I eat anything that's in the fridge to help my nerves.

Weird, I know

and I walk around alot.I can not sit down at all if I'm jittery.

What do you do when you're nervous?

i do the same! when i am nervous i eat and eat and eat! Also if im upset nervous i fiddle with anything that i can get my hands on

depends on the type of nervous i am but i always bite my lip, if i am sitting i will tap my foot or shake my leg and basically i can't sit still.

Let's see...wow I have a lot.

1. bite my lip
2. jiggle my leg or foot
3. hit my tongue against the roof of my mouth so it makes a 'cluck' sound
4. talk really fast
5. sometimes i turn red
6. i pace

yeah lol... i suppose im a very nervous person!

2. Hit my head
3. Pace
4. Drum with my fingers
5. Talk with the speed of light (making no point, whatsoever!)
6. Panic :D
7. Touch my hair more than usually (reminds me of James in OotP...:D)
8. Hug people (i like to hug even if i'm not nervous, but when i'm nervous, i practically cling on people and they have to drag me on the floor after them..)

- pace around the room
- bite my nails
- tuck my hair behind my ears again and again and/or twirl hair around a finger
- stutter while talking quickly and quietly
- my leg bounces (dunno how else to say it)
- play with my necklace/ring/watch/earrings
- push my glasses up my nose again and again even though they don't slip down all that much, lol
- crack my ankles/knuckles

I bit my lip and i used to twirl my hair with my little finger lol - i also tend to talk to myself too lol

I talk to myself and pace too I did that when it was my turn to recite my lines for Romeo at audition.

ooh when im nervous i do the following:

- play with my necklaces
- pace
- have mental debates of what to do next XD
- bit my lip
- play with my hair
- and I also i drumb my fingers on the nearest thing XD

Oooh I'm a hair twirling too...hehe And I adjust my clothes and stuff. Make sure the shirt is straight, pants are still up...etc. XD

- I shake my leg
- tap my foot
- start rambling to myself
- tell off people I don't know
- bite my nails
- get my hands on anything
- play with my hair

I do this thing where I twirl a strand of my hair around my fingers or sway back and forth or bite my nails. I've also been known to talk to myself outloud lol.

OH, I forgot one thats really silly. I always have to cry when I'm nervous. Because my parents push me to do good, I start to cry when I think something is going to mess up or something.

When I get nervous I start biting my nails (even more than usual) and I'll play with the necklace I always wear or twist my hair around my finger...and often times I start biting my lip...
