Corbus, a very pale, dark haired man standing around 6 feet tall was walking down the streets. It was dark outside, the time of night that he perfered and at the moment he was looking for someone, someone who was hiding form him.

Show yourself he thought. Just than a voice appeared in his head, a womens saying No, we are suppose to seperate ourselves. Be gone brother

Corbus grinned but continued walking down the streets. He knew his sister was nearby and he was determiend to find her. He made his way out of the town and into a nearby forrest. He looked at the trees thinking How strange. I perfer the ones at home. THey look so much better than these green things protuding from this ugly brown bark. Pathetic how humans enjoy this. He ripped a few leaves off of a nearby branch and held them in his palm. The leaves caught in fire than fell to the ground. He sighed and turned around back to the town. I'll find you later sister. The sun is about to come up and I'm planning on finding some friends.

Corbus waited until the sun appeared before he enerted the first store that opened. It was a coffee shop. Coffee? What is this stuff? He asked himself as he walked into the store. He ordered a cup and sat down on a table

"Sure" Corbus said. He turned around and said "We can take a secret passageway into it" he offered

"Okay" Corbus said as he walked down a side street and soon they came out at the edge of the viallage. He walked into a clamp of trees and headed towrds what looked like a dark cave whose entrance was hiddened by bushes.

Larkson followed him before wrapping her arms around him. "Thank you." She said softly.

"You're welcome" Corbus replied. He than started to look around the cave and found a torch, he grabbed it, lit it than walked down itno the cave.

Larkson kept following him, smiling a bit.

After walking down the cave for a bit Corbus stopped and walked over to the wall. He held the torch close to the wall and said "Larkson come here I want to show you something. Very few know about this, not even the prophet does and I want you to see it"

"This is a very old cave and it shows our world before the Prophet came and ruined it" He shined the wall that showed a very colorful world, something that looked almost like Earth. There were people together holding hands and laughing. Others were playing fun games.

"You mean...people use to actually love here?" She asked him, touching the wall softly.

"I guess if that;s what that is" Corbus said lookign at the two closer. "Come follow me" he said as she walked farther down the tunnel. He stopped and walked over to the wall showing another drawing. This time it was of two poeple. The man was placing a ring on the girl's finger looking very happy. Corbus stared at it confused unsure of what was happening. He turned to Larksion and said "After Helena saw this was when she went to Earth, She would not tell me what it ment. She said I wouldn't understahnd but she felt."

Larkson ran her hand softly over it before turning to him. "A man is asking her to marry him and she said yes...dont you get it...you people could be like us on earth! She came to Erath to find love...not hide..." She whispered softly to him.

Corbus looked up at the drawing not saying anything. "Like Earth" he said and than looked down at Larkson. "We can, not unless the Prophet is killed. Come I want to show you something." He walked down farther down the cave until he came across another drawing. It was a picture of a young man who was holding hands with a girl. In the next picture beside it there was a feneral for the girl and the young man was weeping. Beside that one it showed the young man slowing gainging power until finally he was an old man controling a puppet wearing a crown. "This is the Prophet in his younger years." Corbus explained

Larkson nodded, following him. She looked up at the pictures, shuddering a bit. "How hard can it be to kill him?" She asked him softly, touching the drawings.

"Very difficult" Corbus replied. "He can do what you do with that twig. He can make things move without touching them. He can start fires without any wood. He is even using that to try to control me"

Larkson shook her head, wrapping her arms around his waist. "No you wont." She whispered, hugging him tightly.

"It's complicated" Corbus said. "Let;s return to the castle." He than walked down farther into the cave making sure not to shine anymore light onto the walls. He didn't want her to see the rest of the drawings

Corbus was glade that she didn;t push the issue any farther. He turned and contiued on down through the tunnle until the reached the end. He pushed oepned a door and walked through it letting Larkson come through. Was she was in the castle he closed the door which vanished into the wall so that no one could tell that it was there

"Come let's go to your room" Corbus said as he lead her down the hallway which took them to the stairs eventually. He walked down the stairs and to the end of the hallway tuirning to face Larkson's room. "There you go" he said

Larkson smiled at him. "Thank you,." She told him, hugging him again before walking into her room and shutting the door.

Larkson changed out of her dress and into something else to wear. She laid down on her bed, yawning a bit.

"Helena" Corbus said walking into the room.

"What?" Helena asked.

"We need to talk" he simply said. Helena nodded and reached into her Creator robes and pulled out a wand. With a flick she returned it and said "Speak"

"You have a twig too?" Corbus asked amazed.

"Shush! What do you want?" Helena asked.

"It's about the Prophet" he said

Larkson fell asleep the minute her head touch the pillow.

"Go on" Helena said annoyed. it had been days since she had last gotten any sleep

"I think we can over throw him with the help of Larkson. Before the Cleansing too."

"Well don't tell me about it go do it." she snapped back. "I can't do nothing. I'm just felt here all forgetten and not allowed to get any sleep. I'm tired of it."

"Okay I;ll try to work thing out" he muttered.

"Go" she said annoying. Corbus ran out of the room before Helena could yell at him more. He headedback down to his room

Larkson woke up a while later, her head hurting badly. She rubbed her temples, but nothing seemed to work.

Corbus opened his door and walked inside trying to close his door as quirtly as he cold. He than went to his dresser and grabbed some of his PJ's that he slipped on. TOmorrow he was suppose to meet with the Prophet again. he shuddred walking over to his bed.

Larkson walked out into the hall and knocked softly on Corbus's door. "Corbus?" she asked softly, knocking again.

Just as Corbus sat down on his bed he heard a knock followed by Larkson's voice and he said "Come in"

Larkson made her way into the room and sat down at the edge of his bed. "Do you have anything for a head ache?: She asked him softly.

Corbus got up and went to the bathroom. He got into his medicince cabent and found a bottle. He handed it to Larkson and said "Drink some of it but not too much."

Corbus placed the bottle on his dresser and after a few minutes of slience he said "Larkson i want you to get an amry of people to go against the Prophet."

"Larkson you can" Corbus said. "You just need to go out to the village right beside ours and speak with the leader. He was the guy I talked to before. He will help you. I'd do it myself but today I meet the Prophet and afterwards I won't be myself."

"You might be able to get Helena to help you out" Corbus said. "Just tell the leader and I beat he will sort everything out and you just tell him he needs to over throw the Prophet."
