HEBB 2 : Animal Enclosure

Streams pushed open the gate and ventured inside. It was very quiet at first, but then all at once, there was an explosive symphony of bird calls. Streams stood very still, absorbing the chirping with a seemingly uncharacteristic silence. Her footsteps were slow and careful as she slowly approached a thestral and bowed. The thestral snorted and reared into the air, and Streams retreated, head still bowed, as she went in search of more friendly animals.

Cautiously peeking in, Jenn slowly opened the gate and tip toed in. Hmmm, this is strange, she thought to herself. This was definitely not here the last time...I wonder what this place is... Just as she closed the gate, she heard a loud roar to her right. Jumping backwards, Jenn let out a little screech, practically flew up the gate and perched herself on the top. As her hair flopped into her face, she swept it back with one hand as she kept a firm grip on the gate. Peering around, she shuddered for a moment.

"I think I'll just stay up here for a little while..." She muttered to herself. Jenn mentally slapped her head as she should have remembered to bring her cell with her. Hopefully, Elana would some looking for her in a few moments. If not, well, she'd just have to camp out here for the night.

Streams tapped her throat with her wand and her voice was suddenly magnified. "Hey Jenn!" she shouted. "You completely fell for it! There's this huge speaker hidden in the bushes that roars every seven minutes! It's hilarious, isn't it?! Just wanted to tell ya, you can come on down!"

Grinning, Streams went further into the enclosure, ducking under branches and darting around shrubs as she pondered on the size of the enclosure. She couldn't see the outer edge from where she stood, in a sun-dappled little ring of grass. Then she heard a snuffling sound directly ahead and froze, not knowing which way to turn.

Her head shook back and forth as she heard Streamer's shout. "Where is that girl yelling from?" Jenn said outloud. "Streamers?!" She paused for a moment as she heard her voice echo through the trees. Streamers...Reamers...amers...ers... Deciding that perhaps she should just come down, Jenn slowly climbed down the gate. After all, it wasn't as though Big Brother would ever intentionally have dangerous animals around in the house. Her fingers suddenly froze, what if it were intentional though? Come to think of it, he did mention something about storms and dangerous things...

Peering down at Elana, Jenn waved at her friend. Once again, she was perched at the top as she hadn't heard from Streamer again and who says that she didn't get eaten by some animal in the enclosure while she was wandering around. Although...if that was the case...maybe the animal was be full enough that it would leave her alone for a bit? As Jenn continued the pros and cons, she was surprised to find Elana joining her in sitting on top of the gate.

"Hey Elana!" She called out with a wave. "I'm surprised to see you up here. I was hoping you'd come save me..." Jenn waited until Elana reached the top before wondering outloud. "Now who'd going to save us?"

Dragon wandered into the Animal Enclosure and saw that Jenn and Elana sitting on top of the gate. Climbing up, she winced when she fell flat on her face when she lost her balance. "Humpty Dumpty." she muttered to herself. Waving to the girls she wandered furthur in the enclosure.

"Wha-?" Dragon glanced up when she heard a voice shouting from above but she couldn't make out the words. Blinkling she shielded her eyes from the sunlight and dismissed the voice as her imagination. Spotting a small pond, she stuck her hand in the cool water when something clamped down on her hand..

Sarah climbed over the gate and eyed the enclosure nervously, she wasnt great with animals though she hoped there would be some nice furry creatures to pet.

She walked further in and saw Dragon with her hand in the pond, a weird expression on her face.

"Dragon...?"

Shadow wandered into the Animal Enclosure and smiled slightly when she saw the others. Hiding herself in a bush before anyone saw her, she howled like a wolf.

Mick jumped half out of his skin as the noise echoed through the enclosure. Perhaps he should just sit on this comfortable wall, yes, thats what he would do...

Shadow stood up and began to walk further into the Enclosure. Hearing a slight rustel to one side, Shadow shot round to see a dog like creature coming towards her. Smiling, she bent down so that she was on eye level with the wolf.
"Hello," She said, "I take it that you're Moony." She scratched it slightly behind the ear.

Chris walked into the animal enclosure and looked around at all the animals.

Violet had walked around and saw something in a room. 'hmm, wonder what that is.' Walking in there, she saw a llama. "Aww, look. You are so cute. Loony little fellow. Thats it, I'll name you Luna, Lonny Luna. Haha, Luna for short." Violet said, petting the llama on the head adn walked to sit dow, the llama following her.

Emmalynn meandered into the Animal Enclosure, walking around aimlessly and looking at the animals.

"Oh wow!" she said, approaching a tiger, "Hey there, cutie. You're such a pretty tiger. What's your name?" She started to pet the tiger and felt a collar around its neck. Reading the tiger's nametag, she said, "So you're called Weasley, huh?" She giggled, "That's a funny name, Weasley."

Emmalynn continued to pet the tiger until she felt something crawl over her foot. She looked down and screamed. "Ew! Spider! Get it off, get it off!" she yelled, shaking her foot to try to fling the disgusting creature off of her.

Dragon drew her hand out of the pond and saw a fish dangling from it. "Eeep!" she yelped and shaking her hands up and down the fish finally releashed it's clamp on her and flopped back into the pond. Rubbing her palm she leaning towards the water surface and looked more closely at the fish. It was Neville the fish. Checking if her shake had hurt the HE pet, she continued on her exploration around the enclosure.

Chelle walked through the gate into the enclosure, animal food in her hand as she started putting it over the ground for the animals, yet all too soon she realised her mistake.

The animals had smelt the food and they all seemed hungry.

Chelle looked up just in time to see the stampede...and it was coming straight at her

"Are you ok?" Chris asked as he ran to the girl who had just fell.

"Yep, and I am lvoing it. How about you?"

"Harry sounds mean." Chris said.

"Well, i bet the other animals are nicer." CHris said. "Much nicer than you Harry." Chris added looking at the bush where Harry ran off towards.

"Yeah lets do that." Chris said.

Chris laughed. He looked around looking for other animals.

"Oh cool." Chris said.

"Yeah, probably not." Chris laughed.

"Yeah." CHris said as he looked for other animals. He saw a little pond area. "Look its Nevile the gold fish."

Kim wandered into the enclosure and saw stephy and chris talking. she waltzed up to them and greeted them, "hey guys. i've never been in here, but it looks pretty cool."

she looked at the two and got a funny feeling, "am i intruding? cuz if i am i'll go away. but i don't know, so yeah."

"No not at all." Chris said. "It is pretty cool though."

" Oh, well i had to ask. you never know these days, " she said. she looked at the fish. "did i hear you say it's name was nevvile?" she asked laughing.

"Yeah." CHris said.

Pamela walked out to the animal enclosure. She had yet to make it out there, and was curious as to what it was all about. There were quite a few animals out there, but her eyes were drawn straight to the llama.

She thought immediately about her friend from back home and her love for llamas...particularly Lenny the Llama, a hand-puppet she created complete with spitting and a southern accent. Pamela felt a momentary twinge of homesickness that was immediately replaced with excitement when she saw the pig.

"Oooh, piggie!!" Pamela squeeled, running straight for it. Naturally it ran away from her. Shrugging, Pamela plopped down and waited for the pig to come to her. Pamela really loved pigs.

Violet walked back in."hello Luna."She siad, walking walking up to the Llama
