Weird Habits

Do you have a habit or do stuff that people think is just plain weird? You know like in Friends Monica can only eat tic tacs in even numbers (lol).

Well, a few examples for me is...
1. When I eat chinese fried rice or or lets say spagetti...I would separate everything as I eat...with spagetti I would eat all the meatballs, then all the mushrooms, then the onions, then the pasta...with fried rice I do the same..lol I don't know why...

2. When I eat anything watery like soup I have to HAVE to each with a large metal spoon...don't know why but to me it just tastes better that way...hahah

3. Whenever I talk I would wave my hands all over the place (gesturing) sometimes hitting people too. And once my friend did an experiment and held my hands still...surprisingly enough...I could think of anything to say...

okay I've got more but I don't want you guys to think I'm a total nutcase...so what's everybody else's weird habits?

Well some of my weird habits...

1. I have this thing when I am eating something hot I have to use a metal spoon but if it's something cold I have to eat with a plastic spoon.

2. When drinking out of any cup, glass, or even a soda can I always have my pinky finger up and out and I can't seem to break that habit.

3. When I am eating popcorn from the microwave and I get down to the kernals, the ones that are partially cracked/popped I always have to dig through find them all and eat them.

Heh I have a lot of weird habits but those are just the ones off the top off my head.

lol with me it's metal spoons all the way with everything. It just tastes better to me! Even if there's tons of clean plastic spoons and only one dirty metal spoon I'll go wash it...I've done that before...lol

Err...wow...let's see...

I always have to have markers/crayons/coloured pencils in a certain order.

My clothes go in a certain clothes order and I have to wear them in that order or the world will fall apart (Funny story about this actually. I was asking my mom to bring me a clean shirt to wear after my performance to the cast party and I say to her "Okay..bring me a blue shirt" and she made this big deal of "OHHHH a BLUE shirt?")

The food on my plate cannot be mixed-I have to separate it

Sometimes I eat things with like numbers involved. For example "One glass of water, two pieces of chicken, three spoonfulls of rice..." etc.

I think I have OCD or something... :P

Here's few...

1. If i make something in the microwave, i have to shut it down before it says PLING. It's weird and very annoying to run through the whole house, tackling everything and EVERYONE who's in my way just to turn it off before the annoying little PLING comes. :D

2. I can't sit like a normal person on a chair. It's weird!! I have to cross my legs, sit backwards on it, lean back on it until i fall off.... any other way but normal! I just can't sit on a chair, i guess i missed the time my mom tried to teach me to sit on a chair...

3. When i'm reading a good book, i have to go to the end and check the last sentence, just to know how it will end. Big picture. :D

4. I try to avoid mirrors. They are so judging :D (i have problems lol)

5. When i want to eat ice cream i have to talk to the fridge like to a baby.... Wittle cutie fwiiiidge... ^^

6. I have to move the table in our living room a little to left just to not let it be straight with the carpet. Of course, my dear mother goes and moves it back, whch annoys me :D

7. It has become a habit to me to say "Hello" and "Bye bye" to my ceiling, wall, closet and computer. So far, they're not responsing back. SOMEDAY THEY WILL!!!!

8. If i'm on a bad mood, i have to pull out a book from my bookshelf and watch it fall to my floor. Then i just leave it there. And weeks later, i find half of my books under my bed.

i do that too!!! lol

some of my weird habits are i eat plastic all the time...well i dont eat it i just chew it and then spit it out...i know its odd but i really like the taste!!! a teacher got mad at me one time ^^

umm another one is i have to have the curtains closed fully...at night when i closed the curtains i have to do it really hard so that there's no gap cuz otherwise it really annoys me!

there's probably more but i cant think...

Ohhhh another weird habit I just now caught myself doing!

If I am eating more than one candy bar I have to have the name of the candy facing up. I hate when they are facing downward hahaha!!

Ooh I have tons of these.

1. I talk with my hands, always! And I've even accidently hit my teacher trying to explain XD

2. When I have my many mental debates I always tip my head to a different side when I come up with a point for that side

3. I almost always look confused XD seriously when riding my bike or reading or being on here or even answering questions in class i almost always wear a confused look on my face XD

4. When I think I bit my lip and then have a completely blank face, but I switch back and forth XD

I talk with my hands allllll the time as well. What else do I do that is incredibly weird...um...hm...

I write on my hands, even if i have paper near me. I really don't know why! :D *writes down on her arm to get rid of this habit*

I When ever I get download a new song I can never listen to it the whole way threw but after I have done that 5 times I can listen to it right to the end.

When I talk I talk with my hands a lot, if it was not for this keyboard I would be talking with my hands

When I get the tube I have to not look at where its going because if i look and its wrong then everyone i am with laughs at me and say that i am stupid but if I don’t look and it is still wrong it don't matter coz I’ll just blame someone else hahahahahahahaha

because my nails are soo long that when a tiny bit of paint chips of i have to re-do them all over again.

every time I take a test I must must must wear my black necklaces with all its charms on it otherwise I think I will do really bad in my test.

If a band get to big and they start to have everyone like them I trend to start to hate them lol I know its werid but true lol.

I will someday burp the whole alphabet and get past the letter "M"

1. When it starts turing into night, I have to have someone on the phone or someone in my house with me. I wil never stay home alone because of a past expierence

4. I flutter my eyes alot when I'm around someone that's annoying. My frined told me that one lol

5. I always sit in the middle of all my classes. Not the front becaus the teacher can see what you're doing and not in th bacn because I can never read the board.

6. I chew on the end of my pens when I'm bored in class (that's how all my teacher's know I don't pay attention, so they cal on me!)

I absofruitely CAN NOT listen to a song all the way through. I get bored easily.

Whenever I hear the words, "Liz Claiborne", "Ann Taylor", "CHili's", "Paper Companies," or "Stapler and Jello in the smae sentence", I burst out laughing. *shrugs* Hey, blame NBC.

I cannot sit on a couch correctly. I always have to sit Indian style or lay down across it, but never just sitting on it.

I'll think of more later....

Oh here's one I noticed this morning in my 1st block class

When I eat pretzels I bite the tiny salt crystals off first

Okay well i cannot sit on a chair straight....i cannnot! i have my ankles crossed...or i tip the chair back...or i sit sidways......or i have on leg up on the seat of the chair.... kind of like caro...

also ever since i got my ears pierced...when i was almost twelve...i often touch my earings, and if i'm not wearing earrings, the place where my ears are pierced. I do this all the time, but most often when i'm talking to someone, especially someone of 'higher status' such as a teacher. For example i went in to talk to a teacher and my friend was watching and my friend asked another friend 'does she always touch her earrings when she talks?" and my other friend was like 'yeah."

and then if i'm sitting at the computer reading something on the internet (not when i'm typing, just reading) i always have my left elbow on the table and have the left side of my face/chin cradled in the left hand.

I also touch/rub my face a lot. Earrings, as i said, eyelashes,...i have this think where i have my elbow on the table and i lean my chin into that hand and hold my chin with all of my hand except for the index fingure which goes up around my lips/chin/ upper lip area.

I rub my eyes a lot....and bit my lip a lot...

when i eat the mints they give you at restraunts i have to suck them, but when i have hard little coffee candies i have to chew them.

When i eat apple slices i have to scrape the flesh of the apple away with my teeth in little bits.

if i am wearing a neacklace i am always playing with the pendent and if i'm not wearing a necklace i am often pulling at the bit of skin at the throat/above the chest where the pendant would usually rest.
i also have a hard time when i'm in class NOT jiggling my foot or tapping the desk with my fingure nails...i also tap my fingurs in the car which drives everyone crazy.

Also i have braces and i have to where rubber bands that connect the top braces to the lower braces...and i always somehow wrap the rubber bands around my tongue or am twisting them with my tongue.

I chew my nails, but i don't bite them off...i just chew on them...it's weird.

My friend told me in my 4th block that when it's queit i strike up a convo by saying. "Sooooo..."

When I buy a can of soda I always spill some on the grass in case of any bacteria. (Something my mom alwys does, so i've always done it)

If I'm bored in the car I playiwith my gum. (we ALWAYS have gum in the car!)

nail polish never lasts on my nails because i scrape off/eat the dried polish off my nails...it's werid i know

Ok....I have loads.

1. I tend to flutter my eyelines alot when I am talking to teachers.

2. I sometimes talk through my nose, so I sound like a have a cold

3.When I cough, I cup my hand over my mouth AND nose.

4. When I am making a presentation of any kind in class, I say "Um" or "er" alot in it.

5.I fiddle with my brace alot.

6.After I pratice my bassoon, I always have to crack my fingers.

7.I can't sit straight in a chair.

8. THIS IS MY WORST ONE, I run my fingers through my hair when I am doing a test in school, so I come out of exams with a huge cows lick for a finge.

9. I eat an ice cream, and when I get to the very end of the cone, I don't eat the bottom of it because once when I was young I found a bug at the botto of my cone.

10. I always have to eat two kit-kats because I got so used to the four finger ones.

11. After watching films, I tend to say my favourite quotes out load.
