Love Falls by Esther Freud...which was innocent chick lit at first, peppered through with nice stuff about Italy and India, but then it turned nasty...and nastier...and nastier. Even though everything was somewhat resolved by the last page, I couldn't shake that morbid nastiness off for a while. And it bothered me that the main character, about whom the author somewhere mentions had never been a child and had always behaved like an adult, acts like a complete idiot regarding several things, and could not be more of a child. Either the character is confused, or the author is.

And I don't know why I'm surprised that it turned out to be so creepy, because after all the author is the granddaughter of none other than Sigmund Freud...*sigh*.

Why do I always manage to pick the crazy books? Oh, don't get me wrong. It was a good book. But insane in a very creepy way. Pfftt.

I just finished Marked by P.C. Cast & Kristen Cast ~really good book, it's slow at first but once it gets going it's pretty interesting. Well if you into Vampire stories anyways lol~

I just started Blue Boods by Melissa De La Cruz ~So far I'm not liking it to much, but I may change my mind once I get past the basic intros xD~

(Yes I am starting to get an obsession for Vampire related books, which hopefully will fade some once Twilight is finally finished.) grin
