Empty 3rd Floor Classroom

Hunter sat back in the chair, his legs crossed at his feet and his arms folded behind his head. He closed his eyes and watched as the torch lights flickered shadows on his eye-lids.

He nodded. "Then go back to the room, or perhaps back to your common room so people will know it wasn't you. Act like nothing's wrong. I will take care of him," he said, lifting Parker into the air and sending him into the empty classroom.

Violet nodded. "Just...let me know when you finish." she whispered, walking back towards her common room.

Hunter waited until she was gone then walked into the classroom, shutting the door and placing a silencing spell on it. Henry was knocked out, not moving, but still very much alive. Hunter smiled, an evil, sadistic smile he hadn't worn in years, since he had killed Shannon's father in revenge.

They say the blood lust never leaves you once you make your first kill, and at that moment he tended to agree with them.

With his eyes he raised Parker in the air until he was suspended with his arms out and his feet straight down, two feet above the ground. His eyes burned with hatred, picturing Shannon's father once more in his mind. With a tiny quirk of his eyebrow, Parker's left arm broke in three different places. And he woke up, screaming about his arm.

Violet closed her eyes, hearing the scream. She was hoping he would make it painless, but he wasnt going to. She walked faster to the common room, feeling horrible by the minute. Henry's eyes opened, looking down at the man. "WHO ARE YOU!" he yelled.

He smiled that malicious smile again and said in a whisper, "I'm your worst nightmare." And with that his other arm broke in four different places. He made a note to reinforce the silencing charm on the door.

Violet sat in the common room, sighing. She grabbed a book from her bag before going upstairs to change into a pair of shorts and a old t-shirt.

Hunter stood there looking at his prey while the wizard screamed obscenities at him. Lowering his head, he lowered Henry down until they were eye to eye.

"If I were you, I'd shut my mouth right now! You are only going to prolong the agony the longer you spout that garbage," he spat. And with a crack, he backhanded him. Blood spurted from his nose and lip, but finally he fell silent. With a satisfied smirk, Hunter strode back to his seat to get ready for the next act, with Parker still hanging in the air.

Violet curled up in a ball like a cat in the chair, her book still in hand. She wondered if Hunter had finish killing Henry as she flipped threw the pages. Henry growled at him, pain going threw him. "Just kill me dammit!" he yelled.

"I don't think so, Henry Parker. You like to hurt women do you?" he asked, rhetorically. His eyes blazed with anger and all of a sudden burning torch like whips appeared out of nowhere and started whipping Henry on the back. His screams echoed of the stone walls, louder than before. He still hadn't improved upon the silencing charm he had placed on the door, but with the screaming going on, he wasn't sure if it would help anyways.

Violet stood up, finally after an hour. She was going to walk back upstairs to see what was going on.

Violet had just made her way to the 3rd floor when she stopped, seeing Tom. She backed up some, hoping he hasnt seen her.

Violet ran in behind him, pushing him to the floor. "Say nothing Tom!" She yelled, shutting the door. She put another spell on the door, keeping it locked and another silecning charm. "Hunter...just kill him now!" she yelled at him. "And Tom...my paying back is finally here." She whispered softly in his ear, kissing his neck softly.

Violet looked at Hunter, backing up some. "Tom...I told you I would kill you one day...and I will." she hissed.

Violet glared, showing her fangs. "I changed in those few years." she hissed, licking her lips.

Hunter watched the confrontation that was going down, and then back at Henry, hanging in the air. With a turn of his head, Hunter ripped Parker's head from his body. The wizard now dead, he let the body drop back to the floor, a bloody pool forming underneath it. He looked at Violet, then at the supposed Tom and said, "Who's the bloke?"

Violet looked back at Hunter before grabbing his hand, disapparating to another part of the castle. "Look...I'm sorry...but...I cant tell you more then you already know." She said, walking back to her common room. "Come on...might as well sleep somewhere." She mumbled.

He frowned at her. He didn't think anyone was able to apparate in the castle. Oh well, surprises were being thrown his way from almost every angle anymore.

He walked up next to her and bumped her shoulder. "I know your a Vampire and all, but I hope that wasn't too much back there, what I did to Henry," he said.

Violet didnt say anything as she said the password, walking into the common room. "if you're wondering...the spell was realesed incase someone tried to attack Hogwarts again." She whispered, sitting down on the couch.

He took her silence to mean she didn't want to talk about it.

"That's good to know, in any case," he said, sitting down on the opposite side of the couch. As he sat there, a song by a muggle group started playing through his head and he started humming the words softly. "I created the Sound of Madness, wrote the book on pain, somehow I'm still here to explain," he sang softly.

Violet looked over at him, eyebrow raised. She said nothin as she aldi down, laying her head in his lap. She closed her eyes, breathing softly

He continued singing softly, running his hands through her hair, much the way she had done for him earlier. The common room was quite peaceful at the moment. He was enjoying the quiet immensely.

Violet listened to him, enjoying him playing in her hair. She opened her eyes, looking up at him. "Why did you toture Henry?" She asked him softly.

"He hurt you," he said softly and simply. He twirled a strand of hair around his finger and frowned. "If there's one thing that makes me see red, its when a man abuses a woman. Shannon's father didn't just kill her, he abused her for years first." He ran a finger along her temple.

"When I saw him grab you, I snapped," he said.

"Oh..." Violet whisperd, looking at the fire to aviod the akward tention in the room. "You could have just made it simple...the killing curse and be done." she whispered.

"No, I couldn't," he said. "The way my power works, the killing curse could come out as a sleeping charm. It's notoriously unreliable. So, beheading generally works. Can't mess that one up."

"Then I could have done it..you should have said something." she said softly, turning to loko up at him again.

"It's okay," he said, looking down at her. "If I'm implicated, that's fine. Voldemort doesn't know who I am. He knows who you are though. He might even come after you."

Violet laughed, shaking her head. "It's not like he hasnt done it before. Father likes to make sure I'm in line and not doing things I shouldnt be doing." She said, until something click. She sat up, shaking her head. "Oh my...Phoenix...shoot...I forogt he was married...and he had children. Crude...oh God." She said, pacing.

"Whoa, who's Phoenix?" he said, standing up. "That wasn't the guy I just offed was it?"

"No...i was to marry Henry when we were friends but he met my friend Phoenix...well I met her cousin...the Seth guy. Well they married and had children...two of them. What am I gonna tell her." She said, pulling at her hair.

Hunter sat back down and looked at her with a fire in his eyes. Clearly she hadn't been thinking earlier.

"Hey," he called. "You don't tell her anything. When word gets out he's dead, they'll find the connections to me. She'll assume it was me. From what I could tell, that guy wasn't much of a dad anyways."

"He was a great dad!" She yelled, pulling at hair again. "For the love of Christ." She said, sitting back down, her face in her hands. She pushed her hair back, before standing up. "We have to go...Tom...he saw the whole thing..." She said.

He nodded his head. Yes, Tom did see everything, but he also seemed a bit off his rocker. But then again, did he really have room to talk? He, who just killed a man for nothing more than being a little rough with a girl he barely knew? Well, in truth he felt horrible. But there might just be some...

"Quick, apparate us back to the room, NOW!"

"You arent kill him! You couldnt kill him anyway!" she shouted to him, walking towards the dorms.

He growled at her and vanished, reappearing in the 3rd floor classroom. He quickly found the body and head of Henry and with his magic reattached his head to his body. He used his magic to stitch together all the muscles, tendons, arteries and skin back to one another. If it had been less than ten minutes, there might be a chance. He felt everything stitched back together as good as new, but felt no life force. Taking his palm, he laid them on his chest, sending a quick electrical shock into his body. He felt a faint heartbeat. Thank God. He never wanted to make any children orphans, or as good as, and if this guy was a good dad...

After making sure he would be okay, he apparated the two of them up to the Hospital Wing, leaving him on the nearest bed, and apparated back to the Slytherin Common Room. Stupid girl, thinking he was going after Tom. Speaking of Tom, he didn't see him the room. He figured he had probably left.

Violet sat in her room, looking around for a blood pop. When she couldnt find one, she growled, kicking her bed. Walking back downstairs, she glared at Hunter. "Look I need blood...and fast....if I just bit you...I swear...it wont hurt and I wont turn you...I use to help Seth before he turned me." She told him,

"Are you nuts? I don't think so. Here," he said, tossing her a blood pop he had found in the couch earlier. "Have that."

He sat back down. "And your friends hubby is fine. A minute more and he would've been dead for good. When he's fully healed I'll modify his memory so he won't remember anything."

Violet greedily ripped the paper off the pop, sitting down on the couch agian. When the blood filled her mouth, she closed her eyes, leaning back. "Ok, look...do what you like. Hate to tell you...but he he had good memory...if my dad asked what happened, he will know I had someting to do with it." She mumbled, curling into a small ball on the couc,.

He was getting exasperated. "So should I kill the idiot or not? I really don't want to take a father away from his children, even if he is a maniacal S.O.B."

He looked at her, curled into a ball, and sucking on a blood pop. She must have dropped it earlier. He didn't think they're were too many vampires at Hogwarts. He wanted to rub her back, but with the way she was going after that pop, he wasn't sure if she might try and grab his arm and get after his wrist.

"I dont know. I'm confused." She whispered, throwing the stick on the floor. The pain in her stomach had eased some, but not enough to help her. She ignored it, looking around for a cover to use.

Phoenix's eyes traced the walls, memorizing each and every detail; something was calling her, yet she had no idea what would be. Hello? She called out with only a single thought, Anybody there? She thought once more.

Seth wanded around the corridor, the fresh sent of blood filling his nose. "Who goes there?" He called, seeing figures dancing around in the dark. "Violet?" He asked, curiously.

Violet froze before looking up at Hunter. "Now we really have to go." She whispered, standing up.
