The Leaky Cauldron have recorded an interview with JK Rowling, which will be played on an upcoming episode of their podcast.

It is the first in-depth fan interview since this one in 2005, and Jo's repartee was everything we knew it would be: informative, warm, funny and chock-full of canon revelations as well as statements about the writing and publishing of the series. We had such a great time recording with her and hope that you all enjoy the output!

Most of Jo's sit-down with Sue Upton, John Noe and myself will be played in Tuesday's show, and the remainder will be saved for the following show.

We just couldn't wait to tell you; you can expect a preview of what we talked about on the show tomorrow, so stay tuned!

OMG! I seruoisly flipped out when I read this. I love PotterCast and Jo!! I can't wait to listen. OMG! I am so hsppy! LOL. Yayy!

The podcast is up for download now! I will be downloading and listening a little later.

They say that this is just the first part; the second half will be up next week, and there will be a transcript going up ASAP.

I listened to it! Ahhh! So funny. I love it. The Scottish Book! Yay! It sounds so cool. I can't wait for the rest. Yay. Yay. I listened to it last night and I was like jumping up and down. My mom though I finally went off the edge.
