7th House Quidditch: HUFFLEPUFF v RAVENCLAW: 21st - 25th

(Ravenclaw Beater)

::Glad that she seemed to be doing this correctly, Elana whacked the Bludger towards Dancing right after Lily's. The two Bludgers soared through the air, both headed straight towards Dancing, and hit her before she knew what was going on. This left the way to the Hufflepuff goals unprotected. Elana crossed her fingers.::

"Come on Alyssa!" she cried, doing a short victory dance with Lily.::

(Ravenclaw Beater)

::Elana lay low on her broom for speed and rushed towards the Bludger Lily had left for her. After making sure Lily could see her, Elana hit the Bludger towards Lily. Hopefully the Ravenclaws would be able to regain control of the game and crush the Hufflepuffs. With that thought cheering her, Elana hit a Bludger that Lily had just hit back at her. Their juggling the Bludgers was confusing the poor Hufflies, for which Elana was glad. They had been getting ahead, which was completely unacceptable.::

"Not for long!" Elana called back. Seeing that Lily had hit a Bludger back to her, Elana waited until it came up to her, then hit it towards the Hufflepuff Chaser. The Chaser was hit, and the Quaffle dropped.::

(Alyssa-- Ravenclaw Chaser)

(I'm Sorry Dancing! I should've read the rules first!

:Alyssa soared and caught the quaffle. She looped around, looking over her shoulder to make sure no one was following her. SHe did catch a glimpse of the snitch, but it seemed that their seeker was still no where in sight.:

"Hope someone comes soon, we need to win this." she muttered under breath and spe dto the Hufflepuff goals.:

::How true. Yes, two bats are definately much stronger than one, Elana thought, flying beside Lily. She had gone after the Bludger that she had hit at the Chaser, and was now doing the same as Lily, cradling it so that the Ravenclaws were in control of the Bludgers. The two gained on the Chaser and hit their Bludgers at the same moment towards her. Grinning truimphantly, Elana turned to Lily as she heard the unforgettable CRACK of Bludgers hitting a player.::

::Elana nodded. Their Beating moves had helped a bit, but this next one would really get someone out of the game. The Quaffle was being held by Alyssa, but one of the Huffle Chasers wouldn't be in the game much longer. Hopefully that would mean that Alyssa would be able to get a few more shots.::

::She spotted a Hufflepuff Chaser flying near the Gryffindor stands and pointed her out to Lily along with a handy Bludger soaring their way.::

(Ravenclaw chaser)

:Alyssa snatched the quaffle that Jen had dropped, duckig just in time when a bludger whizzed over her head:

"Elana!" she shouted, mock glaring at her friend.

:She soared to the HUfflepuff hopps and went to hit it through the left hoop, but Dancing was too good and caught it. The keeper then threw it to Jen.:
