HE Mastermind: Round One
Information, Dates & Times

Please read the information below carefully. Round One of HE Mastermind will begin next Saturday (25th April). I have tried to assign you to a time and date suitable to the requirements you gave in the sign-up thread.

If you are definitely unable to make the assigned time, please let me know now, and I will try to rearrange the timeslots. If none of the other timeslots suit, then tell me when you are available and I will try and arrange a one-on-one quiz, however this will mean you missing out on the general knowledge section.

How Will It Work?

Every member will have five minutes in the spotlight to answer as many questions on their specialist subject as they can. Once the five minutes is up, no more questions can be asked/answered. I will copy/paste my questions to save time.

At the end of the specialist subject rounds, there will be a group general knowledge quiz which will run for 10 minutes. Anyone in the group can give an answer.

ALL TIMES ARE IN GMT (BST). PLEASE USE A TIMEZONE CONVERTER TO WORK OUT WHEN THIS IS FOR YOU.
Try and arrive in the chat room (java) on time.

I cant Wednesday. I just get out of school, plus I have physical therapy for about an hour and 15 mins. I can only tuesdays, thrusdays, and weekends. And it has to be about 10...unless its the weekend..

Right, so I've moved violet to Saturday, Lisa to Wednesday.

Harry_potter_rules_27 has been moved to the Saturday slot - let me know if that's okay.

Ame, I've now put you in Sunday, so again, let me know if that works for you.

I should be able to make it on Monday the 27th. Though I'll probably be a few minutes late if that's okay, since 8pm gmt is the exact time I get home from school.

Argh sorry for being a pain but I don't think I could make it Saturday I have karate but only other day I could.

Well if I did this right I have calcuated that time to be at 3 pm here which is a problem seeing how I don't get out of school til 3:15 pm and than i ride the bus and get home around 3:40ish pm so that's going to be a problem.

For Monday? yeah, I can do that. I will be late though because of the time difference.

Im_Hermione - which time zone are you in? I can't work out the equivalent if I don't know where you are.

Snape_Luffer - a little late is fine, I'll just do your section last.

At this point in time Wednesday 9pm would work for me, I should be on at that time anyways to send in an article so it should be fine. If not I'll let you know.

Ame - it's actually 3pm US/Central (if *I'm* working it out correctly!) We have Daylight Savings on at the moment.

Lucy - yes, between 9 and 10.

Well, that would probably be the time of the group quiz anyway - if you haven't turned up to do your specialist subject by then we can just do it at the end.
