The young beauty radiated into Jona's eyes as she held her daughter close in her arms as her eyes fell and she drifted away, falling asleep. Jona was amazed by the images her young child dreamt. Vibrant colors and the beautiful image of her mother and the thought of pure love filled Jona with joy. Ava loved the sound, the feel, and the smell of her mother.

Jona looked up to see if her friend had arrived. It was excruciating, waiting, even though she had all the time in the world to wait. The fire was lit in the corner of the den and the flashing off the T.V changed in color just as Ava's images that bounced around through her mind as she slept.

"Alice..." She muttered continuing to wait, and wait till she wasnt just alone with the child she loved. "Where are you?" Starting to tap her foot she hummed along to a melody of 'Silent Night'.

"right here sorry i took so long you know got well lets just say cought up in something" she whispered while biteing her lip.
"how is little ava she is so cute" she walked up closer and stroked the babies head.

"I know isnt she..." Jona agreed in a low voice. "What were you doing?" She asked in a louder more curious voice, her tone of love and affections changing to a tone of friendship.

"i was cought up i told you that i dont want to discuss it around her" she said hopeing jona wouldnt remeber her abilisty and have mind discussion.

It was that very thought where Jona decided as Alice had implied through her very thoughts and what she had feared. After a quick moment she decided that she would ask her before intruding.

"Why don’t you want me to know?" She asked aloud to see if she would answer in her mind.

Alice took to deep uneeded breaths.
its just a stressfull situatioin she said no longer able to whiper so she thought it towards her.

Jona responded, fairly good at whispering (cant really talk through her mind) kneeding the story out of her.

"Really, What's wrong? What is making you so upset?" She asked her marble lips barely moving.

Alice sat down on jonas couch and was now willing to explain.
(well first eka i have to come up with something)
it has to do with well
she swallowed and took another deep breath.
its just latly have you ever umm
she thought for a second.
i dont exactly know how to phrase it.

Jona forced away her power and tried to focus Alices willed thoughts rather than her friends unwanted ones. Alice liked her thoughts to herself and Jona liked to do her bidding.

"Im not going to force you to tell me..." She told Alice in a soft voice, kind and understanding.

"thanks its just difficult i will tell you just when i can" she struggled getting the right words out.
Alice smiled and then stood up.
"so need help with anything?" Alice asked looking into her golden eyes.

"I know you have been dying to spend time with Ava so I thought I would let you." Jona smiled at her responce to the sudden "help". "What ever you want, we could go hunting..." She started out and allowed Alice to continue with possibilities as it fell into thought.

"u well we could go hunting but do you know of any new spots?" alice asked biting her lip and staring gracefully at ava.
"nu" the sound she made slightly clicking her toung as she gazed at the angel baby.

"There is this really nice graising spot at the bottom of the mountain." She assured sounding pretty thirsty now. "Some really big animals.. Maybe some bears." At the sound of bear Alice had jumped, ready to go.

"sounds good" she ashured jona.
"so out of curiostisty what parts of Ava are vampire and human?" Alice smiled not looking up from the little girl.

"You know that most "half-blooded" vampires usually have a heart, she LOVES blood, she has alot more mood swings than any vampire i've ever met. Its really funny actually." Jona laughed.
"She is too young to see if she has more organs other than just the blood that runs through her veins. She's solid as rock."

"oh that explains alot" she said turning around and shaking her head no then turning back and smiling at jona.

"Ha ha very funny!" She mocked knowing exactly was Alice had done. "So do you want to go or not. She will wake up at any minute." Jona smiled.

"ya lets go while i am in a good mood" she said then loooked down at her shoe.
"lead the way chief" she giggled at the thought of Jona in an army uniform.

"Do you honestly think I would wear that?" She accused in a surgent voice, alarmed and in charge.
"I dont think I would wear my hair that way at least." She laughed at Alice's illusions.

"hey it was in the privacy of my brain stop snooping" she protested.

"Use it then, I cant be thought of wearing such an outfit!" She barked back to Alice's protest of mind. "You should be greatfull im not up in that noggen all the time!"

"why were you even up there this time any thoughts i want to tell you i think in your head" she asked confused.

"For your information I have to work to not focus on your mind. I can hear you none of the less." She explained her nose high in the air, she ran over to the door.

"fine i guess i will jsut shield it then she followed after her more af a skip none of the less.

(Who said you could be a Sheild?? You transfere Pictures and words into minds that all! Also I am adding a new character I will write as for some other posts Who knows maybe she will show up in this one! Her name is Alani. <3)

"And that wont bother me!" She proclaimed and smiled. She threw on her scarlet cloak and pulled up the hood hiding her face. "You coming?"

"yes" she said still moving.
(oh and she is not a shield that part is just a givin only mind reading though not like everything it like a package)
"wait why do you have to be all misteriuose with the cloak and everything?" she asked looking over at Jona.

"Thats for me to know and you to find out!" She laughed at her statement sense she was never planning to be mysterious.
"Is there something wrong with being mysterious?"

"no i just wondered i mean like is it nesisary" she giggled at Jonas coment.
"so how far into the forest are we going?" she asked wondering her destination.

"However far the bear wants to venture." She laughed looking back at Ava know in her cradle fast asleep.

"I think its funny how you seem so suprised that I would wear my favorite cloak!"

"i always find it funny it kinda relates to the Vampire stareo type i find it funny" she giggled.
"what day is it and what month?" she asked looking up at the sky.

"Why would I keep track of the time? I dont sleep and im not going to dye... But if you would like to know, if you cant really tell- its 8:40." Jona laughed, she raised a brow as if she was confused. Maybe she was just curious, Jona honestly couldnt tell. "Really? Im setting examples of stereo types?"

"yes you are everyday" she said cheerfully.
"oh ya thats true but i like to know so i can see if i will go into a frenzy or be able to controll myself enough till i get blood" she said thinking about her question.

"Well thats nice that you can keep track.. wouldnt want you going around and killing people on contact!" Jona both laughed and flinched at the thought. ‘What a strange combonation of reactions to one thing!’

"Well anyways.." she started changing the topic in an unententional way. "Lets go!" She took another glance back at Ava and kept walking out the door hoping Alice would follow. Pulling up her hood she shorting giggled thinking about Alices remark about stereotypes again.

"ya ok lets go im hungry" she giggled about being hungry considering she was a vampire she was never hungry she needed strength from blood.

"I do too.." Jona muttered quietly to alice's thoughts. She ran out the door closing it behind her. Jona ran with great intensity and speed as her hunger influenced. "Where do you want to look first?!" she asked looking back, shouting. She didnt have to hear a word, she would through thought.

Alice ran after her anywere but i am thirsty for a chalenge so something big and strong so werever they are i am game for" she said a smile on her face.

"You said you wanted a bear.. Is that enough game for you?" Jona noted in a ready and gamed voice. "Im just as hungry for a challenge. It’s up to you where you want to find one."

"i honestly done care lets just find something" she said ready for something to happen already.

"I’m as ready as you are! Be patient.." She hissed, hungry as ever. "Where to go..." Jona muttered under her breath.

"How 'bout the north gates? I hear there is salmon.. Lots of bears especially this late at night."

"sure" alice said putting her hair up into a poney tail with her blue ribbon that she always had with her.

Jona smiled, Alice always looked very pretty when she wore her hair up with her usual blue ribbon.

"Tell me.. What is wrong with some other color besides blue?" She taunted in a playfull voice, she held her hip leaning, head to the side, her weight on one leg like she was some preppy gossip girl who popped her bubble gum in a snotty notion. But her face showed no sign of arrogance and she continued her argument. "You would look good in a green or pink you know."

"in kabuki drama blue is evil i only put my hair up when i am hunting when i am killing" she said in a monotone voice. she did not look up nor down and no emotion apeered on her face.

Jona calmly let out a few short laughs. "Well that explains a lot." Suddenly a whipping breeze blew an enlightening scent through the air. It was rough, drawing you in. Venom filled her throat, her senses sharpened. Jona scanned the field not making any movements. A quick nod signaled the movement. She waited for Alice to realize the new guest to the scene.

Jona crouched down low to the ground. Her feet grew light and she bounced quickly on her feet in the same silent spot where she stood. It wouldn’t be too long before her hunting partner noticed, she hopped.

Alice noticed the movements and quikly cought on.
"rawr" she said playfully as she also got ready for a fight.

"I dont think its too far away.. but it shouldnt hear us if we're quiet.." Jona whispered. She laughed at the playfull rawr and smiled baring her teeth. "You ready to kick some bear ass?"

She nodded referring to Jonas first coment.
"when am i not ready?" Alice asked being quite so they could sneak up.
"you want the first pounce?" she asked curtiusly.

"First pounce? Well, how bout you run him down and I’ll get it quickly so we can get going." Jona replied to Alice's courteous question. "Next bear we find you can pounce. I saw this one first." She laughed in a quiet studious way.

"ok deal i will take that" she said and then started to run after the large beast down.

Jona stood ready to attack the large running beast. It was quite the excitement, never was she once tired of the usual rundown. Jona waited, slowly moving as she anticipated the position of the bear. At times it seemed monstrous to do such a cruel "crime" to live. But it wasn’t like they ate a human, though the bear was living just the same.

Alice ran the bear close swinging joyfully from the trees.
"surprise" she yelled doing flips in the air like she was in the circus then landing on her feet perfectly straight.
