as i said i don't care if snapes turns to be the santiest man on earth he'll always be evil to me!

i dunno, I have a feeling hagrid will die...hmm...Though snape is a good candidate...but it seems too likely that he will die...I dunno.

Okay i think Hagrid will die and also *cant bring herself to say it* but yeah u know who i mean.

The reason why i thinkHagrid will die is because of something John was telling me, he was re-reading HBP and noticed how in the chapter where they go to meet Sluggy nd ask him to come to hoggy the place is a mess, yeah/ Well theres a broken Grandfather clock, sached and splitered etc, which if u think about what a fall from the astromeny tower could do to you (make u look like said clock) so, anyways where wa si? oh yes Hagrid will die because there was a piano smashed up as well, all of its keys were laying over the floor and Hagrid is the keeper of keys.

Plus other then Remus, Hagrid is the only adult who knw his parents, loved them and befriedned them like he did Harry. Just like DD, Sirius blah blah blah.

Hmm I can't see Hagrid dying. I voted Snape as he seems the most thought of to die, though there is said to be two people to die so who knows

But I also believe Snape won't survive the series. He's too evil :D

I voted for Snape, but for me, both he and Hagrid are probable.

Snapey - because he's so evil but might just turn out O.K. if he decides to sacrifice himself
Hagrid - because he's so close to Harry - he was the first wizard whom Harry met, and because, as Etta already said, he was one who knew Lily and James and cared for them.

It's interesting that no one has voted for McGonagall (yet) - she's a prominent supporter of the good side, and she was almost killed in OotP, so I'm just wondering why people don't think she'll die.

Or perhaps you do, but you think Snape/Hagrid have a higher chance of kicking the bucket.

well, if you take it like that, every member of the order is highly probable to die, right? :/

oh, and now I see we also have a vote for Trelawney - well, she was the one to make the prophecy in the first place... but none of the DE's knows that, except for Snape ... I doubt it that Voldemort knows, though, because otherwise he would have followed her already (even though she doesn't know of the prophecy herself...)

well mcgonagall will end up being hogwarts headmistress you'll see!!!!

I go with the majority with this one and say Snape. Everything just seems to lead to that conclusion

I was going to vote snape but then I thought that it could be mcgonagall too. A lot of the time, someone who is introduced early will be killed, so I guess that fits Hagrid too and many others so really I should have just gone with my first choice of snape lol

I think a new professor is more likely to die then any of the others XD

I think that it will be Snape although I think what you said about mcgonagall makes her a big possibility too

Professor Snape... he might protect harry in some way and voldie will get mad and kill him
