Grimmauld Place: The Orders Hideout

Zelda put her wand away and came closer... She was looking at Shadows deeply... " There is another person here that knows what you are going threw... I don't know if you know Bill Weasley?" Zelda asked.

"I don't know many people. I tend not to try and be social. You never know who's going to throw you aside because of what you are."

" I see... well he is a hafe too.. not as bad ,but still he feels left out sometimes.. I can get him if you want me too... I also have something else you can look at... Its Lupin's journal... " Zelda said.

"I'd like to meet Bill, and thanks for offering, but I don't like to read private things. It's best to leave them be."

" Ok... " Zelda said as she went back upstairs to get Bill.

Shadow stood around feeling awkward. Everyone here was so familiar with each other. She wished that she could live a life like this...

A couple of minuets later she came down with bill... " Bill this is Shadows.. Shadows this is Bill..." Zelda said.

"Hello," Shadow said to Bill.

" Tell me what you are going threw?" Bill asked Shadows.

Zelda stood back and just watched.

Shadow realised that it was no good trying to hide what she was any more.
"I'm having a little problem with... being a half breed..."

" If your emotions are anything like mine you are having a very hard time... At what point in time did you become one?" Bill asked.

"I was born like this, as a half breed, but not between wolf and human."

Elladora watched the two talk silently then, when back to Zelda.

"Zelda, my parents were in the Order, and I spent many days here. Although, I was not aware that Dumbledore had grandchildren, or children at that."

Bill and Shadow talked until Shadow nodded and the conversation ended. She turned to Zelda and waited to talk to her.

Zelda watched Bill and Shadow talk until Elladora posed a question.

"Zelda, my parents were in the Order, and I spent many days here. Although, I was not aware that Dumbledore had grandchildren, or children at that."

" He never did have children ,but the Rundells where related to his mother. That is how we are blood kin. My parents made him my godfather before they died and so I called him my grandfather. I spent several years with him. After my parents death." Zelda said

After a while Shadows finished talking to bill and bill went back upstairs. " Did that help?" Zelda asked.

"Yes, thanks. There was one other thing I wish to ask."

" What is that?" Zelda asked.

"I wish to join the order."

"Well, now I can stop trying to hurt you," Elladora commented sarcastically. She left the room to go see the Black family tree, she knew she wouldn't be on there, but most of her friends were supposed to be.

"I'd like to see you try." Muttered Shadow under her breath. She bit back another comment, deciding that this was not the moment.

" You can join the Order ,but under one condition... You have to take an Oath as all Order members do." Zelda said as she took out her wand and flicked it in the air to reveal a blue amulet that had a Phoenix on it... " If you so choice to become an Order member you will get this amulet as a sign of being a order member. Zelda than pulled out her own that she was wearing. " The Oath is unbreakable." Zelda said.

"And I agree to that. The time is coming where all must choose a side. I wish to choose my own before some one chooses for me. I offer my services as a spy."

" Okay..." Zelda said as she walked over to Shadows..." Its very simple we both hold the amulet you repeat after me." Zelda said...

Shadow nodded and took hold of the amulet.

I Shadow Granger pledge to uphold the integrity of the Order of the Phoenix. I shall defend the weak and bring the wicked to justice. ...." After saying this she waited for shadow to repeat and then Zelda started with the second one.... " I Shadow Grange Pledge to never become a Death Eater or Join any force of evil. If I shall become one let fall over dead. " After Zelda said this she looked at Shaddows with a very deep look.

" I Shadow Roth Pledge to never become a Death Eater or Join any force of evil. If I shall become one let fall over dead. " Shadow bowed her head and muttered something else under her breath.

Zelda didn't let go of the amulet and stared at Shadows..." What was that you said ... that last bit I didn't here." Zelda asked.

"Ia ilas qua morn, Des grat nia frag ser asct, Ia logti sa Arella. In life or death, I shall not break this oath, in honor of Arella."

Zelda stared at Shadow for another minuet and then decided that she was telling the truth... " paro sacramentum ( set oath)" Zelda said and the amulet turned red hot ,but it did not burn Zelda only Shadow would be able to feel this.

Shadow bore the heat without flinching, being used to temperatures far greater than this. She returned the look Zelda had given her.

Zelda let go of the amulet and gave it to Shadow... " You must not break that." Zelda said.

"I know. I wouldn't break it, that's why I added a part. It made it more personal if I broke it." Shadow placed the amulet around her neck.

Zelda smiled and said.. " Meetings are on Mondays".

"I'll keep that in mind."

" Okay.. " Zelda said as she sat down.

Shadow was unsure of what to do. She decided on her normal option: Retreat to the shadows.

" Shadow .. is Okay to sit here now." Zelda said with a smile.

Shadow moved quietly and took a seat, still looking on edge.

" What is wrong?" Zelda asked.

"Not used to being social..."

" Oh.. you will get over that with all the Order members." Zelda said.

"Some how, I'm not so sure."

" so... where have you come from?" Zelda asked.

"All over the place. I travel, trying not to be known."

" That is good... we need good spies to go spy on the DE's ." Zelda said.

"I think that I would be welcomed into their ranks, if I actually wanted to."

" You don't want to?" Zelda asked.

"It depends. If you want me to go, then I will."

" Let us wait for the first meeting... You will be introduced.. tonight.. Its Monday." Zelda said.

Shadow looked at Zelda, wide eyed.
"Are you going to question me?"
