A lonely house stood un the middle of a field hidden by the dense forest and protected by many invisible charms from many dimensions, making the house practically invincible. Round the back of the house, sat a block of stables housing a small pegasus herd that Shadow had bred herself.

Shadow appeared at the tall iron gate into her house, which was surrounded by a high wall. Muttering several words in many languages though her projected thoughs, the gates opened and she led Violet and Phoenix through before closing them with yet more words. Shadow turned to her two friends. Welcome to my home. She signed to them.

Phoenix looked at Archangel, coming down to her level "You didn't do anything darling" she said softly.

Violet grabbed a stick as she walked towards a hill. She dropped it down the hill, watching to fall. Slowly, she climbed down it, sitting at the bottom of it.

"I did, otherwise she wouldn't have walked off..." Archangel said.

Phoenix looked at the little girl "Violet just not in a good mood" she told her "Should we take you home back your mum?" she asked.

Violet laid on the ground and started to scream. She found it better then hurting herself and she just felt like it.

Phoenix heard Violet scream "Stay here" she said to the girl before running off to Violet.

Archangel looked around, scared. She didn't like being alone, and her mother always warned her not to be. She curled up in the prominent roots of a tree, pulling her white cloak further around her.

Violet stopped and climbed out of the bottom of the hill, she walked back to the house, kicking rocks and couting to hunred in her head on the way

Phoenix went over to Violet "Riddy" she said

"Leave me alone." She said, shrugging her off.

Phoenix shook her head "No not when your like this" said Nixy.

"Dammit. Leave me alone." She said, walking over to the gril. "Come on." She said, picking her up.

Phoenix didn't follow "Fine!" she yelled.

Archangel looked up, fear filling her until she saw it was Violet. She calmed down, but still looked up at her unknown sister.

Violet ignored Phoenix and walked back to the house with Archangel in her hands. She knocked on the door.

Phoenix started walking back to the house,

Onyx looked up from trying to comfort her mother and trotted to the door, morphing back to open it.

Phoenix walked through the door completly ignoring Violet, she went to see how Shadow was.

Violet walked in, and sat Archangel on the couch, ignoring everyone else.

Phoenix sat down and remained slient.

Shadow stood up and strode upstairs, her hood hiding her tear stained face, cloak billowing behind her. Archangel and Onyx looked worried.

Phoenix looked at Violet "I sugested you say sorry" she told her.

Shadow sat in her room, on her bed, back leaning against the wall, looking at the ceiling. She was trying to think, but she couldn't. Her magic wasn't in check as objects flew around the room. She didn't care.

"Why should I say sorry?" Violet asked, turning to face Nixy. "I did nothing wrong but say I know and the thought that they were my sisters and the fact my father did this made me sick." She hissed. "When you see Shaeman, tell him I'm out in the yard hiding from everyone." She said, walking out and slamming the door behind er.

Phoenix followed Violet outside "Well she couldn't provent what happen" she said

"I know she couldnt! Just like I counldt prevent Henry from doing what he done to me and you! I cant help that my thoughts on this are different then hers!" She shouted, sitting beside the house.

Phoenix followed her back into the house "And how do you think she is coping?!" she yelled "She needs her friends more then ever now!"

"Just shut up!" Violet yelled, standing up and knocking over the chair she was sitting in. "You dont sit here and tell me anything. When you have went throw what I've went threw since three years old, then you can sit there and tell me I'm wrong. But no, you were never starved, beaten, forced, almost dead and the found only for it to happen again!" She hissed, walking away from her and wiping ehr eyes.

Archangel was watching.
"Mother was like that..." She said.

Phoenix turned and looked at her as she walked off "I know exactly what you went through; it happened to me!!" she yelled.

"Atlest your mother had a place to call home, not the streets begging for food and staying in random places." She said, sitting beside the girl.

"A place to call home. I've seen her mind, it wasn't like that!" Archangel said.

"Home?" she yelled "If thats what you can call it!"

Violet shook her head, standing up and walking back out of the house, not even bothering to watch were she was going. Looking up, she saw Henry and Bellatrix. "Go ahead, do what you want." She said, holding her hands out.

Phoenix followed her outiside "See.." she was cut of when she saw Bella and henry.

Archangel had wandered out as well. She smiled up at Henry and Bellatrix, not knowing who they were.
"Hello." She said brightly.

Phoenix stood in front of her "Shh" she told her

Henry raised an eyebrow but grabbed her hands anyway. "I guess that was easy." He mumbled. He saw the girl and smirked. "Bella, grab her." he said in a whisper to her. Bella went forward and grabbed her.

Phoenix pushed Bella and grabbed her "NO BELLA" she yelled.

"We left you alone, now leave the brat alone." He hissed, looking at Phoenix.

Archangel wasn't happy. She struggled against Bellatrix, calling for Onyx, who also came running out. She looked scared, but summoned her dark green magic, firing at the pair.

Phoenix stood infront of her, glaring at Henry.

Henry growled, grabbing Bella. "Dont worry about it, we got Violet." He said, pulling Violet's hands behind her back.

Onyx was trying desperately to get to her twin, and looked very afraid when Shadow appeared, not at all in the vest of moods.

Phoenix went towards Henry pushing back trying to grab Violet.

"Stop...I told them I would go with them." Violet mumbled, wincing at the pain going throw her wrist.

"Leave Violet and my kids alone." Shadow threatened, projecting her thoughts.

Phoenix shook her head "No Riddy" she said "Your not going anywhere, with that creep"

Shadow repeated her threat, striding forwards to Bella, who was holding Archangel.

"Come on Bella." Henry said, pulling Violet with him. Bella let go of Archangel and followed him
