Round 2: Boot Camp

Round Two of Talent X is now upon us! Now that you've passed your audition, it's off to Boot Camp!

You have been split into groups, and each judge has been assigned a group to mentor. The judge must coach and guide each individual through this round, from helping you decide what talent to perform in the final round to your outfit, hair and make-up and contestant campaign.

In this round, the judge's will have the oppurtunity to earn points, depending on how much input they have into your coaching.

Your groups and mentor's can be found below, and threads for each group location have been opened.

In this round, each act must put together their talent for the final round to decide the winner.

Your mentor should help each act decide the following:

-Your talent for the final round (must be different to the audition round)
What talent are you going to display in the final round?

-Your outfit, hair and make-up
Perhaps you can design a doll, or make a drawing of your outfit, hair and make-up.

-Your contestant campaign
The first part of the final round will ask you to run a campaign: why should the viewers (other member's) vote for you to win? This could involve poster's, short soundclips...anything!

Scoring for Round Two

Round Two will be judged by myself, and will take the form of a score out of 300.

Each participant will be scored according to the three criteria set out in the post above, out of 100 for each section. Remember - the scores here are for the planning - not the final act (this will be scored in the final round).

Mentor's Can Earn Points Too!

Your mentor's can earn points in this round as well, again out of a possible 300, based on the extent to which they coach and guide you in each of the criteria. It is in their best interest's to get you as prepared as possible for the final round...for if an act from their group wins the competition overall, there's a bonus of 300 points in it for them!
