Micheal Jackson's Death

R.I.P. MJ

I think what happened was tragic. But I dont think all this fuss should be mad. I didn't know him, so i treat it like nothings happened. I know this sounds selfish, but it doesn't affect me, I didn't listen to his music and I didn't even talk about him... like ever! He's dead and i think he should just be leaid to rest like anyone else is... never mind all these tests to see how he died. He's dead, nothing can be done now.

I did know some of his more famous songs, and his dance moves. and i knew some of the drama about his life. but i didn't love him...i didn't even like him that much. he's dead yes, but he'll live on through his family and friends (fans), that's for sure. he was a legend...like bob marley. :D

well, that's all I wanna say...for now.

his video's are waaay long. he liked to show the story and reason for writing the song. which is good, i liked it. i liked his video 'bad' it was pretty cool. and, i only recently saw that video.

uhmm...skates, no I don't think so. And Thriller is great!!! One of my old schools did a recreation of this at a talent show like...psh...5 years ago. It was soo cool, obviously, or I wouldn't have remembered it. They got all into it.

He really was the Prince of Pop. Things just went wrong in his life, but he was a really, really talented person, I believe. He changed the world.

I couldn't even believe that he had died, i had heard that he had a heart atack and then i was sitting on the couch when the news was on and they said that they were reporting that Michael Jackson was gone, i was like "What...he died, but its Michael Jackson." he was like one of those people you'd think would live forever

I think the press and the world should just let the man be dead now. As if he didn't already get too much attention from everyone when he was alive, now he's being bothered when he's dead!

I found out afterwards that he died on my friend's 18th birthday, and she was a huge fan, which... was a bit freaky.

But I found out about all this on the plane home from Australia, which I thought was surreal... and as someone pointed out, a very unique way of finding out what's going on in the world :D

Actually, steph, it happens to normal people, too - we just don't know about it. When my friend died, her funeral was the worst I've ever been on. This is so off topic, but I couldn't help it when I read your post. Of course all funerals are bad, but imagine having your friend's funeral, and then having to listen to other people gossip about her during her funeral? Yeah, it's quite bad. So yeah, I can "relate" to what MJ's family must be going through in some level - but they probably have it a bit worse. They can't exactly tell the entire world to shut up, can they? But yeah - it happens to "normal" people, too - it's just easier to make it stop because you can actually tell people to shut up.

But I think you shouldn't be mad at the world - I mean, MJ was a HUGE icon, the gossiping will never stop, no matter how you rant. It went on and on when he lived, and I swear that no matter which way he would've died, people would still gossip, and try to blame it on the media, which... yeah.
