Luna Lovegood

Luna makes me laugh. She is annoying at times, yes, though she has quickly become part of the group, especially after helping at the ministry in OotP.

She is really very funny, and a great charector. But to be honest I dont know what she will do in the last book. She could have big part, she might not.. shes a swing

I think that she will have a big part as she has become a big character and especially if the DA comes into it

she might acciedently give them a hint to wher a horcruz might be

I love Luna!! Her character is great. She is so weird that it makes the story great. Sheis a good friend to Harry and the others and is pretty brave in her own sort of strange way. And her taste in jewelry...superb!!! XD

She is really so creative and such a beleiver if you tel her sometihing she will trust you and beleive you its funny!

Luna is pure brilliance. Her simplicity and somewhat dense nature brings a new and fresh view into the characters. think that through her child like qualities she will aid the trio with their search - how, Im not sure of, but I dont think we have seen the last of her

I agree, she will definitly show up, but how? I dont think the trio will want her to fallow them, but they might meet her.. I don't know what she would be able to hel pthough..

I've seen theories that Luna will be one of the character's who dies, because she's often described as ghostly and other-worldly, and this could be foreshadowing her death.

What do people think about that?

I like Amy's theory. I never noticed that but the more I think about it the more I like it. It seems to be a good theory. I dont want her to die though! She adds so much

I like Elfie didnt like her at first and I thought she was really just strange but after rereading and stuff I liked her more and more, and I think thats partly thanks to the fandom

I believe she is funny and I believe she is closer to the trio and may help in their finding the horcruxes

i would love for some of Luna's creatures to be real and the clue to finding the horcruxes, though I doubt it.

She has a good sense of humor. Yea, she nice too. Specially when she tells things bout her house to Harry

Luna is remarakble! A very talented Ravenclaw, despite her looniess. But, you know...she;s not really all that loony at all. It's a title kids at school giver her. She's just a bit..weird, but has a wonderful sense of humor! I love her!

She's blunt - brutally honest, really, which makes me laugh. She's luna!

I love Luna she is one of the best characters in the series. She always makes me laugh and I love the things she comes out with. I truly hope that she does not die that would be awful and I hope she is in the next book a lot XD. I think that with Luna and Hermione's knowledge Harry would find it so much easier to find the horcruxes.

What surprized me was that her role wasn't as fun as the other books. She was in danger a lot but her personality made tose though situations bearable for everyone involved. I really liked the Luna-Ollivander relationship.

Luna is tied as my favorite character. She is eccentric but it makes her who she is and I really like her personality. She doesn't really care about what other people say about her. She has her own little world with her father (who she is obviously close with) which I like though I'm a bit put out with her father). LUNA ROCKS!

I think that there connection was so sweet. They are all each other has and they have a really strong bond.

Yeah, espicialy when Luna got bitten by a gnome! that was hilarious! lol!

i am glad you all like luna, she is my #1 fav character. She is so peaceful and lives in her own world. That is so cool, i wish i was more like her. She doesn't get mad when people pick on her, she is so positive i just love her!! . Ha, instead of saying"I wanna be like Mike" it's "I wanna be like Luna"

ahahaha, there is this girl at my school who i would say is a "luna" because of how she behaves, and throws. I kid you not, she throws just like luna would if she had to throw something. does that make sense?? am i making sense to you? cuz i think i confused myself...

The characters like Luna, they are very important. As important as the chosen ones. You know, they won't reach to the Ministry of Magic if she didn't suggest about flying. Even though Lovegoods believe in impossible things, they still stand on the right side. (Xeno trying to exchange Harry for Luna is excluded here.)

I love how Luna sort of is a bit of a Gryffindor herself, and she also has got a little bit of Hufflepuff in her...actually, I don't know why she was put in Ravenclaw....aw well, JK Rowling knows best. KatieBellaTrix

I totally agree! Luna totally added that 'weirdness' to the series. You can just relate to her so much and think how she must be feeling because she is so human about every situation.

Yea, she takes everything so well and doesn't take anything to heart. when you think about it she's a really string character, I don't think the Harry Potter books would have been complete with them. And as for her being wierd theres always one of them in each school isn't there Lucy?! lol

Luna is one of my favorite characters. I love how eccentric she is but she's not afraid to show it. She's a really strong and loyal character and I really admire her. And the painting she put on the ceiling of her bedroom is so special and sweet. I'm so glad she grew to be such an important part of the books
