Ginny decided to question Neville as well. She smiled at him, saying.

"Yes, it is very dangerous. Now, since you do know so much about herbology, can you think of any reason someone would walk around with unpotted Devil's Snare?"

"Um...Mr. Longbottom were where you when the death happened?" Pad asked.

"Could you tell me what the effects of Devil's Snare are? I was never good at Herbology." she asked.

Duck was waiting to question Neville - she had some questions to ask him.

"What have you got to say about the soil that was found near your bed when it was searched, Mr Longbottom? And what exactly was the book that was found about?"

Etta looked at Neville carefully.

"Tell me, do you know about the prophecy? The one where either you or Harry would have to face to Voldielocks to live? Did you know that Professer Trelawney was the one who ahd made the ACCURATE prohphecy? How do you feel about that? Harry lost his parents to death and became the boy who lived, you lost your parents to mental problems curtousy of The LEstrange trio and young barty Crouch jr, and you are, how shall i put this, a nobody? Your knowledge of Devil Snare would mean that you know how to handle it without getting strangled," Etta said waving the devil snare around madly. " I recently came into contact with Devil Snare and it attacked my arm, what would you say my injuries would be?"

"Neville, are you saying that you were only with Ron for a short amount of time? Since you fell asleep, after all." Ginny asked, surprised at how crowded the room was getting. "And did you get the book from the library last night? And, how did the soil end up in your room? What plants do you have in there?"

"Neville you're lying, do you want to go to jail? Do you want to spend time with people who tortured your parents? Tell us the truth, you dont need to be afraid. You also dont need to cover for Ron, you're only concern right now is protecting yourself from a wrongful charge of murder. Now, can we take your planet and match the soil found in your room with that of your muggle plant? What kind of planet is it agian?"

"Neville, you're sweating and your becoming nervous. I think it best for you to tell us what you know. Would you mind telling me why you have fresh soil on the floor in the Gryffindor boys dorm room? " Fated looks directly at Neville with a piercing gaze.~

Ginny's eyes darted between the soil sample, and the soil that was in the plant's pot.

"Neville, this soil does not match. Could you possible explain that to me?"

"Really? What kind of plant?" Ginny asked, knowing she was running out of time.

"Really? How long had it been there? Why didn't you mention anything to him about it" Ginny inquired.

"So, the whole time the Devil's Snare was by his bedside-Harry wasn't there?"

"What happened to it?"
