Life has been pretty alright. I think we just adopted a cat that wandered into our apartment yesterday. How's life been for you?

I'm pretty sure it's secretly their familiar. I mean c'mon a kitty just simply wondering it and entering the house like it's no one's business and being all purry? FAMILIAR I SAY!

Familiar or not, I love her. Kiara is a princess and now she's our princess.

Eloping stuff... Yeah, unfortunately not everybody is going to like you. It just is what it is. Plus, we're going to take the money we would have spent on a wedding for the honeymoon. So we don't have to deal with people pleasing and get an awesome vacation. It's a win-win in my head

Don't be jealous... I've been to Disneyland more times than I can count. I used to live in Anaheim and go almost every day after school. I could see the fireworks show from my backyard.

ALSO CARO!! So many people are here. It's making my heart happy.

So jealous!!! Disneyland is where everything started, so it's kinda the mecca for Disney fans.

Luna is a little crazy creature. She is my familiar for sure. She gives kisses on demand and can never take a good picture though...OH! And she has vampire teeth, because when she was a kitten her baby teeth stayed too long. (It was actually really creepy, because she had two teeth in both canine spots)

Parmesan was born a grumpy old man. We got him when he was 8 months old, but he had lived in an abusive home before that... So he has a hard time warming up to people But he loves me, so that it makes me feel better at least.

Yeah! We are actually thinking about going to the caribbean. Sandals has all-inclusive and it is adult only, so I think we might go with that... But we haven't decided definitely yet. I'm still trying to talk Peter into a Disney Cruise

Wow two sets of teeth would have been weird to see for sure, but at least she's a loving girl. Kiara is pretty loving thus far as well. And Parmesan's old home is sad to hear about I'm glad you gave her a loving home.

All inclusives can be fun. We've looked into Sandals but it's pretty expensive. I know for our honeymoon we went to the Grand Bahia Principe Esmeralda in Punta Cana, which isn't adults only but was really lovely. There was an adults only on the complex, the Grand Bahia Principe Ambar which we ate at one night and it was really beautiful. We actually prefer not adults only because we can be pretty childish at times, so if we're being loud in the pool or whatever, it's nice not to get glared at lol. We've also been to a Grand Bahia in Riviera Maya, Mexico that was lovely and I know they have an adults only complex too.

Disney is sooo expensive for cruising, but I've heard is simply amazing. We haven't even done it yet. But cruising is a great vacation too, one that gives you more options than an all inclusive. True, all inclusives have some activities and you can do excursions, but they're much more set up for lots of relaxing at the beach or pool. Cruises tend to have better entertainment in night time shows and you have the choice if you want to join in activities or any sort of nature or if you'd rather just hang by the pool. We had a great time on our Norwegian cruise. Princess is a bit of an older crowd, so I wouldn't suggest it, but Norwegian has a bit younger of a clientele.

Well we don't want to go RIGHT after getting married, so we are probably going to save up a while afterwards. We still have plenty of time to plan everything out. I know Peter's top choices are either the caribbean or Scotland....Which I would love!

The only issue with Scotland is that it costs $1,700 for just one ticket round trip. Not even including hotel, food, and fun. Why must I live so far from where I want to go?

Cats freak me out - they seem to hate me, and the feeling is mutual.

Well you need your own cat, others cats doesn't count as they are not "pets" to be petted or liked by others xD

Yeah Europe plane tickets are pretty crazy and without an all inclusive option it does mount up the costs pretty quickly. I'm sure that you'll have a lovely time no matter what though.

I haven't seen Disney on Ice though we wanted to it was a money thing. Money actually cancelled Disney Christmas We aren't headed back until 2017 now, which is sad. We will do a cruise in August though and spend Christmas with my family so there's that.

Dogs are way too high maintenance for me, Caro. I need an animal that I can force to love me when I want but will leave me alone when I need space.

I feel like that about cats; they're antisocial, too moody and just judging you silently, whereas dogs are loyal, loving and cheerful, they always greet you happily and they know when you're in pain and comfort you

I've had cats comfort me too But they aren't for everyone and that's okay. Just like dogs aren't for everyone and they all need homes so alls well that ends well. My kitty is currently curled up next to my legs sleeping and I like that.

My cats are super needy. One of them kept whining just now until I let him lay on me. And it is super inconvenient cause he likes my chest and shoulder area, so my ability to type is a struggle. Haha. But yeah, as much as I love dogs, they tend to need lots of attention and if I can barely handle my cats needing as much attention as they do, I do not think I could raise a dog. Love visiting people with them though. My dad has the cutest German Shepard that I basically visit my dad to see.
