Great Hall

Zelda walked into the great hall and waited for Oddie.

Zelda looked at the two and smiled.. " Oddie... Yvaine... .I Will leave you two can talk." Zelda said as she walked out of the Great Hall.

Shadow shook her head. Some things were far too obvious.

Glancing at shadow, yvaine asked oddie if she knew shadow well."She's a nice girl, she's just puzzling is all" Yvaine said glancing again at Shadow.

"Not sure, really." Yvaine said 'out in space' as her brother told her she was as a little girl.

"Haha" Yvaine half laughed. "Sure, why not? I was just thinking..."

"True...do you want to come?" Yvaine asked.

Yvaine started to walk with Oddie.

(No problem)

"Where ever...I just need some fresh air"

"Sounds wonderful!" Yvaine said as they headed towards the lake. She sighed, "I love the outdoors!"

Yvaine saw a quick glimps of someone, but it was to far away to know who it was."Who's that?" She asked

(I can try! I might be gone...dunno)

(Hehe, yeah, I really don't want to go anyway...)

"Good idea" Yvaine said as they followed the stranger.

"I don't know. Wait!" Yvaine said as she pulled oddie with her behind a tree. "I think he saw us."

Shadow appeared silently behind the two girls.
"I don't know who he is, but I'm pretty sure that he won't appreciate being followed."

Samuel Craft walked into the Great Hall, eager to have some lunch for the afternoon. After attending his very first Charms lesson, he found his stomach growling, itching for as much food as it could handle. Sitting at the Ravenclaw table, he began looking through the selection of food in the middle of the table.

Yvaine tripped over a stick and fell face first. Laughing, she hoped the strange man didnt' hear her.

"I'm fine" She said, still laughing." I'm such a kluts!"

"Might as well, we're already here." Yvaine said

Zelda entered the Great Hall sometime later and walked over to the new student..." Well hello I'm Zelda .. what is your name?" Zelda asked.

bella walked into the great hall for the first time. she had just transfered from a muggle school as they had caught her magical abilitys late. she felt scared and didnt have any idea whether she could do magic

Rose popped up behind Bella, in a unusually pleasant mood. She smiled and tapped the girl on the shoulder.

"Hi, I'm Rose, I don't think we've ever met. Are you new?"

"Hi Rose" Bella said turning around feeling happy that someone was talking to her "I feel so lost in this big castle, it seems everyone knows everyone else apart from me"

Rose nodded. "Hi Bella. I know how that feels. Do you want to stay with me for a while?"

Natalie sat at the Gryffindor table and poured herself a bowl of Owl-o's. There was a rustling sound from over-head.

"Post," Natalie said, looking up, and sure enough, a large barn owl and another large screech owl were flying rapidly toward her, one carrying a long, slim package, the other holding a square package.

"Its here!" said Natalie as the owls flew down and deposited the packages in front of her. Natalie excited torn off the paper. Inside was her new firebolt broomstick, completely with her own customisation...red and yellow ribbons at the handle, and a broomstick servicing kit.

Natalie let out a great whoop. It was Friday...on day left of class this week...and then she had the whole weekend to ride her new broom.

Rose looked up as she too noticed the owls arrive. An old barn owl turned and swooped down towards her. Rose held her hands up and grabbed the small package he dropped.

She shook it, listening to what could be inside. Then, she tore it open, saving the paper in her robe, and pulled out a funny looking ball. She recognized it right away. "A rememboral! (sp?)" She felt it in her hands, covering every inch of it surface. Was this a joke from someone on her Quidditch team that knew she was always late for matches?

Shadow had been sitting at the Slytherin table and saw her over-large raven swooping down to her. It landed neatly next to her plate, and Shadow took the scroll that was tied to its leg.
"Thanks Nightstrike." She said, and the raven cawed softly before helping itself to Shadow's pumpkin juice. Shadow opened the scroll to see the runite writing of her home dimension, along with the High Priestess' signature. Sighing, she read through it.

Shadow shook her head, not looking up from the letter she was reading.

Rose shook her ball, razing an eyebrow. It was certainly pretty. She glanced around the room, looking for any of her teammates. Her owl was flapping her wings around and screeching, as if in distress.

"Oh, lay off it!" Rose frowned at the clumsy bird, as it lifted off the table and flew away, almost running into some other owls on its way.

Rose herd a familiar voice behind her and turned to see Phoenix come in and sit down at her house table. Smiling Rose called, "Ello, Phoenix! You just missed the morning post!"

Rose raised an eyebrow, then took a brisket and shoved it in her mouth. "Great? Did I miss something?'

Rose swallowed. "Oh, yeah, I see how that can be. So, how have you been?"
