DA Meeting

"Yeah I'm fine." Jessie said getting back on her feet. "So, what should we do while we wait?"

(LOL, yes getting tired)

"Dani, can you please fix the room??" Sky asked the leader.

"Um, yeah." Dani said waving her wand. "Now there is a spell that makes you fly/ hover. And we all learned it in our first year charms class."

"Wingardium Leviosa!" (SP?) Jessie shouted happily. "Yay! One I know this time!"

"Yes, I should have remembered that one." Sky told Dani

"Okay now are you ready?" Dani said, but she didn't wait for their anwser and flipped the room again.

Sky was ready this time. "Wingardium leviosa" She screamed while pointing her wand at herself. She began floating in mid air. "Yes!" She said with a smile.

"Wingardium Leviosa!" Jessie said, pointing her wand at herself. "Wee!" Jessie said as she levitated herself around the upside down room.

"Ya know, this is kind of fun!"

"Know you see me..." Jessie said. "Now you don't!" She said levitating herself behind a flipped over couch.

"Hey, nice one." Sky hovered herself over to Jessie and began dancing with her.

"Why are we dancing again?" Jessie asked as she danced with her friend. "Not that this isn't fun."

"Just trying to find something to do while we are floating around the room. I wish Dani would come back and fix it." Sky told Jessie.

"Yeah, I"m starting to get dizy." Jessie said. "OH DANI!!!!!" Jessie shouted.

"Well, I guess I will try. "Finite incantantum!" She screamed and a jet of blue light came out of the end of her wand. The room flipped back around and Jessie and Sky both fell.

"Ow!" Jessie shouted when she landed. "Ok, that's one to cross of my 'favorite spells' list!"

"Sorry, it's the only spell that would work. I am pretty proud of myself for pulling it off."

"Well in that case, good job!" Jessie said clapping.

"Why thank you." Sky said while rubbing her head. "Guess we'll call it a night then? Before either of us gets hurt again?"

"Sounds good, Same time same place tomorow?" Jessie asked.

"Yes, i think so."

"Hasta Lavista chica." Jessie said as she exited the room.

Traci walked into the D.A. after a lond nedded break she looked around "Hey" she called to everyone

Sky walked into the room of requirement and saw Traci. "Hi there. wow, you have missed alot!"

she smiled "i had to sort things out" she smiled

"I understand that. We learned how to morph ourselves yesterday, it was pretty funny as we were not exactly getting the results we expected." Sky laughed.

DAni came into the new meeting, "Hello everyone."

"Hi Dani. Welcome back!" Sky said smiling. She walked over to her. "I have to tell you something." She smiled.

(squeeeee)

"Hey guys!" Jessie said rushing into the RoR. "What's up?"

"Not much, our leader seems to have stepped out again. How about relaxing for now?"

"You know I'm always up for that!" Jessie dropping her bag and pulling over a chair. "So, what off task thing shall we do today?"

Sandy had finished her homework and dashed off to the DA to find out what they were doing...

Traci morphed into a puppy without a wand she ran around barking and jumping on people she set herself in Sky's lap

~Fated sat boredly during the meeting, his mind wandering as he began to think of other things than what were going on~

::sara stood up.::

"you know don't you think we should practice dueling? this war in imminent....who knows where or when...quite frankly we don't get a lot of training in combat here at hogwarts...at my old school..." ::She trailed off...she missed her old school...but here she had a mission, a purpose!::

"Well aren't you miss bossy?" ~Fated sneered as he rolled his eyes at Sara~ "You obviously don't know what is in store for you and-" He suddenly became quiet, almost blowing his cover was a bad move. He needed to at least pretend to be a part of the DA~

::Sara whirled around and face this rude boy.::
::she glared at him for a minute...then made up her mind.::

"alright then" ::She said cooly.:: "lets see if you're as skilled in fighting as you obviously think you are." ::She pulled out her wand and saluted him in challenge.::

~Fated was all too proud to rise to the challenge and he stood up, drawing his wand and saluting her the same way~ "If you insist on bruising your delicate skin, by all means I will duel with you but I don't go easy - not even on girls so if you wish to reconsider then I'll allow you the chance to back down," He said firmly~

::Sara stared resolutly back with a gryfindor like unwilliness to back down.::

"oh please." ::She scoffed.:: "i could beat you any day. Bring it."

::and without hesitating a second longer she shot a nonverbal spell to the floor under his feet, collapsing the ground beneathing him and causing him to loose balance and crash to the floor.::

:she took that opportunity to cast another spell; she waved her wand over her head like a lasso muttering an incantation and soon his robes where swirling about him, throttling him.::

~Fated growled as he was not only tripped but was now struggling with his own robes attacking him~
"Agh!!" ~He finally pulled the robes away and broke their enchantment. He jumped to his feet glaring at the girl.~ The temptation to use an unforgivable was there yet he knew that he couldn't use the Dark Arts in the middle of the DA meeting so he decided an indirect approach~

"Impressive." He said through clenched teeth. "I can see you are not anyone to mess with." ~Then he snapped his finger and the floor she was standing on became a puddle of water and then turned into ice that froze her feet in place.~

~He flicked his wand twice and then tapped his open palm creating a jar of leeches and threw them on her.~

::Sara rolled her eyes, flicked her wand and shot a heat spell to her feet, melting the ice. With a wave of her wand her feet where dry. Of all the easiest things to hit her with.::

::she eyed the leeches and again shook her head.::

"Leeches?" ::she asked werily *sp*.::

::She shook her head and decided to be creative with it. she transfigured the leeches into little needles which turned and began attacking Fated. a nice, but not overdone, use of both transfiguration and charms.::

~Fated ducked a couple of the needles and swished his wand making then turn into puffs of smoke~

"You are lucky I went easy on you." ~He boasted~

::Sara smirked.::

"ya huh...you went easy...riiiiight..bet that's the best you've got." ::She taunted. She didn't know what had gotten into her, usually she was nice....really! but this guy bugged her a LOT. He thought he was so great, but he really neeeded.......and she smiled evily.::

::with a flick and swish Sara had Fated hanging upside down in midair.::

::it wasn't a very powerful spell..and it was a rather simple attack...but it made her feel happy.::

~Fated dangled from the air flailing wildly. How could he have let her get the upper hand to this! He was outraged but he could not use any dark magic while being in the meeting or he'd be on his way to Azkaban.~

"Okay okay...i give up!" He spouted. "Put me down and use your magic to actually do something useful that will help us again the death eaters!"

::Sara wondered at his giving up so quickly, but lowered him to the floor, and despite her impulse, without dropping him.::

~He stood there recomposing himself and then smirked at her.~ "If you're done showing off, maybe you could teach us something that would be useful in battle against death eaters." ~He suggested. From this point on, he was determined to absorb all of the knowledge that he could and memorize what he learned to inform the death eaters to prepare them~ And he had decided that once he had the chance he'd unleash his true power on the girl who had ridiculed him in front of the whole meeting~

::Rachel ran into the meeting breathlessly. She had slept in and unfortunately missed the first half, but the important thing was that she was there now. She was about to apologize for her lateness when she heard the boy's comment. Her brown eyes dangerously narrowed.::

"You haven't been year long have you? They obviously don't show clueless newbies anything fancy early on..."

~He whirled around to see the girl with strawberry blond hair and smirked~ "No, I haven't been here long but from the looks of it neither have you. After all, swaggering in here so late doesn't give a good impression of you" ~He sneered~

::She rolled her eyes.::

"Well perhaps I'm so advanced in my spells that I'm able to miss the first half of the meeting because I know it's just stuff they tell the muggles with wands before the real meeting starts."

Dani rushed in to see some new faces, "Hi," She waved. "I'm Danielle goodsman and I'm the temporayr DA leader."
