Court Room 3 : Trial of GryffindorGal4hp Vs. The Three Bears

GryffindorGal4hp - you stand on trial against The Three Bears, Eenie, Meenie and Elfie.

You are accused of breaking into the three bears house and using a fake name of Goldilocks in order to steal all of their belongings.

You are to plead your innocence with any evidence to support it.

Jury members (everyone else) you are to prove her guilt with any evidence to support it.

This court is now open

The Fetch looked at her battered time turner.

"I got this...or rather...I inharited it...from my father...Comparius Glockin...high priest of the shadow land where I come from. He gave it to me. It had been passed down from man to man in his family, and since my mother had died without having any males to take the time turner, father grudgingly gave it to me."

Natalie looked up again.

"As I have said before, why would I waste a month making a Polyjuice potion for this when I could be studying for importamt exams. Look, I have witnesses who were there with me at the movies at that time...but of course you would want to talk to them...they are dolls...possess by humans and trapped in the doll bodys.....would you like to talk to them?"

"Time turners are not passed down. Time turners are issued by the ministry and taken back after the person's death or they return it. And they are only made in the Ministry." Violet said.

"My point exactly" Stephy said agree with Violet. "Tell me how you really came across this time turner. Surely after the orginal owner's death the ministry would have taken it back."

"You have never been to the shadow lands, so you do not know our culture of passing down things that our anscestors have indeed stolen from this world." said the Fetch simply.

"So you stole this time turner?" Stephy asked the Fetch. "I guess than after this court case we shall be having another one for you."

Stephy than turned to face Natalie. "You said that you would rather be studying for exams instead of making Poly Juice potion, well this is my question to you, if you were studying for your potion test would you not of have ran across a book that had how to make the Poly Jucie potion? Isn't this potion a hard potion to make? Maybe you decided that you would practice for your test and make a batch of Poly Juice potion and than later you found a need for it."

Rigby stood up.

"I move to stike the Fetch's testimony from the record! It is obvious the Fetch is as shadowy a character as the place she comes from. Obviously the Fetch does not adhere to our lands rules and laws, so how can we accept that she is speaking the truth? Will anyone second my motion?"

Rigby looked at her fellow jury members, hoping they were in agreement to toss the Fetch and her testimony out.

Stephy turned to hear what Rigby said and thought that she had a good point. "That is a good reason not to be able to take her word" Stephy said to her nodding in agreement. "I shall second your motion"

"I think that this is all a lie, and she used the stolen time- turner to go back intime, to stop her fro being arrested in the past. When this one got arrested, she would be put away, that is until the time ran out and she wouldnt be there. I think she told herself that if it didnt work our right, to go back intime and not freak if she saw herself. And how does someone just come out openlying? See my piont?" Violet asked, sighing.

"It is true that I used the stolen time turner," said the fetch, "very few people had a nerve to...but I did."

"Oh, we are so done accepting your testimony, fetch... or whatever you are. You steal, you lie, your testimony is worthless. I would even go so far as to suspect that you've been paid to take the fall for Natalie. Of course, she should ask for a refund as I'm afraid you haven't been very convincing." Rigby glared at the fetch, ready to eject her physically from the room if she had to.

"Fine...I will leave," said the Fetch, "but this girl...." she pointed to Natalie, "or any of you will never see me again."

"Thank God," NAtalie gasped, "Now I can live life in peace."

The fetch exited the courtroom.

Stephy watched the fetch leave the room and she turned to face Natalie. "Well I see that the fetch had the time turner, how do we know that you didnt take it off of her and used that?" Stephy asked her. "You do have the means to do the crime. As Rigby said for all we know you could of have paid the fetch to fall for your crime"

"I'm stuck. How does someone like that just walk and leave. No, I'm not conviced. I'm sticking to the whole big lie." Violet said.

(i dont think she will be on tomorrow. i know that she is going to Malta for 2 weeks. so i know she wont be on then. but im not sure)

No, I'm not confused. You are, though. If your 'fetch' was an exact twin, then it's not a mirror image. If your 'fetch' was a mirror image, then it's not an exact twin. I would very much appreciate it if you could get your facts straight and tell us what your 'fetch' really is.
