DOLORES JANE UMBRIDGE [POLL]

I LOVE HER, she's awesome, i mean yea, she's cruel, mean, evil, kind of crazy, sycko, and probably deserves to be locked up somewhere, but she's JUST so cool!!! I love the way she is.... i mean i don't love to hate her, i just love her!!! She's just.... i can't explain it, but i just LOVE HER!!!! lol she has to be on my top favorites.....What do you guys think?????lol

I don't like her, she hurt Harry, got rid of Dumbledore and did loads of bad stuff. She's the character most people love to hate because she's just so...EVIL.

well it depends....there are some instances where you have to love Umbridge, because its so incredibly funny that she has the confidence to all these things! i found it hilarious when McGonagall kept saying "would you like a cough drop, Dolores?" and i just had this image of the expression on her face....you have to love someone you can make fun of! but then, yes she is evil, and for that you have to hate her. so i hate her, but i love to make fun of her.

she is a nasty piece of work! The only good thing about her is we have a laugh when others start playing tricks on her - especially fred and georges escape escapade!

I really don't like her!!! She's a real pest in the book. I wanted to chuck the book
across the room!! She was on every freakin' page almost! It was insane.
But, I have to admit she did some things in the book that made you want to
know what she would do next.

I hate the evil little bow wearing cat loving sorry excuse for a witch. She deserves nothing more than the kiss of death from the very dementors she sent after Harry. I can't believe she even dared attending Dumbledore's funeral. They should have thrown her in the black lake and let the giant squid have his way with her!!!

Some bad guys, you love them because... well, I dunno, you just do. I'm afraid to say that Umbridge is not one of these bad guys. I couldn't find any redeemable qualities she might possess in the books.

omg.. did I just say "interesting character"? ... seems I did... well, not interesting in the Snape or Voldie way just... some things she does make the action interesting... but I guess that's the way with all evil guys

The sad thing is: I think she is really evil. She obviously has no heatr to speak of and is truly brutal towards other human beings.

I don't even like her as a villain. I think she isn't deep enough to be liked as a bad guy, and her views were so nuts, I think that she was actually a bit unbalanced. Either that or she was just to lazy to come up with her own views and parrotted whatever the current minister held.

i love umbridge, i liked snape too... well id on't anymore because he turned out good.

Can't stand the woman. She is pure evil. However, the lady that played her in the movies did a pretty amazing job.

While I hate the actions and Umbridge herself, I love the character involvement in the books. She was essential to the fifth book and important in the seventh as well, so I like her in the way she carries out character devlopment, but as a person she's just plain evil.
