Posting on the Site *PLEASE READ* GRAMMAR, SPELLING & TEXT SPEAK!

Just a quick reminder to please watch your spelling, grammar, punctuation and capitalisation on the site. All your posts should be readable by others!

Some things to take note of:

-When opening a new topic, please do so with proper capitalisation. Don't use all lowercase letters, and don't punctuate at the end of the topic title. HOWEVER, don't use all capital letters in your topic titles or posts.

Eg.

Good:

Quote :

What Did You Have for Breakfast?

Bad:

Quote :

thread for talking about breakfast.

WHAT DID YOU HAVE FOR BREAKFAST?

It just looks nicer and tidier I've noticed the lack of capitalisation in topic titles a lot lately. Doesn't take much effort to use the Shift key, but it makes all the difference when people are trying to decipher posts.

-The same applies to content of a post - please try and make sure it's punctuated and capitalised properly.

-No text talk/SMS-speak. This hasn't really been a problem but just thought I'd add a reminder

Obviously I'm not asking everyone to be perfect all the time, but just try and take a bit of care so everything looks that much more aesthetically pleasing XD

Bumping this up because I've noticed a severe drop in the quality of writing in posts. Please read the above post and heed it!

I don't want to have to start PMing individual members and issuing warnings, but I will do if things don't improve.

People! Please read and pay attention to the first post in this thread! Particularly the first point about using capital letters for thread titles.

SO MANY of the thread titles I see are written in all lowercase letters, and it's driving me mad! And I don't have the patience to go in and edit them all!

This is particularly happening in the RPG section.

Please clean up your posts!
