A lonely house stood un the middle of a field hidden by the dense forest and protected by many invisible charms from many dimensions, making the house practically invincible. Round the back of the house, sat a block of stables housing a small pegasus herd that Shadow had bred herself.

Shadow appeared at the tall iron gate into her house, which was surrounded by a high wall. Muttering several words in many languages though her projected thoughs, the gates opened and she led Violet and Phoenix through before closing them with yet more words. Shadow turned to her two friends. Welcome to my home. She signed to them.

Smirking Voldemort laughed in Shadow's face "And whom would be to stop me?" he hissed.

"I will." Shadow thought aloud, snarling at Voldemort.

Voldemort laughed "You?" he sneered "You just nothing but a pathetic excuse for a demon!"

Shadow raised an eyebrow and pulled up the sleeve on her right arm, showing a tattoo of a V and a D.
"A demon you saw fit to claim as your own." She thought before summoning her magic and throwing it at Voldemort.

Voldemort has sent back but not that far, "What a mistake that was" he told her approaching her again.

Shadow was livid, and magic crackled and sparked in the air around her.
"You will not go any further."

Chuckling to himself, he pushed Shadow aganist the wall and whispered in her ear "Watch me"

Shadow kicked Voldemort away with a strong two footed kick before dropping to the ground in a low fighting stance.

Voldemort smirked "Better watch it Demon!" he hissed

Shadow snarled in anger, her eyes narrowed.
"You will harm no one here."

Phoenix could hear Voldemort and Shadow, she remained and stayed with Shadow's children as Shadow had asked her.

Voldemort smirked and pushed her out of the way.

"Phoenix, your ring...its gone. That means someone else is married to him." She said, just now noticing Phoenix's ring gone. "Whats going to happen?" She asked, trying to see what was going on.

Phoenix looked at Violet "Riddy" she said "Keep it down" she told her "You father is out there fighting Shadow, she told me to stay here to look after her kids and that she would let me help her."

Violet sighed, cracking her knuckles. "One, two, three, four.." She said, counting the rest ion her head.

Phoenix grabbed Violet's knuckles "Stop that" she said "Its goes through me"

"What?" Violet asked.

"Cracking your knuckles" she told her.

"Why?" She asked, sitting down and couting again.

"Cause..its..just stop" she said not being able to think of an excuse.

Violet rolled her eyes and laid down on the couch.

Phoenix looked at Violet "Riddy, i'm worried about Shadow" she said.

"Me to." She mumbled, yanwing.

Phoenix looked at her finger "Riddy, does it mean i'm free?" she asked

"Yes.." Violet said, falling asleep.

Phoenix smiled "Then the future doesn't look so dark anymore" she said.

Violet moaned in response and turned over.

Phoenix rolled her eyes "Riddy, wake up" she said.

"No." She mumbled.

Phoenix poked her "Please stay awake" she said.

"No, I'mt tired." She said, burrying her head futher into the couch.

"Vi, if i'm not married to Henry anymore, when who is?" she asked "Cause i don't think he just had a change of heart over night"

Violet sat up, rubbing her eyes. "My sister." She said, laying back down.

"Oddie?" she asked

"Yes, good night." Violet saidm drifting back to sleep.

Phoenix rolled her eyes and decide she best get some sleep too "Night riddy" she said.

"Mh." She mumbled and feel asleep.

Phoenix smiled as she feel asleep.

Violet woke up some time later, strecthing. "Why is it soo quiet?" She asked, standing up.

Phoenix moaned in her sleep before saying "Shh, it night night"

"No its not." Violet said, looking out the window.

Phoenix stood up and looked at Violet "Whats up with you?" she asked.

"Whats that suppose to mea?" Violet asked.

Phoenix shook her head "Nothing" she said.

Violet sighed and laid back down on the couch, her hands over her eyes. "I'm so tired."

"I'm scared" she admitted.

"About what?" She asked, looking at her

"About Henry" she said "You don't think he'll try and find me and take Alice?"

"He could care less." Violet mumbled.

Phoenix smiled "Good" she said "Vi, you wanna be god mother?"
