| Actually, I didn't think the books were THAT amazing. Sure, they were okay, but sometimes the author described things a BIT too much, and I got bored. To me this is a typical epic series, nothing out of the ordinary. When I finished, I didn't have that 'exhausted' feeling I get if I really read an awesome book--as if I had just personally lived through all the events in the book. | |

| I read Eragon and thought it was great a while ago, but when I read Eldest I thought it was... um, not as good So I went back and read some of Eragon again, and to my surprise, I thought, "Psshhhh, I could've written this." And that's not exactly a great thought :D So these books are okay and all, but I'm not in any hurry to get the last book in the trilogy. | |

| Personally I loved it. I thought it was a great book and well written. A lot happens in a short amount of time and it's usually hard to do that without going and then and then and then but the author did that well I think.
I love these style of books so maybe thats why I enjoyed it more. I wasn't able to put it down (ask amy lol I was glued to it) and just thought it was really good.
I have yet to read Eldest

| I personally loved the books. As i have told Stephy before, i find myself in the books. See, i am able to vision myself as anyone, anything in these books. Unlike the other books i've read, i can actually see myself as the characters. Course it may just be because of my love for the races and magic, but also its setting. I just have always loved the setting in which Chris uses, because of its look and bulidings and such that this setting holds.
Though that is just my view.
