Family Reunion

Alice had decided she was going to see her father on this day because it worked the best and Stephaine could come with her this day which was one of the things Mathew would not cave on was her going alone. He also refused that if something bad happened he would send help after her. Alice didn't like either of these but understood where he was coming form on them and wouldn't dare fight on the subject more. She could feel her stomach twist in knots as she stood there.
Focus Alice focus you can't let your guard up for even a Mila second she told herself putting up a defense in her mind again. Stephaine came down and stood next to Alice.
"So you are going to try and talk and reason with this man?" She asked not used to a non violent direct approach to everything.
"That's the plan." Alice said looking out into the open she wouldn't face Stephaine not now.
"And Mathew he is ok with this?" she asked clearly unable to comprehend what was going on.
"Yep." Alice replied still refusing to look at her friend because she was afraid she would find things in her that gave away something she would get distracted on and she couldn't afford to be distracted not now.
"What if I like sneeze and accidentally kill him?" Stephaine asked trying to find a way to hurt him.
"You can't kill him" Alice said softly she did not blink not even move talking about this made her frozen.
"We don't know that haven’t tried yet." Stephaine said with a smirk too big to be talking about killing someone she was starting to enjoy other people’s pain more then usual.
"We should be off soon." Alice said trying not to show any emotion through her words or actions but this was impossible.
We are going to be leaving soon Mathew are you ready for this? Alice asked Mathew through her mind wondering if he even remembered.

"Thank you." she said taking the blood she didn't want to drink all of it so she only took a little bit just barely enough to keep her going. Alice debated about the bed she saw the couch and it wouldn't be very comfortable to sleep on but sleeping in his mom’s bed would be odd and defiantly if his mom came home it would be uncomfortable and she doubted she would get any rest thinking about it.

"I think I will be ok on the couch...I'm stone I don't think anywhere I sleep would be very comfortable." Alice said with a smile. She drank the bit of blood then put the rest back. Her eye color changed from black to a less intense color but it wasn't the normal yellow color it would be enough to last her and that’s all she needed. Alice did not drink blood for pleasure but for survival.

"Thank you... for all of this I don't have a clue how I would manage without you." She stated walking over and kissing him on the cheek then on the lips. Alice sat on the couch and the springs squeaked a bit.
"If I break your couch I will buy you a new one." she stated with a joking smile it was unlikely considering how much this couch probably went through it was invincible in her eyes. She bit her lip.
Everything will be fine tomorrow we will get some things that will help and everything will work out just fine there is nothing to worry about. she told herself but she couldn't help thinking every time she looked at him that something terribly wrong would happen. She looked away trying to focus on something else. And settled on a nearby lamp.
"Well goodnight I guess." Alice stated not sure what else to say besides goodnight.

Alice smiled then pulled the blankets over her. At first she didn't feel sleepy but then soon she drifted off into sleep.

All of her dreams started out with the visit to her father’s house but slowly in all sorts of ways it ended disasteriouse. The one that stook out to her the most was the one that kept repeating in her mind. There was a blonde girl but she never made out her face always shrouded by shadows. Mathew was stunned on the dirt floor as she was being held back by at least 6 other men to keep her from getting to him as tears streamed down her face. The blonde girl had her wand straight out and started torturing him. Alice struggled to get free and two other guys came to help restrain her. And then soon his cringing and crying turned to lifelessness and they dragged his limp body away. She tried to yell no or anything but she couldn't speak for she soon was hit by a spell and at this point she woke up dripping in sweat her hand tightly gripping in the side of the couch and a whole in the wall.

"Shoot!" she stated getting up and mending it with a charm hoping Mathew didn't notice.

Alice bit her nail she was never very good at mending charms and she couldn't help but wonder if it was fixed correctly. Mathew came down and she jumped little at the sounds of footsteps there was still a hand print now part of their couch and she looked a wreck. Quickly she tried to pull her hair back and wipe the sweet from her face trying to look like she hadn't just spent the whole night in terror but it was no use it would have taken more time to fix everything though she was glad that he wasn't woken up judging by the time he had just woken up normally.
"Hey Mathew." she said to him with a forced smile when he got down stairs.
"How did you sleep?" she asked wondering if he got better rest then she did.

"Um it was decent I guess." she stated to his comment about her getting sleep she didn't want to tell him about her dream she didn't even think she could Reutter everything that happened in it without getting overwhelmed.
"Um as soon as we can would be good." Alice stated knowing the sooner they got the shopping done the more time they would have to prepare.
"No I should be good." she stated knowing that even if she tried she couldn't get herself to go back to sleep not after her last dream was so violent and vivid.
She winced when he asked about the wall she wasn't quite sure what had happened but it would have just been better if he didn't notice."I think I broke it last night... somehow." she explained biting her lip wondering what his reaction would be she managed to cause so much damage one way or another.

Alice sighed in relief when he didn't seem to mind that she blew a whole into his house last night. She laughed a bit at his question.
"What you don't think I look pretty like this?" she asked jokingly knowing that she looked a bit like she had just escaped a war zone.
"Yes please can I have brush?" Alice added on looking at her hair which was thrown in all sorts of directions in knots and tangles. It looked a bit like Medusas or maybe a lions Maine. She smiled standing up and folding up the blankets and everything that had been layer out for a temporary bed. She went over and kissed him on the cheek.
"When we get married we will need an abnormally strong house." she said with a smile looking over at the wall it looked like it got worse to her.

"Thank you." she said beaming about his comment though she wondered how badly he would spazz if she shaved her head off. Alice grabbed the comb and quickly moved it through her hair pulling it into a pony tail within seconds.
"And when we move in together we can live wherever in whatever house you want." she said kissing him on the cheek she hadn't really thought passed their wedding in a while then he would be an aurora and what would she do she could always become a healer but since she was a vampire she doubted that they would let her be one... Something she was told was if you can't do teach and if you can't teach teach gym. She might teach there were so many options and so many different things to think about. Though at the moment this was far away it kept her mind off of what was going to have to happen and what happened last night.

"I think we will be good as far as money I don't think you will have to stop being your practice jokes because what fun would it be without those." she said with a smile there really was no need for him to save up.

"Thanks." she said when he complemented her on having her hair up she hated having it up however the only time she usually put it up was when she hunted and having her hair up bugged her because it made it seem like there was a knob of hair on the back of your head.

"Well shall we get to it before it gets too late?" Alice asked wondering how they would be traveling. Usually they apperate but she hated that the night bus and riding brooms had almost become an extent way of travel for them because they could run faster than a broom would go. This left floo powder which was bumpy but wasn't that bad.

Alice followed Mathew into the fires then appearing in a closet. She found this odd but then they ran into George who was tall and red headed with freckles and pale skin. Weasleys did look how every one described them to. She giggled a bit.
"You talk endlessly about me?" she asked looking at Mathew and before she could have time to introduce herself Mathew did it for her.
"It's a pleasure." she stated putting her hand out for him to shake it. She hoped she didn't seem too old fashioned like she sometimes came across in first meetings. She looked around the store where there were all sorts of brightly colored boxes and objects making noises and moving in all sorts of directions it was controlled caus.

Jona hid away in the corner of Weasley Wizard Weezes shop, admiring their vast selection from a far. A young girl, with short curly blonde hair hugged her side. She had refused to leave her mother's side, she worked as a comfort. Jona wore a warm smile, greatly amused. She needed to get outside, and felt guilty for not taking her daughter out. Eyes had followed her as she strolled down Diagon Ally with the five year old, turning heads. Jona understood, but the thoughts from those hungry eyes were ridiculous.

The sound of a bell ringing shook her, Ava gripped tighter. Jona looked up from the label she was reading, walking towards the new customers she overheard-
How can I help you today Mathew? Do you want the usual?" George asked.
"No. We just came to look around and see if you have anything that might be of use. Something like protective stuff." Mathew said looking around.

Jona wore a confused expression, we he said, Mathew wasn't alone.
"Hey." She said casually, "Why do you need protective stuff?" Ava raised both brows, interested.

She was shocked that George kissed her hand only because no one had ever done that her entire life. Following Mathew she just waited for an answer when she caught a glimpse of a pale tall blonde girl who could only be one person. Alice’s head quickly turned to see Jona and Ava.
"No reason just a perception." she told Jona hoping she didn't see through this due to the fact that she could read minds she knew in no time Jona would know what’s going on. She glanced down and saw Ava.
"Hey Ava does your aunt get a hug or are you just going to hang onto your moms leg for all eternity?" she asked with a smile Ava had liked her due to the fact that she spoiled her weather Jona liked it or not.
"What are you doing here anyway you don't go to joke shops." Alice said in disbelief, Jona even scoffed at her sometimes for going to by prank products.

"Really?" Jona was still skeptical. She knew Alice, and though it were true Mathew was always getting into some kind of trouble she wondered what kind of trouble they might be in now. If it were inevitable he was in some kind.

Ava released her hold on her mother's leg and scuttled over with open arms to hug Alice. In a whisper she teased,
"I can't leave her Auntie, you know without me she would walk off a cliff.. a dozen cliffs, one after the next." She sounded so mature, a teenager stuck in a toddler's body, except her voice was high and childish.

Jona rolled her eyes with a playful smirk. "The thanks I get for bringing you here..."
She turned back to face Alice, all of her boyfriend's attention was on the man who ran this wonderful establishment. "What's going on? Better you tell me than..." She warned, Jona knowing Alice was fully aware of her abilities.

Alice picked Ava up holding her in her arms.
"What if I Stoll you then would she jumps off a cliff." she teased back with a smile.
"Can you do me a favor?" she asked Ava wondering what she would say.
Jona not right now it's difficult to explain and I really don't want to bring you into it or Ava you don't have to be involved in this I don't want to get you hurt anymore I have dragged you into enough problems... But I suppose I should tell you though you’re not going to like it. she thought to Jona.
It has to do with my father but other than that I really shouldn't go into specifics. she told her wondering if he would even allow her to use help or if that would be against his rules in this game. She leaned over to Ava.
"Ok so see that man right there soon he will be your uncle so I want you to give him a hug it would shock him and I’m sure your mother would love It." she whispered to her.

Mathew remember what we’re here for I know you want to buy all of that trust me so don't I that pen looks great but... she couldn't finish that sentence but what she wasn't going to let him have a little fun during the time she was totally stressed out. If one of them could relax that was better than no one relaxing right?

Please we have this covered there is nothing to worry about I mean we have been in enough sticky situations that it's like common sense now. Alice reassured Jona hoping that would work but she knew it wouldn't so she put on a force field to block Jona from reading her mind it really was for her own safety and for her daughters. God knows that, that little girl has gone through enough and she didn't need any more traumas to add onto it.

Ya I can just imagine her running down the aisle throwing petals in the air. Alice thought back smiling thinking about the wedding made her happy, thinking about getting to the wedding was what made her feel like she got ran over by a truck.
"You get everything we need?" she asked wondering if any of the objects he bought would actually help Mathew keep his mind closed.

What if he figures out it is a weasel product then would he know that something was up? she asked herself reaching into her pocket and noticing that the ring she had put there was gone. She looked around trying not to be frantic but wondered what it did. She had managed to brake a wall a couch nearly sigh Mathew up for suicide and now lost a magical ring that could posses any form of power what else could go wrong.

"Jona it's just... and..." she couldn't figure out how to fraise what was going on.
"It has to do with when we went to the three broom sticks, remember I called you up to let you know the good news." she stated not wishing to say that her father had her legally trapped and the only way to fix it was to get him to sign a few papers and then they would never have to deal with him again... or so she hoped that’s how it would work but it was so hard thinking through every little detail she doubted it would go smoothly.
Well that’s good at least we won’t have to worry about trying to make that possessed potion anymore. she told him thinking how very odd that potion was and how very odd that she wanted to drink it as if all common sense had flew out the window.
"So please don't worry by the day after tomorrow it should be dealt with and you won’t have to deal with it anymore.

Alice picked up Ava again.
"Ava do you remember Zane?" she asked seeing the worry in her mother’s face trying to figure out what she would do with her daughter not wanting to leave her alone and she knew that there was no arguing with Jona once she decided on something she was almost as stubborn as she was.
"Well Zane is going to watch you for a bit are you ok with that?" she asked not even thinking to ask Zane first but he would have no problem with it he really didn't have much to do.
Hey Zane just to let you know you are babysitting Ava have fun. she thought to him smirking a bit she was sure he would wake up cursing her name for waking him up but he liked Ava and she liked him so it wasn't a chore to babysit her.

"Well Zane lives on a farm so he has like cows and ponies and all sorts of fun stuff to do who knows maybe you will go house back riding with him I’m sure he would love to take you. Have you ever been housing back riding?" she asked Ava then looked at Jona and then Mathew.
Actually I think I want to go horseback riding with them. Alice thought with a slight smirk.
"Jona do you want to drop her off?" Alice asked then turned to Mathew.
"Do you think your mom would be home yet?" she asked him not wanting to get Oddie involved because she would probably know what to do which is an odd concept because the only reason is because too many good opinions mean you have to chose one at some point.

"It's ok I just don't wanting them getting stuck in the middle of all this that’s all." she said that and the plan they had worked out would be completely ruined as his mom would come up with some magical thing that no one would possibly know about but her and then decide that they both needed to stay put as she went galantine off to face her father.
"Well what were Oddie and Silvia doing anyway?" she asked though she doubted Mathew knew. Even though he was her son there was a lot of things he didn't know about like that fact she was a death eater for example but no matter what it was she doubted it was anything important she just hoped that his mom didn't end up in the middle of all this. Then she wondered what his mom would say when he walked in with a bag of prank products.

Ya sorry Mathew should have told you not to think about it Jona can read minds. she thought to him with an apologizing glare. She would have blushed as Jona yelled at her she was embarrassed to be treated like a child or like she didn't have a clue what was going on. She set Ava down so she wouldn't be caught in the cross fire.

"Yes I am quite positive I am insane just to verify that but it's not like it was a sudden idea oh Ya lets just go and see if we can survive we have actually been thinking this through and I don't appreciate you talking to me as if I was five I have a clue sometimes...I know what we need to do and it's not like you could do much better this is why I didn't want you involved you will just...Just...Act like a mother!" Alice said aggravated Jona had been controlling about a bunch of things and if she knew about half the things she was stuck in the middle of she was sure Jona would have a heart attack so she didn't want to tell her. She took Mathews hand.

"Lets go." she told him not wanting to deal with this right now.

"My mother is dead." Alice spat. She hated saying this but it was true as much as Jona would love to be her mother the truth was she wasn't and she never could be.
"And believe it or not I don't tell you everything I am as much of an adult as you are I have lived long enough to deal with my own issues... Jona I have thought through every last thing I have managed to go over every detail so don't sit there and tell me that I have not rationally thought about this because I have!" she nearly yelled trying to calm her voice she managed not to but it was defiantly loud and harsh.
"keeping this from you was not wrong you just want to control me but you can't and we will be fine so get out of my way...btw there are more than one exit Sherlock." She said whenever she started yelling she often talked more like a teenager which often didn't help her cause.
