This is the post for the third match of the season,Slytherin V Hufflepuff

Only Slytherin and Hufflepuff house quidditch teams may post in here (rpg only)
plus skuldandy - the commentator!

(Slytherin Beater)

::Snape bounds on the pitch and mounts his broom with style before lifting into the air, awaiting the start of the match!::

(Hufflepuff Seeker)

:Etta mounts her broom, checking that her beloved badger tail is safely attached before zooming into the air where she sticks her tongue out menaceingly at Snape. Doing a quick lap around the pitch, she stops in front of the judges and smiles sweetly whilst delving into her badger suit pocket.

"For you oh dear Headmistress, its been cleaned properly and i even polished it for you," Etta said as she handed the Snitch from Hufflepuffs last match, which she swolled accidently, to the Headmistress before flying away. "Yoohoo Snapeypoo! If you want to know how mean us Hufflepuffs can get, just ask Roman from Ravenclaw Quiddich team about his lovely redecortaed chest, back, arms, legs, face and hair."

(Hufflepuff Chaser)

:Flisan mounts her broom and flies up into the air, catching the Quaffle the referee has thrown into the air, looking around for her other teammates:

"hey skul" she shouts "The teammembers for hufflepuff have changed a little!"

:Etta quickly stops mocking old Snapeypoo and signals to lisa to let her know that she isnt alone on the field. Pushing hard in the air, Etta soared high into the sky and waited above the game, watching for the snitch and cheering her team on with her pom poms:

"oops! Skuldandy! Catch!" Etta shouts as she throws her yellow and black pom poms to the commentater, realising that they had no place in the dangerous game of quiddich.

(past commentator turned Quidditch chaser... )

::Jen flies out to the field and nodds her head at Lisa. Time to put their play in action!::

"Oy Etta! You can still cheer!" Jen called out. "Us Hufflepuffs are GREAT at multitasking!"

:winking at Jen Flisan holds on tight to the Quaffle and zooms off towards the Slytherin goal posts. As fast as she can fly on her nimubs 2000 (yes, the old one) she approaches the keeper, flying straight at him/her. Squinting she leaned closer onto her broom stick, until she could see the sweat on the keeper's forehead, and the moment he/she moved out of the way, Flisan pulled the nose of her broom up and throws the Quaffle in a reverse pass back to Jenn who has been following her:

::Jen catches the quaffle with one hand and throws the quaffle into the hoop on the far side of the keeper just like they praticed in the commonroom. The quaffle went neatly into the goal!::

"Yes!!!" Jen yelled as she punched her hand into the air. "First goal with the new Hufflepuff Reverse Swerve!"

(hufflepuss chaser)

:smirking at the slytherin keeper, who sat on his/her broom, holding his chest, she descended to congratulate her team mate on the goal:

"Good one, jenn!" she yelled. "I knew it would work!"

(slytherin beater, and no not the one from scorcers stone that had the buck teeth he was just gross, my teeth ar not bucked and im not gross,))


::Jess runs on to the pitch in her neatly crafted Slytherin cheerleading uniform. She mounts her broom and pushes off the ground and flys over to the nice commentor,::

"you'll need these," ::she said handing her slytherin pompoms:: "wouldnt want you to cheer for the wrong team now would we?"

::she soars over to snape-elagantly- :: "sorry Im late womenly problems"(If you call your Boyfriend wanting to be 'just frineds' womenly problems, wait this is a game GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME)

::She watches as the hufflepuffs make the first score::

::looks over at skully:: "wait howd you know? I didnt say that outloud are you a mind reader?"

::loooks at her weirdly and then spots a bludger coming toward snape who is like not paying any attention. She zooms infront of him and smacks the bludger making sure to aim towards etta:: (I love you etta I really do but you had to go, lol)

::Jess smirked as the bludger swivered towards etta::

(Hufflepuff beater)

Hairy Pitta puts down his pom poms and throws his quidditch robes on over the top of his Leotard.
He then grabs his club and hops aboard his reconditioned Stratosphere 1975 broom handed down to him from his father.
Pitta swoops up into the fray to join his valiant team mates.

"Well done guys, looks like a super start"

Almost immediately he spots a bludger flying towards him, and sets up to carry out the move he has been practicing for weeks. As it approaches he flys straight towards rotating increasingly fast 3 times like a olympic discus thrower. He raises the club and brings it down connecting sweetly with the bludger, and sending it soaring at amazingly high velocity towards Snape, who he is hoping to have caught unawares due to his extremely swift entrance to the game.

Pitta smiles, very pleased with his first attempt in a game of his "Rotating Power Beat" which he has spent hours practicing. :joker:

::Jess looks at snape and to the bludger and to snape again:: (Guess hes not gonna do anything better save his bum) ::she being already infront of him swerved to the left and brought her bat down hard onto the bludger, with s sweeping motion making it go upwards to form and arch and back down towards etta who she really being herself wanted to hit,::(Ilove you etta darling but you were in the perfect position for my archie arch move.)

::Jen seeing the bludger head straight towards Etta! (who seems to be watching a nice fluffy cloud shaped like her cat Dipstick LoL) flew towards her and yelled out, "Etta! Do the Badger Hide!!!" Causing Etta to automatically flatten herself against the broom like she is hiding (hence the move named Badger Hide). The bludger thankfully flies right over Etta's head as she crouched by the broom.::

::Jen gave a huge sigh of relief. "That was a close one." she muttered to herself.::

::Jess curses under her breath:: "Where are all my team mates? I mean they cant all have school!!!!!"

::Jess sits and waits for something to happen as there are no other members of her team here to do anything::

"the archi arch!" Jess yells out to Skully then takes out her portable e-mail checker and checks her e-mail and like dies and almost falls of her broom, because there not 'just friends'::

(slytherin beater)


(I said almost) "um nothing," ::she puts her portable e-mail checker away:: "lets get our head in the game snape! only a few more hours and the whole team will be here!"

(hufflepuff chaser)

:flisan does a loop on her broom cheering for neil and jenn and ettie:

"yay for the badger hide! yay for NEIL! he must have been practicing secretly! what a first move!!" she cries and punches the air before holding out her arms to singalize Jenn to pass her the quaffle:

:: sees lisa cheering and putes her instinct to the test while she waits for her team to actually show up:: "come on snape wake up, LETS GO SLYTHERIN, WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!!"

Hairy Pitta flies up alongside Etta to give her some extra protection temporarily as she appears to be getting picked on despite the lack of Slytherin players currently. No chance of her getting caught by a bludger with hairy on the case.

::Snape winks at his fellow beater and positions himself in the position for the dopplebeater offence. Taking a big swing, both beaters hit the bludger towards the hufflepuff chaser, their full force behind it::

(Just_Ginny, Hufflepuff Chaser)

::Ginny flew up to the pitch.::

"Hey badgers! Didya miss me?!" ::she winked to her other team mates, and flew over towards the center of the pitch::

"Let's do the one Lisa made up, okay?" ::Ginny whispered as she flew by both of the chasers, did a loop di loop, and dodged a bludger. The little show off then got back into position at the center of the pitch::

:Flisan turns around when she hears the bang of the beaters' bats hit the bludger and sees it speed towards her quickly. Taking a quick breath Flisan hunches over her broom, doing the Badger Hide, but the bludger is too close and hits her in the side, causing her to spin around her broom stick like a piece of beef over the fire:

:slowly she stops spinning and come to a halt upside down, her eyes closed and her hands clutching the broom stick, feeling a stinging pain at her ribs.:

"dangit" she whispers and sits up again, flinching.

"I'm okay!" she shouts at Ginny and Madame Pomfrey who comes running onto the pitch:

Pitta continues to circle around Etta, but now keeps one eye on Snape who seems to have woken up. :cyclops: [/u]

(Hufflepuff Chaser)

:She winced as she saw Flisan get hit.:

"Oh no..." :Ginny saw the snitch, and did a Huffle PUFF and tried blowing it towards Etta:

::Snape grins appoligetically when he sees LisaMacKay is ok, and goes after the bludger which has ended up over the other side of the pitch::

::Jess having hit the with snape had pulled an arm muscel but no worrys shes fine::

"ow," she said, "atleast your awake, and I see our seekers on his way"

::Snape checks that romance is ok before searching the field for the bludger::

"Come on slytheins - we need a win!!!"

(Hufflepuff Chaser)

:Ginny flew down to meet Flisan:

"Ready to get back up there?" :she asked, plotting out a strategy in her head:

Pitta notices that his noble team mate Ginny has tried to Huffle Puff the Snitch towards Etta, so swoops down to a passing bludger, and Bludger Backbeats it towards the Snitch hoping to play a snooker style shot and knock the snitch closer to Etta still.

:Flisan nods at Ginny and swoops by Jenn, taking the Quaffle from her hands and tucking it neatly under her arm, making her way towards the Slytherin Goal posts once more:

"Nice one Pitta!" :Ginny shouted with a smile. She also took the Quaffle from Jenn:

"Great pass!" :Ginny flew next to Flisan, the ball tucked snuggling under her arm:

:Flisan smiles when she hears Skul talking from the stands and holds on a little tighter to the Quaffle, feeling the cold air zoom by her face as she approaches the Goal Posts:

::yells out to skully:: "probably because our keeper and seeker and our three chasers are missing!"

:Ginny, who was to the right of Flis, winked at her, knowing which out of the two of them really had the Quaffle:
