Shadow's home on Earth.

A lonely house stood un the middle of a field hidden by the dense forest and protected by many invisible charms from many dimensions, making the house practically invincible. Round the back of the house, sat a block of stables housing a small pegasus herd that Shadow had bred herself.

Shadow appeared at the tall iron gate into her house, which was surrounded by a high wall. Muttering several words in many languages though her projected thoughs, the gates opened and she led Violet and Phoenix through before closing them with yet more words. Shadow turned to her two friends. Welcome to my home. She signed to them.

Phoenix grabbed Violet "Let her go!" she hissed.

Shadow hugged Archangel briefly before looking up at Bella and Henry. Her eys were blood red and she summoned her magic,looking up to the sky before unleashing all hell on the pair.

"Nixy, stop." Violet said.

Phoenix shook her head "No Riddy, i'm sorry" she said, looking at Henry she said "Take me instead"

"I no longer want you." he said, looking at her. "I want her and Oddie." he said, pulling Violet along with him

Shadow shook her head and walked forwards. She stood in front of Henry, glaring at him for a second before punching him with her full force, anger fueling her actions.

Phoenix stood infront of him "Your not taking her anywhere" she told him.

Shadow nodded her agreement, readying herself to punch him again.

Henry grabbed his nose and pulled Violet's arm up her back. "Dammit." he shouted. Violet looked at Shadow, glaring. "When someone does something willy they dont need saving." She hissed.

Phoenix laughed "You deserve that!" she told him grabbing Violet's arm.

Shadow shot a quick glare at Violet to quieten her before drawing herself up to her full height, glaring at Henry. She signed for him to let Violet go 'before she went demonic on his butt'.

Henry let her go, throwing her to the ground. throwing a piece of paper at her, he left with Bella.

Phoenix went to help Violet up.

"Leave me alone." She hissed, "Both of you." She mumbled, standing up and grabbing the paper before walking around to the back side of the house and sitting back there by herself.

Phoenix nodded and head back to her room, she weeped.

Shadow calmed herself down before turning round. She smiled at her twins and knelt down, enveloping them in a hug, glad they were safe.

Violet sat back there, holding her knees to her chest. She opened the paper and leaned back, sighing.

Phoenix stood up wiping her tears, she looked out of the window wishing thing were like they used to be.

Violet stood up, walking around looking for something or someone to talk to.

Shadow guided her chilren back inside and then went to see Phoenix. She knocked on the door and waited for an answer.

Phoenix sent Violet a mind message, Vi? i'm sorry. Phoenix heard a knock on the door, sighing she said "Come in"

Violet looked at the stables and walked over to it. "Hello." She mumbled to one, petting it on the head.

Shadow poked her head round the door and walked in.
I wanted to thank you. She signed. For protecting Archangel with Bellatrix.

The pegasus nickered softly, nudging Violet, his eyes asking what was wrong.
(I've seen this in real horses...)

Phoenix smiled but didn't turn around "Its alright Shad" she said tearing making there presence known.

"Ever felt like you dont belong?" She asked it, laying her head on the door. "Or mad your friends made for something and your to dam stubborn to understand?" She asked again.

The horse nodded, snorting.

Shadow silently made her way over to Phoenix, putting a hand on her friend's shoulder.
What troubles you? She asked in signlanguage.

"Why did thing have to change" she said

Nothing lasts forever. Shadow signed. The good or the bad.

Phoenix nodded "I miss the good old days" she said

Violet stood there, still petting him. "Do you like it here?" She asked.

The horse seemed to shrug.

They will come again. Shadow signed.

Phoenix sighed "Maybe, maybe not" she said.

Violet sighed, walking away from the horse and just walked around. "Where is Shaeman when you need someone to talk to." She mumbled, pulling her pants legs up and sitting down by a stream.

Archangel was sitting in a tree just above Violet, watching her.

Shadow smiled in reply, but a knowing smile.

Phoenix stood up and smiled at Shad "What would i do without you Shad?" she asked "I'm gunna say sorry to Vi"

"One, two, three, four, five, six." Violet said, couting to hundred again. "91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100." She finished couting, closing her eyes.

Archangel flew down and perched on Violet's shoulder, looking down at the water.

Shadow nodded and signed: Here to help.

Phoenix nodded and smiled before appearing near to where Violet was.

Violet opened her eyes and pet the raven. "Hello." She mumbled, looking down again. "Did your mother send you out here?" She asked.

The dove shook her head, singing softly.

Phoenix saw Violet, walking toward her, she was unsure to make her presence known or not.

Violet stood up and walking into the stream.

Phoenix sat on the edge of the streem "I'm sorry" she said.

The dove flew off Violet's shoulder and skimmed the water with the tip of one wing.

Violet shook her head, looking at her. "I'm sorry." She mumbled.

Archangel sang softly again in her bird's voice, playing the symbol of peace, even though she didn't mean to.

Phoenix looked at her "No, i'm sorry" she said.

Violet smiled and walked out of the stream.

"friends?" she asked.

"Friends." She said, huggin her.
