20TH HOUSE QUIDDITCH MATCH: RAVENCLAW V HUFFLEPUFF TUE 4TH

(Ravenclaw Seeker)

::Mcfly was excited at this quidditch match, she loved playing quidditch and couldn't wait to get started. Huffelpuff were going dowwwwwn! She mounted her broom and kicked off from the ground. She warmed herself up a bit waiting for the rest of the team to come::

Kitkat ran onto the stadium. Elly needed help to defeat these hufflepuffs. She could feel that it was there game! Mounting her broom, she flew into the air and whispered a few moves to Elly before circling the pitch to warm up and wait for the match to begin

:running onto the pitch as fast as she could, flisan hopped onto her broom and soared up into the air before she realized that she wasn't even late at all.

frowning at her watch and then at the pitch she shrugged and waited for the quaffle to be released, circling the field slowly:

::Jen strolled out to the quidditch pitch and took a glance around the field. It seemed like a nice day, although too windy in her opinion. She shrugged her shoulders and mounted her broomstick. With a hard kick off the ground, she soared into the sky and took her position. No place like the start, she caught the quaffle at the sound of the whistle and hummed a few chords for her pairs dance with Eirbear. She leaned down on her broomstick to gain momentum as she flew toward the goals. Seeing a bludger coming straight toward her, she volleyed the quaffle toward Flisan's direction who had just appeared on the field. Although her volley was a bit weak, Flisan still managed to catch it with her left arm.::

"Sorry!" Jen cried out with a slight grin, "I'm still tired from yesterday's birthday party! It was a wild one year old party!" Laughing to herself, she managed to dodge the bludger and flew toward the Ravenclaw goalpost with her teammate.::

:flisan nodded at jenn and tucked the quaffle securely under her arm. she bent low over her broom and flew towards the goal posts, across a strangely empty quidditch pitch. She squinted, her eyes watering from the wind blowing in her face, but it was a nice change to the heat wave that had been going on for over two weeks now. Suddenly she saw something brown next to her, and dodged out of the way of a bludger by leaning over and doing some kind of sideways-hoop. unfortunately the bludger hit the tail of her broom, though, pushing her and making her spin around a few times, so she lost direction and got dizzy. She came to a halt hanging upside down, her eyes tightly closed, feeling sick to her stomach. She opened one eye and when she saw that jenn was preparing their newest move, she shook her head and sat back up the right way.

Taking a deep breath she flew forwad again and when she was close enough to the goal posts, she pulled her arm back and threw the quaffle. she watched the red ball fly higher an higher...

and over the goal post, where jenn was waiting.:

::Jen flew ahead of Flisan and got into position behind the right pitch. As she waited for the signal from Flisan, her fingers tingled as she always seemed to mess up this one part. As Flisan threw the quaffle over the right hoop, Jen stretched out her fingers to catch it. With a spin of her broomstick, she threw the quaffle toward the goalpost.::

::The quaffle flew toward the goal and hit the rim, causing the quaffle to change direction and hit back at Jen. Anticipating this, Jen was already in the correct position and caught the quaffle once more. She then threw the quaffle straight through the left goal hoop for a quick goal! The Badger Bluff worked out just as she planned!::

:when flisan saw tha quaffle come through the goal post, she hurried towards ti and caught it with her right hand. Taking a sharp break and an even sharper u-turn she pulled her arm back and threw the quaffle through the middle goal post for another goal.

she grinned broadly at jenn and gave her a thumbs up before she gripped her broomstick tightly to wait for the dizziness to go away, that was still hopping happily up and down inside her head.:

::Jen watched Lily in her barrelspin and looked around for the bludger. As though reading her mind, a bludger came spinning toward Lily, although not quick enough to make her drop the quaffle. Lily had her determined skilled hands tightly on the quaffle. Noticing that her spin wasn't as hard as it was before, Jen and Flisan came flying toward Lily at a swift pace. Jen hoped it would startle Lily and jerked her broom to the left out of the way. At the same time Flisan's broomtail swept the quaffle from the Ravenclaw's hands and knocked it straight into Ginny's waiting arms.::

::Ginny smiled broadly as she felt the weight of the Quaffle in her arms. She moved as quick as lightning to the other side of the pitch. Now as she was gaining closer and closer, she began to feel the familiar rush, the familiar thrill.::

"Surprise!" ::She couldn't resist whooping for joy as she threw the Quaffle with all her might through the far right hoop::

::Elly soared up to her usual point which could see all the pitch. Shecould see the red quaffle being passed around the pitch and one of the bludgers whizzing around,

"Elly watch out!" Lily shouted, Elly could hear a buzzing sort of sound behind her she dodged just in time for a bludger tyo just knock her foot, the rowd gasped, her foot had taken quite a blow.

"Lily, don't worry, I'm fine!" Elly shouted, when really her foot was hurting loads, but she couldn't do anything because she saw the sntich!

Trying to forget the pain in her foot Elly flew forward on her broom faster and faster, she was flying in a straight line towards the snitch, dodging team members and balls and brooms. The winds whipped through her hair and it came out of it's ponytail, so now Ellys hair was all over her faceand she couldn;t see much.

Getting really close elly reached out her hand...If she caught ther snitch now the game would be over quickly, which would be good cos Ellys foot was hurting loads!

Elly reached forward and almost grabbed the snitch, the feathery wings touched her fingertips but then Ellys hair suddenly whipped in her face and went in her eye! She had to stop cos her eye was now watering.

"Darn!"
