Lily Evans

I really like lily even though we know little about her. I do wonder if she ever had feelings for anyone else before James. I have read fics in which she had feelings for Sirius, Remus and Snape (different fics lol) and all seem a possibility

I really like Lily's character too.

I'm a Lily/James purist lol, I hate the thought that she might have gone out with one of the other marauders, or, god-forbid, Snape.

lol I dont know, I have read a few good ones (cant remember their names at the moment lol). I think maybe it is more possible that they had deeper feelings for her than she did for them

Sirius...no. This image may have been formed by fanfics, but I don't think Sirius was one to get involved with a particular girl for any length of time.

Remus...no as well. I think a lot of the view of Remus having feelings for Lily have been formed by the third film, when he speaks reverently of her on the bridge thing. That didn't happen in the books.

I agree with sirius, though with remus I think he did but was too scared of his wolf side to make a move. We see how he is with tonkks which makes me think that is why he never made any feelings clear to lily though I think they may have been there

But back to Lily. Personaly, I lover her! She's so great, and brave. I think that she shows people (hem hem Slighorn) that Muggle-Borns can do great things too.

No becasue thats when she and James statred going out and until then she thought James was a showoff and didnt want to be involved with him

Yes, she probably had a crush on him, nothing major, until he got more mature he was annoying like Harry was in the 5th and 6th books until the end of the 6th. When he grew up emotionally thats when she showed interest.

Although girls do become more emotionally mature before boys lol

yes thats so true... they learn how to handle there emotions first. And it shows through Lily and Hermione

Well the whole Lily's Eyes thing is supposed ot be important but I cant think what would be so important about the color of the eyes. I mean can it really make a diffrence?

J.K. also said that a big secret will be revealed about Lilly and I really want to know it.
I don't really think that her character has been that big though she is a nice person from what we saw of her. I do think though that snape was in love with Lilly which is why he put that memory into the pensieve he would not know which memorie Harry was looking at but knew it was one of his father.

I liked learning baout how Lily and Petunia got along but what was the big secret?

is the big secret you don't know lily and snape? is that what you're thinking of?

I really liked Lily cause she seems like a very good and mature person willing to stand up to people.
