Hogwarts Thanksgiving Dinner

" ok but where was I" she looked arounf no one could hear them she smiled sweetly "but i think i know"

Smirks at Dancing. Turning it down, enough to have a conversation with her.

He shrugs

"I think I'm gunna stay..If /they/ let me."

"Nothing..I don't really care for presents."

"What would you want?"

"A dream come true," She laughed. "I'm more of a gift giver than gift getter. But the perfect thing would be a locket; inscribed with a B for badgers or a D for Dani."

She thought to herself a mo. "You have to want /something\? Anything?"

"Hmph. I'll see what I can do."

Nods

"Nothing. Nothing at all. I guess..maybe..If it had to be /something/..A book?"

"Great a book," Dani said.

and looking around she saw a slice of pumpkin pie calling here name, She reached down to grab it. "Mmm I love pumpkin pie," Taking a nipple she fell deeper into good food heaven.

::Two things were bothering sara. first, why was hogwarts celebrating an american holiday? and secondly, she couldn't supress the feeling that she did not fit in.::

::She sighed and focused on her food::

"You have no clue so you'd best keep quiet, you don't know what you're getting into." ::Lynn replied.::

"really i have a general idea" she smirked she was a death eater she knew it..now she waasnt going to say anything revenge is better if sneaky

"Oh do you?" ::Lynn asked. She then lowered her voice.:: "You could be ruining a very good thing we have going, you know I'm an Order member, I can't exactly go blowing my cover to those death eaters can I?"

::She looked at her almost pledingly.:: "Please don't tell them if those death eaters ever found out about my Order workings they'd find a way to find out what I know! And I know alot!"

::She was of coarse lying, she was a loyal death eater but she had to do something and that Traci girl didn't know anything about her.::

After trying to sit still after having a few cups of coffee Oddie decided that she should go for a walk trying to get rid of her hyerness.
"IM gonna go for a walk, does anyone want to go for a walk. Im soooo bored sitting her. Im think i will go for a walk. Yes that would be good for me. Ive made up my mind im gonna go for a walk. So Odd ie got and and walked around the tables a few times saying hi and she walked passed the others.
"Ok im back." Oddie beamed thou she was still hyer

"Hi again Oddie," Dani said with a yawn. "Why do they call you Oddie?"

The hall doors slam open and crash into the walls beside them, obviously having been opened a bit too exuberantly. Vale figured it was fitting for an entrance though. He peers over the table, trying to find familar faces. He decides to grab a seat across from Dancing, Zexion, and a jittery girl he'd never met.

"Hey there, glad i'm not too late. This smells really good." He says, helping himself to a monstrous proportion of everything.

"Wow, I'm suprised you can eat all that.."

Reconsiders that, thinking to himself, "Mind you, I've always imagined him eating a disgusting amount.."

Grabs, a very very small amount of food, one slice of turkey and a piece of brocoli.

"Hmmf?" He asks with a mouthful of potato. "Oh, yeaw, I eaad ahlot. Gus' tha's kinda' bawd hawbi', huh?" Is the best he's able to get out with his mouth as full as it.

Dani glances around the room, boys she muttered and sat up. She grabbed some mashed up 'taters and a slice of turkey, covering it all in gravy she sat down and started to eat, and the memories of thanksgiving came back.

Looks disgustedly at Vale

"Wow.."

"Lack of table manners much?" He thinks to himself

Finishes half his turkey slices, and takes the head off the brocoli and pushes his plate in front of him.

He pulls his book back up to his face, and begins to read, again.

After gulping down his big mouthful, he frowns a little and wipes his face with a napkin.

"Sorry, mum, I'll be a better boy at the table."

"It's not like I care."

Peeking his eyes from out of his book

"You can eat however you like."

Dani was tired sitting with boys, couldn't they ever get along.

"Hi Oddie, mind if we sit at another table?" And she and Oddie walked ab way.

Vale noticed the girls leaving. "Hey, where're you going? Too boring over here for ya', huh?"

Frowns, after she's out of earshot, says to Vale


"Well..that was Harsh, she didn't even say bye.."

Dani smirked no one ever rememebered she had some of the best hearing in all of Hogwarts. "I hope they can set aside their differences." She muttered

She smiled "okay so your on the good side" she smiled warmly she knew she was lying she wasnt dumb it was obveious behind reasoning she aughed to herself

::Lynn knew she didn't trust her.:: "I'm serious! Ask any of the order members they will tell you as much!"

"people can lie to other people" she sighed "but whatever"

Dani sighed she hoped her plan would work, not that anything usually did around her. When Oddie didn't follow Dani sat at the Hufflepuff Table alone and quiet.

Oddie just snaped out of la la land and saw that Dani saw sitting by herself.
"Hey Dani, whats up sorry for not paying attentiion. Thats what happens when i drink too much coffee. I not hyper anymoe" Oddie added

Dani's smile brightened, "Hi Oddie."

Jessie walked into the great hall and saw Dani and Oddie talking. "Hey guys!" She said brightly. "What's up?"

"Oh nothing," Dani said with a wave.

"Yeah, same here. I love thanksgiving. It's an excuse to stuff your face with food." Jessie said, semi-out of the blue.

"That's one of my favorite parts also."

"Oh it's not just my favorite, in my opinion it's the best." Jessie said laughing. "I remember my aunt used to make the best red skin potatoes (sp??)"

(Oh and by the way, i use the olive green crayon to. =D)

(Really?)

"I like the apple pies and the deserts at the end."

"Hey, i like eating a lot too. I dont really like turkey. yes i know thats wierd." Oddie told the others

"My fave is potatoes, mashed. I guess that's what you get when you live in the land of taters."

"I love Mashed Tators" Oddie said. "There sooooooooo good, just like coffee."

"While not quiet like Coffee, but they are the bomb. Did you know if you say bomb on the phone and someone is listening to your call, you can get arrested." Dani said.

"Thats crazy, people shouldnt be listening in to your calls" Oddie remarks

"I know, but that's what I found out." Dani said.

"Well it could be worse." Odd ie remark. She of course didnt know what could have been worse than that at the time but if hse thought about it she could come up with an answer just nit right there and then

"Anh, not unless your having one of those nonesense conversations and you hear. 'Shhh...they're on again.' in the background." She laughed.

"Yea" Oddie said agreeing

Skuldandy opened the door. Sighing, she walked in.

geez, why am i always late for these things?

She sighed again.

Smiling, she waved at the professors and her friends and went to sit near them.

"Hi everyone" She said, while sitting. "Sorry i'm late. Spent too much time daydreaming."

She smiled.

"So, are you eating already?"

Sky walked in and saw Skuldandy heading twards the Gryffindor table. "Hi Skuldandy! Don't feel bad, I was late coming too. Detention with Flitwick again for levitating him in the air upsidown. I just got a little carried away."

"Hey Sky" Oddie shouts out across the table. "Whats up"

"Nothing much Oddie. Just got out of detention with Flitwick. He made me write lines for an hour. I must not levitate Professor Flitwick. I must have written it a thousand times. Can someone please pass the stuffing? I am starving!"

"You levitated Professor Flitwick? That's so awesome!" Skully laughed. "I should levitate Snapey. Though he might try to expell me or something." XD

Skuldandy passed the stuffing over to sky.

"I heard that Mrs. Norris was levitated by some 6th year student. Dunno what happened to him, though. I bet Filch's not very happy."

Sky laughed. "I heard about Mrs. Norris. She so deserved it I am sure. Skully, I wouldn't reccomend trying to levitate Snape. He has quite the temper! He is a little more leniant to people in Slytherin though"

Sky took the stuffing and loaded her plate up.
