| Advanced Studies Information
The path to knowledge is in your hands. Within this thread you will be allowed to gear your studies to a subject of your choice within Ancient Runes. But your research must cover an assignment that has already been done. Because I was the original professor of Ancient Runes, you will be allowed to use assignments from the first term on.
Because you have free reign to delegate how you will complete the assignment, students are allowed only 3 independent studies per month. This is subject to change depending on how students take to this.
Grading Policy
Work will be graded on originality and content. Points will be determined once you state your objective for the independent study. Once you post your objective within the respective thread you will automatically receive 10 points once it is approved, but it your responsibility to complete your studies.

Will this count towards my Honor Roll status?
Yes it will. In fact it will help your status tremendously if you complete all assignments as well. At the end of each term, 10 points will be awarded to the best study.
Does it have to be in essay form?
No it does not. This is your chance to be creative. There is no limit to what you can do. If your expertise lies with making graphics or videos, those will be accepted to. The point is to complete your objective and learn more about Ancient Runes.
How long will I receive approval?
Approval can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days, depending on my schedule. Once approval has been given, you will find a thread open for you to post your work.
How long do I have to complete my research?
There is no allotted amount of time for you to complete your research. The sooner you do, the more chance you have to move on to another study within the month.
