JUDGES THREAD : Round 5 : Night V Day

To judges:

Each participant needs to be marked out of 100 for their entry. How you mark them is up to you. Look at creativity, individuality and style as well as relevance, clothing and hair choice and background etc.

Look at models clothes, hair, pose and background
Also
look at the two shots together, making sure that not only do they fit
well with each of the opposites, but also sit well together

For
each person put their mark out of 50 for this category and write a few
things on what you thought was good and what could be improved (ie:
what they lost marks for)

Scores will go up when each judge has marked each participant. Scores will be an average of all three scores.

Belldandy 95
I like how you have interpeted this category with colour and also shown a relation between the two poses. The yellow jacket on the day model is a great touch for sunlight and both styles are well thought out. The only negative here is the lack of facial expression changing. Well done.

Ellemanae 92
Another interesting take on this category, though unlike the model before you, you have chosen the direct way to show this and also kept with modelling. Both shots are well done and have been merged really well here. Well done.

violetriddle 80
Although styles are well chosen and go well together, there is a lack of energy in the shots. It seems too minimalistic for my liking, though this isnt a huge negative by any means. Like the first model, facial expression doesnt change which is a shame.

polly 80
A here I see night time taken to the literal. The pose for night in itself is too stiff and not quite a models style, though works well. Day time shot better, though facial expressions again are the same. A little too minimalistic here also.

Elana 75
We have a mixture of concepts here that I can see which is a little off putting. The day time model seems to be showing more symbolism with sunlight colour, unless I am confused and that is night time, though I beieve if it is it doesnt work that way. The night time shot is being portrayed more literally which put together does not show night V day well. On their own, style is good, though.

Im usually a great fan of purpe but your night time shot purple contacts just seems unecessary. Other than this, this shot is much better than the day shot as I feel that this is too stiff a pose. Not quite up to your standards here I feel.

A complete oposite shown here and done rather well. It doesnt automatically show night V day, though it does work very well together as one person. Night style is beautiful - no complaints at the style here from me and day style works really well too. Lack of expression change lets you down here though.

Severus Snape 89
Oh dear, you have been polishing your head again havent you?! The complete baldness here with that shine is so offputting. As with the first model, you show great concept and relation between both shots, although day model looks slightly bored, and Im sorry i just cant see past that head shine!

Nice Wings. Even though the outfits are good the choice was too obvious, you should have dared more.

Even though im not a fan of the outfits the interpretation was more out of the box so you get extra points for that.

This is like the first models. Too obvious and though I usually appreciate these kind of outfits today's clothes are not so impressive as usual.
