeated, "Yeah I know that ... Sha- ... what was it again?"

"Shadow." Shadow said quietly.

"Do you remember me...Natalie?" asked Natalie.
