::Katie wondered what happen..he was odd at times but he's safe. She blushed and kissed him back passionately, wrapping her arms around his neck::

::pansy parkinson had, soundlessly, sneaked after them and watched them kiss. even though the thought made her cringe, she had to touch them in order to push them off the roof::


"so long, suckers!" she said as she pushed them both, and watched as they fell.

::Blaise sat in a corner watching the scene the whole time wondering where his date Ginny was...::

"She stood me up" Blaise finaly realised and he just sat there staring at Pansy who was in the air

::Fred reached down and pulled Katie up on to her feet::

(if you just make this one long fluffy love rp, pansy's gonna avada you before you can even get to the cheesy kissing scene xD)

::"Thanks Fred.." Katie muttered as she got up onto her feet. She quietly looked down at her shoes, holding her hands to her chest::

::Fred started to back up. "Run!!" He yelled as he and Katie ran away from Pansy::

:Angelina walked into the hall date less the last ball she had been to she had gone with one of the twins but this time she was alone she walked over and sat down scanning the area hopefully someone would ask her to dance otherwise she would go home.:

she sat and sighed nothing seemed to really be happening in here. maby she will get asked soon hopefully very soon she was getting embaressed.

:Lily Evans waltzed into the room, dateless, before she realized that the party really wasn't all that. She looked around and decided to go with her old stand-by, to FOOD table, untill someone *she looks around hopefully here* asks her to cut a rug:

~Wearing a blackish shadowed outfit much like his yule ball suit from years before, Draco walks in, and looks around as he slowly makes his way through the dancers. For the moment, his grayish blue eyes do not focus on anyone of interest..~

:Yes Lily loved her food. the little cheese cubes where the best, but now she had moved on to tea and berries.:

~~Draco struts by the groups of people, snatching one of Lily's berries and popping it into his mouth. With a smirk he stops and looks at her ~"Thanks, I needed that" He snorts arrogantly as he then walks along to find other people to show off his arrogance to with Crabbe and Goyle tagging along after him~~

:She wasn't the fighting type...she just wasn't. BUT THE PRICK STOLE HER BERRY! there was gonnna be HELL to pay.:
:quietly slipping her wand out from her pocket, she muttered a quick spell, smiled evily and waited for him, or those around him, to notice the...change...:

~Draco gasped, his suit is now hot pink and he was wearing make up!!!~~

"Grrrrrrrrr" he growls "Crabbe! Goyle! do something!"
But Crabbe and Goyle were unfortunately now engrossed in eating cauldron cakes.

"Blundering oafs" Draco mutters and pulls out his wand and fixes his suit and clears away the make up~He spins around and raises a brow at Lily. "Think that was funny, do you?" He sneers.

:Lily giggled when she saw Draco's reaction before pulling a straight face and sauntering over:

"Sorry about that." :She said in her sweetest voice, flipping her hair over her shoulder:
"Would you like a drink?" :she held out a warm mug of tea:
"I'm Lily, Lily Evans." :she held out her hand for him to shake with a smile: "You know pink goes well with blonde and your skin tone"

::Katie ran into the Great Hall and slammed right into a tall, mysterious, handsome...Blonde..grey eyed figure. She hit the ground and grumbled," Owww, MOVE OUT OF THE WAY WILL Y--" She paused and looked up...it was Malfoy..in HOT PINK AND MAKE UP. She bursted out laughing hysterically:

~Draco eyed Lily suspiciously as he watched her suddenly acting nice. Slowly he extended his hand to shake hers, which he did only briefly. Then he took out his wand and cleaned all of the make up off and restored his clothes back to normal. He twirled his wand arrogantly and put it back in his pocket. Then he took the tea cautiously and took a small sip of it..
Unfortunately that was the only taste he got of it for someone came rushing in and bumped into him, causing him to spill the tea on himself~He grumbled and had to once again clean himself up, drying off his suit. He set the cup on the table then turned to see who had dared to run into him. But as he turned to see who it was, he raised a brow at seeing Katie on the floor~
"Clumsy..." He muttered as he rolled his eyes. Then he looked around, making sure no one was watching and grabbed Katie's hand and pulled her up to her feet. As soon as he did so, he let go of her quickly. He then cleared his throat.

Without another word he turned and shoved through the crowd, moving to where his two goons Crabbe and Goyle were.~

:Katie stood there in shock. She looked at her hand and felt redness come up to her cheeks," What the...?" Did Malfoy just help her? MALFOY?! Katie watched him shove through the crowd and sighed. She hadn't took off Fred's Hogwarts robe off evesince her encounter with him. She was afraid her dress but get dirty..but its already been contaminated with..Malfoy germs. Katie went into the crowd and kept saying ,"Excuse me' 'Sorry' 'Thank you' every time she went past someone or stepped on their foot.:

~Feeling a sudden rumbling in his stomach, Draco pushed his way over to the buffet table and got himself a nice steak and couple snacks-thankfully Crabbe and Goyle had left something-. He took a couple of bites out of his steak-for he only ate the finest food- and carefully let his grayish blue eyes scan the area. He didn't have a date but that didn't seem to bother him. After all, if he wanted a date he'd simply go take one of the girls from their dates. *No hurry though* He thought proudly as he used his knife to slice through his steak.~

::Lavender strutted into the Winter Ball, making sure her strapless green dress stayed adjusted. She was determined to have a good time, even without Won Wo-er...Ron. And in order to do that the brunette felt as though she needed to eat something. Her clear blue eyes firmly on the table, she stood next to Malfoy as she grabbed a plate.::

"Ugh, did you and all of your bloody Slytherin goons have to eat all of the food?" ::Lavendere groaned, putting her plate down and glaring at him before turning to walk away and find Parvati::

" That unbelievable git.." Katie mumbled to herself. She ran over to Lavender and went inbetween her and Draco," Hey Lav, what's up?" she asked, taking off Fred's robe odd of herself, reavealing a beautiful blue perwinkle dress( totally different from Hermione's), with silver lining and a rose in her silky curly hair up in a elegant bun. She had beautiful silver highheels with a butterfly bow. Katie smiled at Lavender and sighed.:

::She blinked and smiled as Katie appeared in front of her.::

"Hey Katie, not much. I was just getting some food but the Slytherin git over there ate all the food with his buddies." ::Lavender rolled her eyes.:: "I was just about to find Parvati-you seen her." ::The brunette then caught sight of Katie's dress.

"Wow Katie! I love your dress! But...where'd you get that robe?"

~Draco finished his food and stood up. He snorted as he glanced to the two girls. "Looks as though the two of you are all dressed up for nothing" he smirked as he looked at both Lavander and Katie. "If either of you need a date I am certain you will find Potter and Weasel drinking out of the toilets!" he laughed and he turned and strolled off laughing.~

::With a toss of her brunette hair, Lavender snorted at Draco.::

"And the only reason he knows is because he's frequently in there himself joining them." ::she said cattily. Ever since the break up with Ron she had harbored a strong dislike for any member of the trio.::

:Lily decided that people watching was fun!! she picked at the chocolate covered strawberries, but ultimatly decided that peaches where better:

~Draco made his rounds annoying random people and then found himself drifting back over to Lily and snatched up the bowl of peaches from her ~"Thanks, I'll be sure to enjoy this~ He then walked over to Lavander and smirked "No need to thank me for this" And he dumped all the peaches and juice on her letting the bowl drop onto her head~He laughed and then turned on his heel and sauntered off proudly~

::Lavender's mouth dropped open as peach and juice was poured all over her brand new dress. She felt the corners of her blue eyes burn with tears and her chestnut hair felt sticky against her shoulders. Lavender immediately gathered up her skirts, to run to the exit.::

"I hate you Draco Malfoy!" ::she cried out as she ran to the door, letting the tears spill over as she reached the door. But before she walked out and ran up the stairs to the Gryffindor common room, the brunette spun around on her heel and whipped her wand out-of nowhere?-and pointed it savagely at Malfoy::

"Igneus Marshmallow Goo!" ::an invisible vat of marshmallow goo appeared from the ceiling and dropped itself on Malfoy. Lavender surrendered to her tears and embarassment and fled up the stairs to the Gryffindor Common Room, but she only made it up six steps before she collapsed on the floor in tears. Distraught, she pulled her legs close to her head and wrapped her arms around her knees, letting her head rest on her knees as she sobbed quietly.::

:Lily underwent many different emotions in the course of a very short period of time. First she was put out by her food being stolen...again, then she was amused by Malfoys actions, but then she saw Lavender and her embarassed tears, and the heart of Lily Evens was touched with pity:

:Quickly, after casting draco a mean glare, Lily ran after the distrought girl. After searching for a while she saw something huddled on the floor, shaking slightly and sobbing.:

:slowly she approached, and laid a hand on the other girl's back to sooth her:

"Are you alright?" :she asked: "Terrible what he did to you, poor thing, but here,'' :Lily took out her wand and muttered a spell. Lavender's dress returned to normal.: "Your dress if fixed, and nobody will hold this against you. It's not like it's your fault he dumped it on you. He seems like a jerk to me. Don't let him bother you."

::She was startled as she felt someone touch her on the back, and her head shot up, half expecting to half to snap something at Malfoy. But the brunette's gaze softened as she saw it was only Lily.::

"Oh, um, I-I guess I'm just embarassed..." ::Her blue eyes avoided Lily's green eyes and the witch bit her lip. Lavender wouldn't let herself admit that he had probably dumped it on her because of her comment. But couldn't he take a joke??? Did he HAVE to dump peaches on her dress??::

"Oh, thanks, but I think I'll just sit out here for a while. I want to get some air, it smells like marshmallow in there." ::Lavender grinned weakly::

:Katie walked up to Malfoy and slapped him hard across the cheek," You absurd git...how could you do that to Lavender?" she hissed angrily, stomping off the tot Gryffindor commonroom.:

:Lily made sure that lavender was going to be alright before angrily heading back into the great hall.:

:She walked up behind Malfoy and ...made a few adjustments...to his dress robes...by adjustments she meant charming them to sing "I love muggles, yes i do, when i'm not kissing them i'm sucking up to you" and to flash bright obscenly girlish colors, she also charmed them so that only she could remove the jinx:

~With an annoyed growl Draco gasped at his obscenely flashing clothes. He tried to take off the jinx but found it was useless. He then did the only possible thing he could do.~

He ran to the Slytherin boys dorm and took them off. He quickly changed into a second formal clothing that was just as nice if not more dashing, and then took his leave of the Slytherin dungeon again and went back to the hall. But he stopped at the entrance. He decided that since everyone was down at the ball he'd go strolling about the castle...maybe try to sneak into the Gryffindor common room. He chuckled and went up the stair cases to the Gryffindor tower but stopped short noticing Lavander sitting on the floor.~
He snorted and rolled his eyes as he strode up to her~ "Crying in the floor, honestly don't you have any pride? You can't still be upset about the peaches. Look, you've fixed your dress so no harm done." He noticed she was still upset and rolled his eyes. He looked around to see if anyone was around and luckily there was no one. ~
~He then reached down, grabbed Lavander's hand and pulled her up to her feet. He pulled out a napkin and wiped her tears. quickly "There, can't have you lookin like a complete mess when you go back with me now, can we?"
He smirked. "Although, I have to say peach perfume would make you smell quite nice."
"So...?" He waited to see what her response would be.~

:Katie tackled Draco to the ground," Do you think she's going to forgive you? No." She hissed as she remained to sit ontop of him so he'd stay away from Lavender:

~Draco was tackled to the floor, not having seen Katie he wasn't prepared for her. But after a few moments of laying on his back trying to figure things out He looked at Katie oddly with a smirk that slowly crossed his lips.

"You know, if you wanted me to fall for you, there are other non painful methods to go about it." He said arrogantly.

::Fred ran over to Draco.::

"You Git! I love Kaite!"

::Fred pulled his fist back to punch Draco in his face...but thought better of it::

Draco smirked at Fred, his eyes growing dark with malice. "You think I want her? She won't get off of me, Weasley! " He gave katie a shove and she fell off of him and he jumped up to his feet glaring Fred down. ~ "You might want to control her then, Weasley or else you might next find her drinking out of the toilets" He sneered~
