Malfoy's Mansion

Emmalynn watched helplessly as Shadow fought back. She couldn't think of anything she could do.

Shadow finally managed to break the curse on her and collapsed next to Emmalynn. She was utterly exhausted and unable to change back to human form.

Emmalynn took out another Calming Draught and quikly made the wolf-Shadow drink it. "It'll calm down your nervous system," she said.

Shadow was panicking, and tried not to drink the draught, thinking it was a poison, only it was forced down her throat. Unfortunately, it didn't seem compatible with her immune system as it made her pass out.

"Oh dear..." Emmalynn said, grabbing Shadow and Apparating into the empty room on the third floor. She levitated Shadow's wolf form onto the bed and took her pulse.

She sat down and conjured her potions materials. She quickly made a dreamless sleep potion, a pepper up potion, and a fever reducer. This wasn't the first time that a person had passed out after a Calming Draught.

She walked to Shadow and muttered "Enervate" to wake her up.

Shadow woke with a start, jumping up, she growled at Emmalynn until she realised who it was. Shadow sat back on her haunches, still in her wolf form, looking rather sheepish.

"Welcome back. Can you transform back yet?"

Shadow shook her head. Looking round, she saw a piece of parchment and an inkwell on a desk. Bounding over, she managed to write with a claw:
No energy, no concentration, too risky.

Emmalynn sighed. "Okay. This happened about a year ago on a mission for the Order. I can reverse the effects and give you someting else to help your nervous system. Without something, you nerves could go haywire." She thought hard for a minute. "Will you let me try to transform you back? There's a spell that works on Animagus and you're similar."

The wolf's eyes widened. Shadow shook her head quickly, backing away slightly.

Yvaine came to and went over and sat by Oddie. She was exausted.

Rista (Rachel) was quite distressed, but she blocked that feeling. She was certain that their plan may have been ruined. Shadow had blown her cover. Perhaps, however, she and Zelda would still be able to accomplish something.

Shadow nodded her head. Curling up, she kept one ear cocked for any noise what so ever in the mansion. She sat bolt upright as she heard some one running. Pawing at Emmalynn's leg, she tried to alert her to the danger.

Yvaine followed Oddie out.

Zelda looked at Rista. Seeing as they where the only order members in there now it would be harder. She whispered a quick thing to Rista.. " We are still going to try and get some info.. " Zelda said as she looked at her feet. After the fight it was quiet... Voldemort was standing there and most of the Real DE's had left for a reason. The two here in a desperate situation. Zelda want about to look at Voldemort without a reason.

Yvaine met up with Oddie."Now what?"

"That would only get us in more trouble." Yvaine said. "We must go get them and bring them to him."

Voldemort sat down and looked as though he was made.. She looked at Rista and than her mind started to wonder... " No.. " She thought as she tried to control her mind.. This was just about to get to her... She couldn't just give her cover up that easy.. She was quit frightened and made at the same time. All the planning and it might not be for anything.

"Fine, If you're not going to help...I'll do it!" Yvaine stormed out on Oddie. She walked into the room where she knew Shadow and Emmalyn were. "I'm...I'm sorry." She said as she grabbed them. "I have to bring you to him."

Shadow struggled against Yvaine's hold, knowing that it only meant trouble.

"I'm stronger than I look, huh Shadow?" Yvaine laughed.

Shadow growled as she tried to snap at Yvaine's arm. If she could have changed back into her human form, then it would have been a lot easier, but she couldn't.

(I really shouldn't put up with people who don't read previous posts, but...)

Emmalynn noticed Shadow try to break Yvaine's arm, and though it a brilliant idea. She ducked under Yvaine's arm, bringing the girl's wrist with her, and heard two sickening snaps where Yvaine's arm borke at the shoulder and the elbow. She released herself from the girl and grabbed her wand, thinking, "Stupefy!", all in a matter of two seconds. She quickly bound and gagged the Death Eater, completely disgusted with her. She looked over at Shadow.

"Are you okay?" she asked her friend.

Shadow stood up, shaking herself before her claws skittered on the polished wood and she fell again. She looked really sheepish as she managed to stand up again, but nodded her wolf head.

(I'm sorry. I didn't see your post. But there's no reason to get angry, people have done the same to me before.)

Yvaine was astonished, but the pain she felt came in second.

(There's no reason to be angry, I'm sorry! I won't do it again. sorry...)

Yvaine didn't, couldn't, look Emmalynn in the eyes.

Yvaine suddenly looked her in the eyes, "How dare you! you foul little-"Yvaine let out a sigh."I don't fear you, and--" Yvaine choked on her words. Mabey the girl's right, she thought.

Yvaine suddenly was reminded of the time when she was late on the first day of school. And again when all the other kids would scorn her, mock her. It must have been legilimency. A tear then rolled down the death eater's face.

Shadow noticed the tear. Leaping at Emmalynn, she knocked her over, releasing the spell. Shadow shook her head, trying to tell Emmalynn that it wasn't a good idea.

Rista looked at Zelda, hoping one of them would be able to come up with some sort of plan. It was just now starting to sink in how much danger they were in. She did everything she could to keep her fear and frustration under control.

Then came the memory of when she--then suddenly it was over. Emmallyn stopped the spell, why? Yvaine thought.

Voldemort stared to get mad and put hit wand to his throat.. " WHAT IS TAKING YOU ALL SO LONG!!! IF I DON'T HAVE A ORDER TO KILL IN ONE MINUET I WILL KILL ONE OF YOU!!!" He said as it echoed threw out the house.. Zelda started to shake a little and knew that her fear was starting to be uncontrollable.. she had to harness it... she had to be mad. Her mind slipped a little to when her parents died and how sad she felt.. and than she started to get mad... She looked Voldemort strait in the eyes with a fierce look..

" Mr. Rundell.. " He whispered as he looked at Zelda ( Ralph) and than at Rista ( Rachel).. " I haven't seen you in a while.. There is just a little bit something different about you.. Oh and is this supposed to be Rachel Grundamann... " After he said this he started to laps.. Zelda bared her mind ,but only hoped Voldemort wouldn't see threw Ristas or hers.. " Well hello .. is it Rista.. " He said with a smile curling on his lips and as he pointed his wand at her...

"Zelda's here, isn't she!" Yvaine said. "She's Rlaph!! I knew it was too good to be true." She sounded dissapointed. "You better get out of here, he's going to one of us, and it's going to be you if you don't leave!"

All of the sudden the real Ralph Rundell walked in and Zelda was caught.. She still sat thought.. maybe she could get out of this.. She looked at her brother and he looked at her.. She than looked at Rista and mouth.. " Run!" Both Ralph and Zelda looked at Voldemort..

"I said get out!" Yvaine screamed. "He'll probably kill me anyway, so just go!" Yvaine felt compasion, but she didn't know why.

Zelda looked at her and than at Voldemort.. She felt her true form coming to her and than she was Zelda again.. She looked at Voldemort with furry and didn't budge her wand..

Shadow howled and bounded out of the room. Her friends were in trouble, and she was not about to let them face it alone when she had been the cause of the stir. Hurling herself at the door, she managed to break into the meeting room. She landed, snarling at Voldemort.
