To start off the official opening of HEBB, your first challenge is here!

Housepoints

If the task has been successfully passed, 500 housepoints will be added to the base housepoints

If the task is a fail (1 or more members do not post their challenge) then 200 housepoints will be lost from the base housepoints

Each housemate that participates will also be awarded 50 housepoints each

Although you have already been accepted into the house as an official housemate, your first challenge is to write a 300-500 word application. To aid you, look at some of the following points:

A good house mate is someone who is outgoing, and not afraid to speak their mind about what is bothering them so that no hidden anxieties or grudges can be held to hinder the game. I'm sure that I can be classified as outgoing. Also, I'm very competitive and ready to fight for whatever I need to, so in any challenge you put me to I'll give it my all and not stop fighting until the very end. I'll do anything and everything to win, but if I need to help out others I will.

I'll bring energy and amusement to the house. I always make jokes and try to keep the mood as light as possible. I also promise that I'll bring a challenge to anyone who thinks that I'm just a pushover Hufflepuff-which, I can assure you, I'm not. I'm a very creative person, so the things I come up with in the house will be...interesting to say the least. I’m very perceptive, and notice things some people often don’t.

I deserve to win because of the fact that I'm a fighter and never give up. I plan on using every means necessary and available to me to help me when. I'm not ruthless by nature, but if the situation demands it I will be. I'm a very motivated person, so I won't stop until I'm down for the count-which won't happen, of course.

Well I was born in a log cabin in...okay, never mind that. I'm 15 years old, and I'm the Quidditch captain for Hufflepuff, Dueling Champion of HE, a 7th year, and a Professor of Arithmancy-although I need to work on my assignments a bit more. By the end of this, I hope to add “BB Champion” to the end of my long list of titles. I have a younger brother, and live in the USA. On the Hogwarts Experience, I have a grandmother MarieC, mama Swifty, and five aunts I think, and four sisters-one a half sister. I have 25 children, and I don't know how many grandchildren. I don't want to think about it.

A good housemate always remembers that it’s a game. Those you forget get kind of caught up in everything else and don’t remember that they are there for a reason Also good housemates are outgoing and use the skill of drifting. They know when to keep quiet and not say what bugs them. Housemates who are able to do that will go far in the game. Another skill they have to be able to keep people who don’t like them to a minimum. I am fit to do these things and I will be able to do them.

I’m going to bring entertainment and game changing twists to the house. I am the perfect person to do such thing as my mind works so randomly you never know what I’m thinking. Everyone thinks that I’m just sweet little gaming Amby, but I’m uber competitive. So those who think that they are going to beat me easy are in for a shock. Other then competitiveness as I mentioned I am a very entertaining person, as I am so random. I’ll try my hardest to make sure that there is always some form of entertainment happening.

I deserve to win because to put it simply I will fight until the end. You always say you don’t see peoples true colors until the end and whatever fireworks I cause along the way are just the beginning. I know you guys are thinking right now that I’m ruthless or cruel but its still quiet the opposite. I’m competitive sure and going to stir things up but I’m still the same Amber you all love. How I plan to win is all in my strategy which I can’t share cause then everyone would know it.

I’m 13 years old and live in Michigan. Currently the top site poster, 7th year, Gryffindor Chaser, and currently the top Gryffindor house point earner. I’ve become associated with the gaming thread, and even have a nice little house there. I hope to be the Big Brother Champion not only for the title but for the Gryffindor house itself. I have 6 kids, 1 god child, and am the daughter of Skyla. I also have 2 grandkids.

With that said let the games begin.

Why do I think I would be a good housemate? I don’t think it – I know it!
Alright, I’m not that big headed! I know that I can be a great housemate because I am insane! I will bring laughter into the house and try to bring at least one mad thing in an hour. I am totally committed (and I don’t mean to a mental hospital!). I will help bring the housepoints up and up and befriend as many people as I can. I won’t ever let any of my housemates down if I can help it. I will be there right at the beginning of each challenge and put great effort into it and try to motivate those who are not as motivated as me.

I deserve to win the HE big brother because ravenclaw deserves its big break! I will do anything to try to win though I will also try to help my friends as well! I will never give up and will be as committed to big brother and the house as much as I am now committed to the Hogwarts Experience as a whole. My aim is to gain as many housepoints as I can.

I think the hardest thing will be the nominations, especially if I do manage to get down to the last few.

A little bit about me

I am an alien! I was born in Jupiter and was lucky enough to be accepted into Hogwarts. I wish! My historical background is not very interesting. I am an average intelligent person and enjoy being on the internet and meeting new people. I believe that I am a friendly person and love trying out new things. I have traveled a little bit to different countries but hope to see more as the years roll past.

Hello Big Brother! Well, I would like to start off my challenge by stating that I have never watched Big Brother in my life. I went on the website and got even more confused! In fact, all Reality TV isn’t exactly my cup of tea. I did watch an episode of The Real World once. There was nothing else on but it DID help me fall asleep. *smiles* Another thing you should know about me is that I’m quite shy, especially with first introductions. It just takes me a while to open up and be myself. By then, you should grow to love me! Kind of like a ringing by your ear that you get accustomed to. Yet hopefully less annoying.

Now that I’ve told you all my weaknesses, I’ll get onto my strengths which will be so wonderful you’ll forget about everything I just said up there. *points up* (lol) First off, I’m usually known as nice, sweet, and studious. That’s what I’ve always been known as, here and in real life. It suits me, I suppose. And that’s what I believe would aid me in being a good housemate. After all in a few challenges, teamwork is needed. And I’m helpful whenever there is help needed to anyone. I’m also told that I’m interesting to talk to and have a sense of humor. That obviously would be a great asset to keep people entertained. However, don’t get me mistaken as the sweet, helpful, naive girl who will believe anything she’s told. There’s a lot beneath the sweet face that nobody knows about!

Three other qualities I have that can be either good or bad are that I’m a major perfectionist, stubborn, and competitive. In this case, it’s a good thing because I won’t stop until I win and am too stubborn and competitive to accept defeat unless it kicks me. In my opinion, I deserve to win because it’ll be a huge dent in my perfectionist ego if I lose. (hehe) It may also be in my genes to win. Unfortunately, it was how I was raised. I’m the youngest of four girls. My older sisters are about 2 years apart and each one more perfect than the last. Everyone has graduated with perfect NEWTs and given high positions in the Ministry or hospital. Who am I to break the chain? Already I’m the first of my home to enter Hufflepuff (the others were all in Ravenclaw). I was named Hufflepuff’s Hermione, Quidditch Chaser, and ex-Transfiguration Prof now Hufflepuff prefect. Yet like Ron, I will hopefully shine above the rest! *winks* Starting of course with winning this Big Brother competition no matter what it takes!

I’m easy to get along with (mostly) and I’ll be damned if I don’t have fantastic taste in Hawaiian shirts! I think important qualities in housemates are tolerance, respect and a sense of humour, which I have for most people…except for Caree…she’s too whompable. I also make cracking mashed potatoes. I mean, seriously, they’re fluffy and nice, not like that horrible stodgy Smash stuff. That’s just nasty. I’m tidy, neat, and as has been demonstrated so far, people just love to thieve my dinner. So technically, I cook for everyone! :D

As I said before, my highly desirable collection of brightly coloured retro dress shirts, as well as a nice dose of dry wit and competitiveness. I like a challenge…and I like participating and interacting with other people. Clumsy spellwork aside, I’m fairly fun to be around :D Clumsy spellwork included, actually, now I think about it…

I deserve to win because I’m not actually aiming to win :D I’m just here to have a good time, and hopefully help everyone else to have one too. Although, if you want to bring competition into it…I guess I could engineer an…accidental…case of food poisoning to run wild, forcing everyone to withdraw? No? Okay :/ I guess I’ll do it the old fashioned way then, by participating and getting involved as much as I can. After all, I have to show those uppity Gryffindors that Ravenclaw is easily the superior house :D

As for me, I’m a newbie to T.H.E, I’m a Ravenclaw and damn proud of it, and I’ve been swallowed into various families and entanglements over the course of 24 hours in chat I enjoy writing fanfic (H/Hr for the win!) and music, as well as films and travelling. I’m certainly enjoying HEBB so far, and I’m sure it’ll only get better :D

A good house mate is someone that feels and understands the Drama and happenings around them. They are willing to stand up for what the belive in. They are funny, laugh at the approprite times and are loose and easy to get along with. It's important to limit your enemys, have no disagreements and no enemies.

I will bring in the extra douple of fun! Smile and sharing laughs, and of course the...Drama! I will be the one that will have everyone saying "OMG what will she do next." To keep people on the edge of their seats at all times. Also just a bit of Insanity.

I Desever to win, beacuse winning isn't what I'm here to do. I want to have fun and have a chance to play the game. To get to know other housemates. But if I was tring to win, I wouldn't be overly nice, a bit mean at times and quiet. Nice enough for not everyone to hate me but not to nice. I will fly under the radar and snag the win when no one expects it.

Me~ When nothing interesting except, even if I may be 14 I have already asisted in the capture of a murderous rapest in my neighborhood. I helped enforce the law to get pets spayed or neutered. And teaching younger children to read. But I'm not all nice. I was caught and taken to Jail for assisting a juvinalle runaway to well...runaway. I'm Hufflepuff and proud. I see things and the first thing I do is look if it's shinny. I have the attention spand of a gopher and the memory of a gold fish, 1..2..3...Where am I? No JK. I know how to laugh And that's why you should accept me as a contestant for the Big Brother.

Why will I be a good housemate? Well, I shall work hard at my tasks because in a house, each person should have his or her place, a defined duty to fulfill. I shall be cooperative with my housemates, for with out cooperation, how can we live together? If we all argue, we will only hate each other! Not that having differing opinions is a BAD thing! Quite the opposite, my history teacher is quite adamant that we think for ourselves, but an argument brings nothing but fighting and disruption. Healthy debates are good! Especially if major problems can be solved with open-mindedness, compromising, and peace. I shall not hesitate to compromise if a time should arise where that would be necessary, and if I am in the wrong, I will apologize. I shall, in short, contribute to our house goal and get along with everyone without getting in fights. I would also clean my socks.

I can bring to the house a strong will to win and a sense of teamwork, and team spirit. I basically said what I can bring to the house in the last paragraph because why I would be housemate is because of what I bring to the house. Or if I am to take ‘bring into the house’ literally, I can bring my iWiz mini, blue,(wizarding iPod), clean socks and undies, clean clothes, a swimsuit, my schoolwork, my happy peppy attitude towards life, my hyper ness, my wand, my life, my shoes, my sleeping bag, my books, my pens and pencils, my…etc *several hours later*…oh and my dog paw earrings…and my pearl ring…I think that’s it…

Why do I deserve to win? Because I shall work HARD!! I shall strive to do my best! I shall be committed (as school will allow) to winning and doing the best I can!

Well, I was born June 6th 1991…I think it was a Thursday, I was supposed to be a July baby, but I was about 3 or 4 weeks early. Hmm I was home schooled until 9th grade, where I went to a public high school. I’m in 10th grade and have been getting good grades. I adore all animals, and want my profession when I’m an adult to involved animals/dogs.

This housemate apologizes humbly for referring to Big Brother as BB in this paper without express permission. I’m sorry. I just ran out of writing space. It doesn’t indicate a lack of disrespect on my part. Of course not.

I will make a very good housemate, because I’m deathly afraid of BB—no, wait. That wasn’t what I meant. I mean, of course, that I have utmost respect for BB. But I am not AFRAID of BB…of course not. I know that BB only does what is good—what is best for us. So let me take that first sentence back.

I will make a good housemate because I am a Hufflepuff, and have all their best qualities. I am loyal and just to my housemates—I will never evict any housemate who treats me well, and never without good reason. Also, I will not eat all the chocolate chip cookies without good reason. What is considered good reason is of course determined by me. And BB, of course. I’m not forgetting BB. I wouldn’t dare.

I mean…I meant, of course that BB CARES. Yes, that is what I meant to say. And BB makes all the final decisions. I know that.

Anyway. For a Hufflepuff, my brains aren’t half bad. I will try my best to do all the challenges, to the best of my ability.

Unless my laptop crashes, which is always a concern. I will actually be sending it back to Dell for repairs shortly since it is included in the Lundell Settlement—yes, this rambling has a point. It shows that I stick up for what’s important to me, will act on my own initiative if I feel something is wrong, am not shy to ask for what I want or state what I feel is right.

On that subject, I feel it is only right that I win, because if not BB will definitely—NO, that’s not what I meant to say.

I want to win because it will bring great pride to my family and House. It will prove what an amazing housemate I am—don’t think I’m conceited, though. I’m not. It’s just that, someone once told me that when writing a resume you have to praise yourself highly…of course, this same person said that no functioning office would ever be without typewriters, so it is essential that we know how to use them. And, um, my place of work is a highly successful business…and they don’t own a single typewriter…but I digress. I’m sorry. Forgive me, BB.

You have access to all my files, BB, so you will know all about my history. What you may not be aware of, though, is that I am really a talking mouse, shunned by all the other (nontalking) mice. So I’m taking Polyjuice Potion to appear to be an 18 year old girl from New York. But please keep this fact a secret. I promise to always take my potion on time, and my housemates need never know.

Unless, of course, BB decides to publicize this fact. Though it would disturb me greatly, I understand that BB has every right to do so. BB is kind, and BB knows best.

Why will I make a good housemate? Hm…that’s a very good question. Well, for starters, I’m Irish and you just have to love the Irish because we have leprechauns and everyone knows that they love leprechauns. Also there’s my devilishly good looks and the fact that I’m just loveable. *Innocent smile.* Seriously though, I can be a fun person, but when it comes down to it I can get things done. I’m sly and competitive and true to my friends…a true Slytherin at heart. I will do whatever it is I need to to get what I want, which can end up being both a very good and a very bad thing. All of my Slytherinness aside I have a great sense of humor (most of the time) and I can be a lot of fun when you catch me in the right mood. I’m pretty outgoing and friendly and easy to get along with as long as I’m not in a good mood (which I’m in most of the time.) I know I can seem a bit eccentric at times, but that’s just how I am and you might find that, after you get to know me, I’m not really so bad.

To the house I can bring laughter and entertainment. However, I can also bring a bit of chaos and puzzlement. I believe that, overall, I will be a good asset in the house, I do have talent in here somewhere. I’m decent on a broom should the need arise and my wand work isn’t half bad either. My competitive nature, if utilized correctly, can be an endearing quality and, if nothing else, I’ll be good for a few laughs…and maybe a few massive arguments, but that just may be between Drake and I…we’re brothers…what do you expect?

I deserve to win, well, because I’m too stubborn to lose. When I start something, I intend on finishing it no matter what…no matter what I have to do to get to the end.

I was born and raised in Ireland by my grandfather, Hunter O’Riley. I come from a long line of Slyhterins…dear Drake is the first to break the chain and end up in another house, in his case, Gryffindor. I originally attended Horntips School of Witchcraft in Ireland along with my brother Drake. We transferred to Hogwarts when our grandfather grew too sick to take care of us any longer. So, we moved back to Britain with our parents and transferred to Hogwarts in the middle of my 3rd year (Drake’s 6th.) Though Drake doesn’t have the ability (that I know of) I happen to be a Parslemouth, as was my grandfather and I believe my father. I do have an Animagi form, but I’ll never tell you what it is. My wand is ebony and phoenix feather, 8 ½ inches.

I think I will be a good housemate because I love to stir things up and am always up for a laugh. I tell people what I think about them to their faces, i'm very competetive, I'm not afraid to speak my mind and I love to have fun. I will do my fair share of cleaning but do not fear I am not a control freak. I may come accross intimidating but am really easy to get on with once I get to know you.

What will I bring to the house you say, well for starters craziness, fun, conversation and possibly an argument if soemone gets on my wrong side (trust me that is not a place you wanna be). I love to party and will comfort anyone whos feeling a little down in the dumps and try and put a smile on their face (even if I can't put a smile on my own)

I don't really care if I win or not I'm just here for fun and the experience. But if I do win that will just be a bonus.

I hate my history, it sucks.
I was born on the 30th of April 1993 making me 13. my parents died when I was a baby and I was raised by my grandma until she died when I was 9. I was then taken into a foster home with 4 teenagers, my foster mum (who is the most horrible, nasty and alot of other words I can't say because they are inappropriate but you get the idea) and her two kids who are just as bad as she is. Now me and three of my friends are starting at a new school in two days because we were expelled from our old one (long story) and I guess thats it.

Hello big brother and my faithful audience. My nick name is moony and I plan on bringing some uniqueness into the big brother house. I am a unique person and I think my presence there will bring just another side of a madness that I can see happening. I believe that the mark of a good housemate is to try to keep both the housemates and the audience amused, amused enough to hopefully avoid being nominated for eviction.

Why do I deserve to win? Now that is a tough one to answer. I think that everyone who participates fully in the house deserves to win. I think it is easier to answer the question: Why do I want to win? I want to win to help Gryffindor get back to their rightful place in the housepoint standings as well as some big brother fame for myself! I will simply be myself in the house and hope that that carried me through to at least the final week. I will try to get as many housepoints through the tasks as possible just in case I don’t make it through to the final three so at least I come out with something to offer Gryffindor.

My father and mother are both muggles. As far as I can tell, I am the first witch in the family and proud to belong to Gryffindor house. In my spare time, I enjoy playing a friendly quidditch game and spending time in my dorm reading.

My name is megan and I am a slytherin, though it has not ran in my family. My sisters are both in another house and my parents were in another house still. I guess that we have a very mixed family background or the sorting hat got very confused!

A good housemate is someone who will pull the pranks, complete all tasks, make sure the males put the toilet seat down, do anything they can not to be eliminated. I am going to be all that and much much more.

I will bring as much as I can into the house and try to be one of the first to always to the tasks so not to let slytherin down. I hope to make it to the end and if not end up first I hope that I can be in the top three. I want to be one of the top housepoint earners of the house to help slytherin to the number one spot.

I deserve to win because im a slytherin and all slytherins deserve to win! I am hard working and will promise to do all the tasks on time so there fore that is another reason I think I deserve to win. I will do anything I can to win even play strategy games when it comes to nominating. Slytherins are cunning and I plan to live up to that title.

I think that the best thing about being in the house is a new experience and seeing what pranks I can pull with others. I think that it is going to be a lot of fun.

I think that maybe the worst thing about being in the house is if I get put up for nomination and voted out of the house. It will make me very sad for letting slytherin down so I am planning on being the best house mate and not let this happen (an keep my fingers crossed that people like me)

I would like to apply to this particular Hogwarts Experience Big Brother Show for several reasons. The first and main reason is that I have never in my life seen Big Brother on TV or any other variation of the show. I believe that it could be a good experience for me to be with other applicants and make new friends in the house during my stay. There would be, as always, a large and considerable amount of fun involved in this experience and I think a giant sleepover for an unlimited amount of time is a great opportunity for mischief, exhilaration and of course, chocolate!

I think I would be a good housemate because of the characteristics I have to offer and the magical voucher for unlimited chocolate I have in my possession. I am friendly, flexible and always willing to help when needed. I also like to think that I am funny with an adjustable sense of humour. I can bring lots of fun into the house, along with the above mentioned chocolate voucher and my random dodecagonal bed with an attached bouncy castle.

I think I deserve to win because, I love making friends and I would like to think that I already have some! To help me in this goal to win, I would be as open as possible and as happy as possible to try and create peace (or as much as could be in a HE event) and harmony in the house.

I am a slightly random girl who loves to be mischievous and I firmly believe that all is fair in pranks, love and war. My favourite subject is charms (of course) and I enjoy making strange but fitting things that are always amusing and get a good laugh. I am from Gryffindor and I always show my pride, though I do like other houses and thus, I am a multicoloured person!

Bonjour Big Brother! Why would I make a good housemate? Well, I am fun, energetic also very motivated *points to fellow Huffies* just ask any of them. I am spontaneous and happy, some would go a bit too far and claim I am insane - only on Tuesday's is this claim correct. But on top of all that, I am just a normal young woman who is attempting to make it in this big bad world. I am kind and helpful and so if the need be, I will be on hand to motivate my fellow housemates into participating in any challenges.

What can I bring to this house? Well, in all honesty, just about the same as everyone else. I can be strong and understanding, a shoulder for people to cry on, I listen but do not repeat, I am old in years but young at heart, I can also cook!

I deserve to win because I am a proud member of Hufflepuff, and us Badgers won’t quit without a fight, we aim to win, we intend to win and as a Huffie, I am only to happy to win. But on a serious note, I deserve to win because lets face it, I work hard and will prove to everyone that being the HEBB winner takes hard work and patients and lots of Badger fighting spirit. In order to win, I will participate in all challenges and flatten my competition in true Big Brother style.

I am 22 and Professor of Divination, I am world famous for my spirit and attempts to cuddle Lord Voldielocks, I am a wanted criminal unfortunately due to my need to mock the evil Dark Lord and his Death Nibblers, inside the Big Brother is where I will be sort of safe *checks other house mates* as long as Fated stays away from me *conjures up protective light* meh I shall swot anyone who tries to hand me other to the Dark Lord!!!!! On this note I would like to also add I am slightly insane since it is a Tuesday and on such days like today I will refrain from slaughtering first years by forcing homework down their necks. Also I have a tendency to tickle House Elves.

Why am I going to be a good housemate? Well, that’s easy. A good housemate is someone who’s agreeable, friendly…someone who you won’t want to whack or whomp frequently for doing things purposely to get on your nerves. And the only time I get on people’s nerves is when I’m risking my life defending Ron and Hermione (who are destined for each other by the way) and Romione Land or when I’m, again, risking my life, cheering on Ravenclaw in the midst of stubborn Gryffies, Huffles and Snakes. But most of the time I’m what I said before, agreeable and friendly and also fun loving and always up for a challenge.

What will I bring to the house? I know I’ll bring a lot. I’m good at solving fights between friends, and since there’s going to be so many of us in the house, that’ll be a good thing to be able to do. Also, when my brothers, sisters, aunts, grandparents and miscellaneous other relatives and housemates are stirring up trouble, I can help put an end to it…or have selective hearing/eyesight and ignore it or join in on the fun.

Why I deserve to win? Well, it’s not like I’m going to be trying to kick out my housemates, that’s not it at all. I just signed up to be a housemate because I thought it would be a good time, and I’ve been right so far. But I do think I can win, there’s no doubt in my mind, be sure of that. Ravenclaw, unfortunately, hasn’t had much glory so far at the wonderful Hogwarts Experience, and I hope that my fellow Ravens and I involved in the Hogwarts Experience Big Brother can help us shine even brighter than before...and blind the other houses with our light.

Like to know a bit about my past? Sure, I’d love to share. I was born and raised as a princess in the palace of Romione Land along with Emma. Located in Canon World, Romione Land has always been my favorite. Emma and I are now Co-Queens of Romione Land, and proud of it. Life there is amazing, and with the wonderful and amazing shiny golden orb of pure Romione goodness helping us along, Emma and I have made it an even more beautiful place than before.

And I only have one more thing to say. GOOOO RAVENCLAW!

I’m gonna make an ace housmate because… all housemates have to be slightly mad to be interesting! I’m quite competitive, but I will remember tht HEBB is just a game, so I won’t be backstabbin all the other contestants to try n win! I’m quite quiet, but I’m NOT borin! I intend 2 post loads in this event n gain lotsa housepoints! I don’t rele like arguments so I tend to act as a mediator between ppl in arguments! I’m not two faced, so I will tell ppl what I think- I don’t have a lot of tact, so before I start in the house, I have to apologise if I offend ne1!

I will bring a calming force to the house, as I will not spend all of my time arguing with the other ppl in the house! I will also bring a competitive spirit in the tasks, which I hope will help SLYTHERIN to win this event! I deserve to win because I will take part in all of the tasks (despite the fact I have tonnes of coursework at the mo!) I will also be supportive towards my fellow housemates and so will help the others through the HEBB experience!

My history isn’t nearly as interesting as most other people’s in the house, but here goes… I’m 16 years old and I live in England. Probs the most intrestin thing bout me is tht I am a triplet… its rele not as gud as some ppl think it is… I neva get to do what I want on my birthday and I have the joy of having to compete with my brother and sister every time major exams come up. :D. In short, a good housemate is a person that cares about the people around him/her and a person who wants to change him/herself for the better.

I believe that I will be a good housemate. Although I might not meet every single criteria that I specified above, I always try to be my best and do my best in everything I do. I'm always trying to become a better person everyday and learn from my mistakes. I can also be a 'voice of reason' in this house because I'm known for being intelligent and rational, although I do love to have loads of fun. Why do I deserve to win and what will I do to win? I'm not much of a person to outright claim that I deserve victory - after all, the playing field is more arduous than it seems. As most know, I'm a Slytherin. I'm faithfully tied to my house although I do have many Ravenclaw tendencies, such as spending hours in the library or in front of my books. I thoroughly enjoy reading and learning, and my favorite class is Transfiguration. I hope to become an animigus oneday.

Why do you think you will make a good housemate?

I believe that the house needs more ravenclaws and the simple fact that I am one of the oldest ravenclaws I can make a brilliant housemate. Each house on the television has had a ‘mother’ and ‘father’ figure to look after the other house mates and I will take on that role. I will not be the boring mother figure or even the stern one, though I will hopefully bring advice and a shoulder to cry on for the others.

I can bring a lot of pure Ravenclaw fun into the house. I am up for any task big brother throws at us and will embrace each one with open arms (though please no eating raw fish!)
I will bring a safeness into the house, yet also try to have fun and befriend all the new members of the house and Hogwarts itself.

I think anyone who makes the experience great deserves to win, and I hope that I will bring something special into the house. I also believe that I desearve to win as Ravenclaw has just slipped into forth place in the housepoints. We need those housepoints more than anyone, therefore making me a great candidate to win!

I am a oldie member of ravenclaw within Hogwarts and have been a prefect and am head of my dorm. I have been in the top five of housepoint earners and enjoy playing quidditch when I can. I enjoy duels and learning to create graphics on the site.

What is a good housemate?
A good housemate is one that takes part in the daily chores that need to be taken care of. They know how to compromise with others and settle down the drama within the house. A good housemate would also be a great listener, great advisor/orginizer, takes charge and likes to have fun and be crazy! It's like the golden rule: Treat others as you would like to be treated! If you follow that, then you're all set in having the qualities of a good housemate!

What can you bring into the house?
I think I'll bring a sense of livliness and comprise into the house! I'm very over the edge about certain things, but I can deal with it. I learn to handle what I've been given without whining. But, don't mistake me because even though there are times you find me quiet, I'll burst right into a big ball of energy when you least expect it. Helping people comprise is one of my best qualities. I know just what to say, to clam down a heated arguement....sometimes.

Well, I've never really won anything that made me feel accomplished. But, I don't plan on playing nice, I'm really competitive and strive for what I want. And this what I want. Well, my name is Alyssa. I just turned 15 years old and I'm a freshmen in HIghschool. I'm 5'2 and have blonde hair and blue eyes. I live in Michigan with my foster parents Tracey and Adam. I love having fun and making people laugh and just having a good time with the people I love!

Well, my name is Brittany and I am thirteen years old. I live in the United States, though I have been out of the country several times. I love to sing and act, and hope to have a career in entertainment one day. Until then, I will continue on to highschool next year and then most likely college. In HE, I am known as Cookie or a lot of other nicknames, and I am in Hufflepuff.

What would the house be like without the slytherin head of house? I am needed to restore order in the house, motivate the troupes and probably be the one to close my eyes to pranks unless I am being closed into a cooker by etta!
I am generally a laid back guy and will let pretty much anything go over my head (again with the cooker in the kitchen with the etta!). I will endeavor to bring as many housepoints home to slytherin which is well needed to push us into first place where we belong.

Well, i have many nicknames; Car, Caro, Carr, Carro, Caree, Caru, Ree, Brum... it's just to pick your favourite of those ^^ Aaaaanyway, i live in Finland, and so far i'm the only member from there xD Which is fine by me, makes me stand out from the crowd. I'm 14 (15 in December) and i dropped out from school because.... because of some issues with the teachers. Actually, just with the math teacher. On the site, i'm (still) a 4th year, but i guess i'll soon be a 5th year. ROCK ON!! :D I support Dramione all the way, but i also like Lily/James. I think it's such a perfect ship.. ^^
Well, i work at this agency place called Well Done, and they have a lot to do with different bands in Finland and other famous bands and artist from side to side. They also arrange all the huge shows in Finland, like concerts, and i get backstage passports for free xD Which rocks! I live with my mom (Anne), aunt (Isabel), my cousin (Tommy) and my step little sister (Nina). My brother (Calle) is moving out so he doesn't actually live here. Humm. Yes, my family is quite messed up but we're still living under the same roof, somewhat alive which has to be a good sign. I also have two dogs (both german shepherds, Rocky and Honey) and a kitty called Tuna.
My history with BB ain't that interesting. It came to Finland like a year ago, i guess, and i found it rather boring. But this year's BB is quite interesting! Half of the housemates were kicked out because of bad behavior and they had to bring in these new people there to keep the game up :D It was quite hilarious...

Ooo what to tell? Well, I was adopted by Ginny and Jesse and they have been great parents...it has been quite chaotic for me as a kid as I have so many siblings…there is too much incest. Oh well, I think I'm an amazing housemate because I'm so clever and good and nice and pretty and interesting. Come on people, it's an honor for these other members to be living in there with ME! I can bring class and pride into this house. God knows it needs it. I mean, hello, who walks around in the street with two drooling dogs around them? When I was a small child I was shipped ashore when our boat sank in the great pirate sea war and was picked up by a friendly wizarding family who saw my inner magic. I learnt many spells whilst keeping my pirate history a secret until the letter arrived inviting me to Hogwarts to live the wizard and witch experience where I was sorted into ravenclaw and made many new friends.

Why do you think you'll make a good housemate?
I can be hyper when I want to be, but I'm a bit more shy and quiet.But, I'm not afraid to speak my mind. Which, is not one of my best qualities. I'm more of an observer than the one causing the drama or actiion. I know how to handle sitiuations.

What can you bring into the house?
I think I'll bring in calmness and organization into the house. I like to have things orderly and not too much chaos so, hopefully that'lll liven things down just a tad. Also a bit of crazy fun! Even though, I'm shy once I get to know you ,I really come out of my shell.

Why do you deserve to win and what will you do to help you win?
I haven't been around as long as the others, so hopefully my determination will help me get to the top where most are at. My desrie to be the best will aide me in the end, it always does! An hopefully, make friends along the way!

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your history
Well, I come from a big family. I'm one of quadruplets it's Harry, Hannah, Helen and me (Holly) My dad and mom are divorced, but I make the most of it. I'm 16 have brown curly hair, dark blue eyes and freckles across my cheeks and nose. I'm shy, but can be loud once I get to know others.

What makes a good housemate.... is a question that can't really be answered. You could have a variety of so many different people, all with different skills, personalities, and measures of randomness, and the house really wouldn't be boring. We can't just have one type of housemate here - there's always going to be, and therefore there's always got to be, some balance in life. So, I guess a perfect housemate is... a bit boring, maybe a lot boring - that'd be me, kind of random, crazy if the world allows it - which is a lot of the housemates, or... just mad - that'd be Caru. XD

When it comes to what someone like me can bring into a house like this… I think it’s a question that can only be answered by the other housemates. I don’t walk into the house thinking, ‘I AM going to be the smartest in here!’ or ‘I AM going to pull the most pranks ‘cause I’m the coolest!’ It’s up to the housemates and, I guess, the people reading HEBB, to decide what I’ve brought into the house. I’d like, however, to be known as… a nice person? Someone people can turn to if ever they need someone to turn to. Maybe, I’ve thought to myself, just maybe, I can bring some of that thing called fun into the house. Ooh. Sarcasm. We always need a bit of that everywhere!

Truthfully, who cares about winning? Okay, so them lot - ::gestures to other people:: - do, but hey, I’m not them. I’m in it for the fun, for the laughter, and the ‘I wanna know more people because I love my friends’. It’s a nice thing, friendship, and it isn’t the winning that’s going to be making my day in the end (although that added bonus would be verily appreciated), it’s going to be the joy of knowing new people, teasing old ones, and, more importantly, knowing what my oh-so-lovely family get up to in their spare time! ::grins::

Myself, I like to think that I’m a laid-back person, quite easy to talk to, good to have a laugh with, things like that. I like keeping order, which isn’t always a good thing, but at least I try… not always my fault that it doesn’t go successfully, of course, but that’s how some people are.

Anyway, if you people don’t already know me, I’m Swift 16, going on 17, innocent as a rose, and… I won’t start singing, no. If ever you hear me singing in the shower… it’s a recording of… erm… NOT ME!
