1.Luna Lovegood and her ridicules but true creatures

Throughout most of her life Luna Lovegood has been mocked and ridiculed by fellow students who didn’t believe her when she told others about magical creatures that no one ever heard of. It is true that there is still yet to be discovered the Nargles as to which her and her father believes are still out there eluding capture but she had discovered many other magical creatures that we all had laughed at. Who would have had known that the lionseptius was real, a creature with a lion head and a snake body, and only came out when a duck and a pigeon would sing to a flower or even a panterilliy, a creature that looks like a flower but can turn into a panther when it hunts its prey which consists of cows and goats. Along with those that creatures that are discovered there is also a detailed description of those creatures that are yet to be discovered and a complete interview with Luna Lovegood herself.

2.The Founding Fathers Secrets

We all know about the founding fathers and this part in finding Hogwarts and what they gave to the school but we don’t know that much about them before Hogwarts came to be. After many years of research we have finally found shoking information about each of the founders. Did you know that Rowena wasn’t the smartest child in her family instead it was her sister Silica. Did you know that Salazar was once the nicest and caring guy in his neighborhood and always helped out others no matter what he was doing. Godric wasn’t the bravest one around, when he was little he used to be terrified of badgers which Helga had once tricked Godric into getting into a room filled with about twenty of them. These are just some of the secrets that the founding fathers had, pick this book to read more about them.

3.Knockturn Alley: Pleasantest place on earth?

No, you didn’t read that title wrong, Knockturn Alley had used to be the most pleasant place to be. Before Diagon Alley was built, Knockturn Alley was a great place for witches and wizards to go to get anything magic related. There used to be twice the many stores there than there is today and always had Auror’s watching over it making sure that no one did many wrong. With the Auror’s everywhere no one dared to steal or rob the many stores that littered the streets. Then Francis Diagon came and built Diagon Alley. Many of the stores moved their location to Diagon Alley and the other stores relating to the Dark Arts stayed in Knockturn Alley. With the lack of customers being there the Auror’s left and that’s when Kockturn started to get it’s bad reputation. Read this book and find out more about the friendly side of Knockturn Alley and the many crimes that had happened there once Diagon Alley came to be.

4.Hogwarts and the many Headmasters and Headmistresses

Hogwarts has been around for years making it able for many witches and wizards in Europe to go to school and learn all there is to magic. With their knowledge here they are then able to use it to get successive jobs in the future but did you know anything about the many Headmasters and Headmistresses that were in charged of the school? Inside this book you will learn about the many that have came to Hogwarts and what they gave to the school. Read about Albus Dumbledore one of the greatest Headmasters Hogwarts has ever seen or even one of the less known ones like Virginia Weathers.

We all know about that great train that takes students from platform nine and three quarters to Hogwarts but did you know that it used to be ran by Muggles. You heard me right, before Hogwarts was created by the founding fathers, the Hogwarts Express used to be called the King’s Cross Express. This train’s main purpose was to get the Prime Minster to his or her destination in time. Many times there has been other muggles who had tried to steal the Prime Minster during his travels each attempt was not successive. Many claimed that it was magic that protected him but do you think that that was what it was? Read this book and find out more.

6. Rigging of the Qudditch World Cup

In 1845 there was a a man by the name of Charles Fredrick Hansel Mandel. Mandel loved the team the Cucumbers but his beloved team just could never make it to the World Cup. One year after seeing his chosen team lose for the twentieth time in a row, Mendel decided that he was going to take matters into his own hands. Mendel ended up blackmailing all of the Qudditch teams except for the Walliflowers, the only team that the Cucumbers could beat, just so that his team could make it to the World Cup. Here you can read about all of the methods that he had thought of and find out what had happened to him when he admitted to what he did.

7.Molly Fandel, Seer of all?

Many have heard of Molly Fandel, a Seer who claimed that everything she had predicted she had Seen herself, but is that true? New evidence have been found that claims otherwise. It is true that everything that Fandel had said she had Seen did come true but the recent evidence found claims that it was Rachael Mathers Cotton Rezba who predicted everything. Rezba would have these visions throughout the entire day and each time she saw something she would write it down on a piece of paper and then continued on with what she was doing. Fandel would then come and take these papers and memorize everything that was written there before she destroyed it. Read this book to find out more about this.

8.You Know Who’s Rise and Fall

Everyone knows about You Know Who. The terrible wizard that had risen to power and was determined to destroy all Muggles and any wizards who was either Muggles borns or who was against all of the Muggle killings. Then the great wizard came, Harry Potter, who during the Final Battle and came and defeated the Dark Lord just when everyone thought that he was dead. In this book is a biography of He Who Must Not Be Named and also many guesses as to what made him go bad. Along with that is a detailed describe of one of the bystanders that watched Harry Potter defeat the wizard.

9.The Hallows: Fact or Fairy Tail?

Many have heard of the tale of the Hallows, the tail about three wizards that ran into Death and Death had given them three items: a cloak, a resurrection stone and a wand that cannot be defeated by anyone, but there are a few of those that believe that they are in fact real. They claim that when all three are brought together that the user will be able to defeat Death itself but how can items that powerful be real. In this book is the full story and many accounts of those who had claimed to of have seen them.

10.Salam Witch Trails

The Muggles have written many books about this event that had happened. Some of the so called wizards that they burned were Muggles but they did get some actual witches and wizards and tried to burn them too, which did not really do much to them. In this book read the detailed accounts of those wizards who was burned themselves and what they did to prevent the fire from hurting them. Also there is a biography about one witch who loved to be burned at the stack that she would come up with many disguises and have the Muggles burn her countless times.

4. The Flying Carpet – a Dying Transport? by Norman Dillingham

What has happened to this (used to be ordinary) form of transportation? The majestic carpet has all but disappeared from the skies, the market, and even rarely makes an appearance in second-hand stores. Has the standard of which our magic is performed lessened. As witches and wizards have we dropped our standards and become sloppy in the ancient art work of wand movements. In this book Dandy Randle discusses the movements used when casting spells and compares them to how they are done now. With diagrams placed within it enables the reader to stay some of the footwork and stances used to cast spells many years ago. This all time favourite classic will not only give the reader an insight as to how spell casting was done in the Ancient Wizarding world but also improve their skills by guiding them through step by step. After ploughing through the pages of this wondrous book I assure you, that you spells will never be cast the same again.

The Giants a forgotten civilisation once constantly at war against the Wizarding world. After the death of the well known singer, Wander Wirlhops, little was know about her life apart from her singing. Though upon a search of her belongs it came to notice that she had completed what seemed like an autobiography. And now after these many years without her beautiful singing we are able to appreciate her by learning of the hardship of her life. Of how in the noble house of Helga Hufflepuff this quite choir girl struggled with her exams. Of how she got into the singing business and how she managed to keep things so secretive. Fizzy Wilks and American moved to England also gives us an insight as to what it was like at Caster academy. This book enables the reader to compare to how things are here and the education system used. Giving them a wider understanding of the History of a fellow Wizarding school.

In this intriguing novel Violet Astly gives us the History of the ever useful broomstick. Of how it was first created and first used and the adaptation of broomsticks to how they are now. Violet Astly not only looks at the development of the broomstick but also of its uses and why a broomstick was used. Giving a Historical judgement Violet Astly is able to make us think twice before running into the garden to get the ever popular broomstick. Why is it that in practically every Wizarding household throughout the world at least one broomstick is held in possession. Violet Astly is here to tell us of how that came to be in this ever outstanding book she battles with us to try and change our view on the second most common Wizarding item.

The Daily Prophet a newspaper which has been around for as long as I can remember. Giving information on the daily happenings in the Wizarding world. Entertaining and enlightening family’s throughout the county. Rose Witherspone takes us through some of the most memorable articles inside this spectacular book. Brining back memories on famous events from the dawn of time. Such as the first ever front page article ever printer on the Daily Prophet. With funny memories this is a classic book for any family to gather round and collectively take a trip down memory lane. Rose Witherspone brings back to life some of the most forgotten articles written by our favourite Journalists.

A newly updated version of Famous battles throughout History, now including an account by Harry Potter. This book has been marvelled throughout history by many fans and used throughout the European schools. This book has been passed down from generation to generation retelling the horrific tales of the battles in our past. Including those against magical creatures and alike. Such as the goblin wars. Donna Cooper who has written the past three editions of Famous Battles throughout History has continued to amaze us with her vast knowledge and in-depth to the wars that have happened throughout the years. Not only does she give a re-account of the famous battles but makes a historical judgment on them which is both humorous and informative.

Rita Skeeter former journalist for the daily prophet and know writer to revealing the truth about Lord voldemort when the ministry chose to ignore the fact that he was back. Rita Skeeter is known for informing us of every bit of information and Rita gives us a most intriguing re-tail of the fall of the dark lord. Giving us facts unknown to anyone else apart from those who suffered within the battle field. Rita includes not only the amazing information of how the infamous Harry James Potter defeated the dark lord but small comical information such as the kiss shared between a Mr Ronald Weasly and a Miss Hermione Granger mid battle. Giving a most peculiar view on how Harry Potter defeated the dark lord we can be sure that Rita’s book will be read throughout time as she tells of the possibly most greatest battle in the Wizarding History.
