What are you reading at the moment? I am reading a series of unfortunate events at the moment which is quite good!

mom just preoder the HD book so ill be reading that on Monday (if it comes that day... it said it would)

i know... i wish that mom would go to the store to get it but she said it would be cheeper to order it through the mail.... so i must suffer just so that we can save like 3 bucks.... *goes off to pout*

I'm reading HP & Chamber of Secrest. After DH, I figured I wanted to read all the books in order now that ... it's a complete set. But I seems to have misplaced PS. Which clearly doesn't help. But ah well !

i havent yet read DH... the mailman was suppose to deliver it today but he didnt... im mad...*runs around in circles screaming*

I'm now reading Night Rise by Anthony Horowitz.

hmmm lemme see... re-read HBP, read DH (duhh xD) and now I'm reading a biography of Cezanne. Oh, and I've kinda started a book on Polish (some kind of fantasy book by Ursula K. LeGuin) but mehhhh.... too difficult xD ... my mum came from Warsaw last wekk though and she broght me the dictionnary, so maybe I'll give it another go

Right now I am currently reading Frogs & French Kisses, I haven't gotten that far yet though XD

I just finished reading the last book from the Sisterhood of the travelling pants series ^^ loved it

And I'm waiting for Eclipse to get here lol

HAHA I GOT ECLIPSE TODAY!

But I'm not reading it.

At the moment, I have about two more pages left of Of Mice and Men, which I'm reading for school.

And my other school book is called archy and mehitabel (yes, in lowercase). It's a collection of poems that was a newspaper column in the 1910s and 20s. All of the letters are lowercase because the thing that is writing them is Archy the cockroach and he's too small to make the capital letters on the typewriter

It's actually a really cute and funny book. I highly recommend

I started reading Eclipse :D I'm onto the sixth chapter lol

Right now, I'm about 200 pages into Inkspell by Cornelia Funke and it's just starting to get good. Guess what'll I'll be doing on my weekend off?

I finished reading Eclipse this morning at 6:30 lol and I plan to start it again soon XD

The Outsiders by S.E Hinton for the millionth time

Ha well this weekend was quite a fun one, reading-wise.

I read Absolutely, Positively Not by David LaRochelle. This book is hilarious and fun, starting off with this boy insisting he is not gay...he just likes square dancing as a favor to his mom...etc. Of course he ends up coming out because he is so completely, obviously gay and this is apparent from the first chapter lol...it was just a lot of fun.

Then I reread Teen Idol, because reading Meg Cabot's stuff is always a good time.

Then I read Freak Show by James St. James which was another book about a teen, Billy Bloom, who is gay...or bi...or something. I never got that part straight, because apparently Billy doesn't like labels...this book is overwhelming and sweeps you away. At first I thought he was slightly overdoing the exclamation points...but ah well, it adds to the character of Billy. At times I marveled how what seemed to be a string of endless nonsense ended up turning into a story. Kinda like the Georgia Nicholson books...but that's different...

I'm currently reading "The History of Love", by Nicole ... something... XD

It's pretty nice - as far as I've got now (chappie 3 XD), it's told either by an old writer-guy or a 14 years old girl or a 3rd person narrator. My fave was the part told by the girl... the old guy is a bit weird, me thinks... XD ... oh well, I'll have to read it all to.. understand, hehe :D

I'm reading Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte. Somebody please tell me why I'm doing that to myself. I wonder whether I would have more of a chance at understanding it if English were my first language, because no, I'm not reading the German translation, but the original English thing with all that cruel stuff that Joseph is saying...

I am re-reading Harry Potter in the Deathly Hollows.

I read A Certain Slant of Light by Laura Whitcomb which gave a WHOLE new meaning to the word 'soulmate'...lol. It was really good, but I kinda got the feeling that the author could do even better. At times it was almost like poetry...I will definitely read her next book, cuz I'm sure it'll be even more fantastic.

I also reread Shopaholic and Sister by Sophie Kinsella. Because I like to laugh. ^^

Ooh Kate you should definitely continue with that series, it's excellent!

Summers of the Sisterhood: Forever in Blue by Ann Brashares - I really enjoyed this, though found Carmen's story boring compared to the rest.

Queen of Babble by Meg Cabot - Hehe, I liked this one, very funny.

Gossip Girl 1 & 2 - Well, I got addicted by these. They're like a soap opera in book form.

Nobody's Girl by Kitty Neale - This was pretty good, set in 1950's England. The back described it as "misery lit" :D

The Other Side of the Bridge by Mary Lawson - This was beautifully written, you could almost imagine you were there. Really well-woven story, I very much enjoyed this book.

The House at Riverton by Kate Morton - Wow, this one was amazing. The best I read on holiday, and I would definitely recommend. It's set in the 1920's and 1999, telling the story of two sisters: Hannah and Emmeline, from the perspective of their maid Grace. Fantastic story, and I was sad to reach the end.

Then I read half a Doctor Who book cos I'd run out of others :D

I just spent 175$ on school books and I'm not done yet XD lol

Gossip Girl 3. I blame Ame for telling me about these!

Just read Love and Other Four-Letter Words by Carolyn Mackler, which was pretty good, Crunch Time by Mariah Fredericks which was...interesting, though I was having a hard time sympathizing with the characters...oh and Sink or Swim by Kate Cann, which was SUPPOSED to be lighthearted chick lit, and ended up being torturous-still-in-love-with-ex chick lit. Gah.

at this moment what streams just wrote but I'm also reading

"The Legend of Drizzit" Comic books and the Septimus Heap series, which if you haven't read yet I urge you to do so their SO good , might even replace Harry Potter, jk jk nothing can do that but they are pretty good.

The Center of the World by Andreas Steinhofel, which was excellent and very well-written but WAY messed up. Seriously, the things that the main character went through...and he seemed to consider them all quite normal...*shakes head*

And I'm in middle of reading I Never Promised You a Rose Garden by Joanne Greenberg. Very confusing at times but always intelligent, I think it captures the mental illness of the main character very well, although I can't seem to read it all at once and I keep putting it down and then going back to it.
