Hogwarts Thanksgiving Dinner

Sky sprayed more pumpkin juice on the table. "Oh my god!! You didn't! You are AWESOME! That batty old woman, she is so full of it!" Sky ran to Jessie and high-fived her.

"Yes, I am the detention Queen!" Jessie said. "Boy do I feel special. Wait, I think i've got the perfect idea to make Snape mad." Jessie said leaning forward. "Have you seen the muggle show- Fresh Prince of Bel Air?"

"No, I don't have a TV, my parents are wizards. Why?? Plans...do tell." Sky had an evil grin on.

(wait have you actually seen it?)

"Hmm, I might have to go at this alone then. It's hard to explain..." Jessie said stroking her chin evily.

(My real life character has seen it, but not for a while.)

"So, fill me in. This should be great. Just be careful, Snape can get pretty angry."

(Ok, good... I can explain the Carlton Dance to a fake person, but it would be hard if you hadn't seen it. XD)

"OK, well there's this guy and he does this dance to really old music. And his charater is known for that dance. It goes like this." Jessie said demonstrating the Carlton Dance. "I don't think Snape will understand, McGonagall maybe, but she's a good sport about that stuff. Ok, on three we'll stand up and DANCE! He'll go crazy!" Jessie explained.

Sky giggled. "Ok, on the count of three then...This better not get me detention with Snape, it is awful!!"

"One...Two..." Jessie counted. "It probably will, but I'll be there with you, 3!!!!!" She shouted, squeezing in the middle part. She quickly waved her wand and music was pouring from the corners of the room. (I can't remember the name of the song but it's that 'It's not unusale to see me cry' song. lol) The girls stood up on the bench and did the famous Carlton Dance.

"SUMMERS! LEANEN!!!" Professor Snape bellowed. Dumbledore was laughing, McGonagall was smiling, and Snape looked like he was about to explode.

Sky stood there shaking her bootie with Jessie.

Snape stood up from the professors table. "Sky, Jessie! What do you two think you are doing?"

"I believe we are dancing the Carlton Dance, Professor!" Jessie responded, without stopping. The music ended and Sky and Jessie finally stopped dancing. "Thank you! Thank you! Oh you are to kind!" She said taking a bow.

Applause erupted all over the great hall. Sky stood there on her chair blushing but smiling. She looked over at Jessie and said, "I have gotta get me a muggle TV so I can properly do this dance, that was fun!!"

Snape stood up and the hall went silent. All eyes were at their table. He walked over to Sky and Jessie and said, "That's it. I have had it with the two of you. Luckily, I am in a good mood this evening, the firewhiskey is extra potent tonight, so here is what I am going to do. The two of you will stay behind after the dinner and clean all the plates from all the tables. All 453 of them.

(hehehe Drunked Snape! lol)

"Aye, Aye captian!" Jessie said saluting Professor Snape as he turned on his heal and left. "No need for tv, my dear." Jessie said pulling her muggle video ipod from her pocket. "They only say they don't work so we won't use them in class." Jessie said scrolling through the episodes of Fresh Prince of Bel Air. "Oh, here's a good one. Put this in your ear." She said handing Sky the earphone.

Sky looked at the little black thing Jessie handed to her. "You put it in your ear? Is it safe?"

"Yes it's safe, it plays the sound in your ear insted of outloud. So only you will hear it." Jessie explained, putting the other one in her own ear.

Sky looked a little nervous but she knew Jessie wouldn't harm her. She put the thing in her ear. "WOW, it's like an extendable ear! What are those guys doing? Is that the dance we were supposed to be doing?"

Jessie laughed. "Yeah. Alfonso- the guy that plays Carlton- is so much better at it." Jessie said. She laughed a little when she noticed how wide Sky's eyes were.

"I will so have to get one of these." Sky looked up and saw Trelawney coming twards their table. "Oh, no, she is coming over here. I wonder if she envisions danger lurking for us? This should be good. Can't wait to hear what rediculous thing she is going to say."

"Yeah! She never comes to the Great Hall!" Jessie said. "Girls! I have news for both of you!" She said rushing over to Sky and Jessie.

Sky bit her lip hard to keep from laughing. Jessie started to squee but Sky kicked her hard under the table. "Oh, news professor?" Sky said trying to sound interested. "What news?"

"Arghg!" Jessie muffled when Sky kicked her. "Oh good here you are. "Well you see, I was just gazing the my crystal ball, and I saw you two! and Red! Lot's and lot's of Red!" The physco professor explained. "Err, red? Professor?" Jessie asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Wow, red. Red what Professor?" Sky asked. She was a little shocked. Red was the color of the Weasley's hair. Could Trelawney know something?

(Trewalney? Know something? Nahhhh... lol)

"Yes red! Red hair! And lot's of it!" Trewalney said. She was going crazy. Without an explanation she ran off the same way she had. "Ok then." Jessie said with her head to the side.

"Well, do you think she can see us with the Weasley's? She can't know about me and Fred. We just started dating. But how do you explain her knowing about the red hair. Maybe she is not all that crazy. I am going to chase her and have her finish what she saw!"
Sky got up and ran after Trelawney.

Dani looked up, (God you guys posted alot=))

"What's wrong profeesor?"

"What I said before, all three of you. And red hair." She said staring out into the distance. "Uhm, can you be a little more specif?" Jessie asked.

Moments later Sky came back to the table dragging Trelawney along with her. "Ok, professor. I want to know what else you saw about the lots of red hair in your prediction. What is the signifigance of it? Is it a good thing, a bad thing what it is!" Sky was almost screaming at Trelawney.

"Oh it's a good thing alright." Professor Trelawney said. "Any thing else?" Jessie asked with her hands in a circular motion. "Oh i can't tell you that!" Professor Trelawney said. "That could twist fate!" SHe added before heading out the door. "OH she is evil." Jessie said at her retreating back.

Dani looked at the witch, "Honestly, red hair. It's a prediction of whats going on with someone at sometime in someplace. But most likly, depending on the shade of red, crossed with the color of shirt the person may be wearing, it could be a good out come." Dani said pulling out her devination book and flipping to the page on predictions.

"Wow Dani! Get out much?" She asked sarcastically. "But she won't tell us anything, how are we going to know their shirt color?"

Sky smiled. "Does that mean we are all destined for three of the Weasley brothers?"

"Sssh! Sky! It could twist our fate!" Jessie said immitating Trelawney. "So does it?!" Jessie asked looking over Dani's shoulder at the book. "Huh, huh, huh?

"I'm not sure, I know I'm not heading down that road," She sighed. "Vale would kill me."

"You said it yourself! Trelawney's been having a good week, who knows?" Jessie said shrugging her shoudlers, and patting her friend's.

"No, I mean, I can fall in love." She said putting the book down. "You wouldn't understand your only a third year!"

Sky looked over at Dani. "So, who do you love more, Vale or George?"

"And what do you mean by that?!" Jessie snapped, starting to get angry. One thing she hates is people telling her she's to young for something.

"Your just to young to understand the ties between witches and wizards!" She said gathering up her things. "That when you make a commitment you keep it,"

Sky felt the tension between Dani and Jessie. "Allright you guys. We are all friends here. And I think Jessie does know what love is all about. She is a great person and is very heartfelt. And Jessie, I think Dani was not offending you at all. It gets different as you get older. It gets more intense."

"Oh I understand perfectly well." Jessie said trying to keep calm. "You like George more, but you can't say goodbye to Vale."

"I'm not a playa' if that's what you mean!" She snapped. "I've know George alot longer than I've known Vale, I'm just so confused!"

"Look Dani. Just take some time and think about who you like more. Who will make you happier, who will love you the longest." Sky was trying to calm the tension.

"No that's not what I mean! Just 'cause I'm young doesn't mean I don't understand these things Dani!" She shouted. "Your forgetting what i've had to go through, what happened to my parents, why i'm in the effing DA! Dani I understand so stop trying to have the last word!"

"You think you've had it ruff?" She asked, "Was your whole family murdered by deatheaters? And you only got away because they thought you were already dead, leaving you in the mist of you entire family?" She was on the verge of tears, not even knowing why she was saying this stuff.

Sky stood up quickly. Her face was red and she was gritting her teeth. "WILL YOU TWO STOP NOOOOOOW!" She screamed at Dani and Jessie.

"No but did you have to sit through millions of flippin DE meetings on your parents laps? Did you have to hear things that a 20 year old wouldn't want to hear at the age of 3? DId you have to deal with this burning every five flippin seconds since before you could remember?!" Jessie said pulling up her sleeve to reveal the Dark mark her parents had put on her arm when she was only an infant.

Jessie was alarmed when Sky screamed and instantly directed her tear stained face at her.

Dani brust into tears, and crumpled falling on the floor, "And now their dead," She whispered not to anyone but more to herself, "And she hates me for it,"

(When I say she, I'm immplying Sandy my/dani's cousin.)

"Lets just sit down at the table and have a drink. Everyone is staring and we don't want any any teachers coming over here.

Jessie sighed and sat down at the table. Slowly taking a drink of her pumpkin juice.

Dani looked up through her tears, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry." She repeated over and over.

"Don't be sorry, I snapped." Jessie said walking over to Dani.
