(Gryffindor Chaser)

June ran onto the Quidditch Pitch, delighted to be the first one there. She mounted her broom and flew into the air. As she hovered, June looked around for her fellow team mates to show up.

Gryffindor Beater and Captain

Aliza hurried on to the pitch - perfectly on time. She was glad that no Ravenclaws had arrived yet but also eager for the game to begin. After doing a quick lap of te pitch she flew over to June. "Hey!"

(Gryffindor keeper)

Amy flew onto the pitch, joining her teammates before flying up to position herself in front of the goal loops.

She then hovered in front of the hoops, and waited for the game to begin.

(Gryffindor Chaser)
June waved to Amy and Aliza. "Hey guys!" she called. "Let's win this thing!" June glanced at the Madam Hooch. When she gave the signal, the quaffle was thrown into play. Zooming after it, June snatched it out of the air. She clutched it tightly under her arm and began flying towards the Ravenclaw goalposts.

(Ravenclaw Chaser)

Anthony rushed into the locker room with a fury, his heart raced but he had no time to stop and catch his breath. Sloppily he put on his blue and black Ravenclaw quidditch robes, snatched his matching colored Firebolt and ran out to the pitch. The noise of the crowd crashed upon his ears like a clap of thunder during a storm, it fueled his determination and sparked his adrenaline. He would take a heavy breath as he propped his Firebolt against the wall and quickly adjusted his gloves. With a quick snatch Anthony retrieved his broom and made his way out to the field of play. He could see that many Gryffindors had already made their way out and June had just scored the first goal of the game. Swinging his leg over the handle of his Firebolt Anthony gave a hard push off the ground zooming up to meet his teammate Elana. "Sorry I'm late!" He would shout over towards her with a nod.

Seeing as how June had just scored Anthony veered his direction straight towards the middle of the pitch awaiting the quaffle to be thrown back into play. A sly grin on his lips as he hovered in place watching the blurred bodies speed by him. Anthony kept a firm grip on his Firebolt as he patiently awaited his chance to attack.

Cris walked onto the pitch slowly, still having a hangover from the firewhiskey she'd used to drown her sorrows of losing the last Quidditch game, against Slytherin. A situation that we hope will never repeat itself, she thought angrily, accidentally tripped and almost fell over. Madam Hooch had seen that and was immediately at her side, scolding her for being late. "Onto your broom, now!", she ordered, and Cris followed her order, not in the mood of arguing and in the same time, wishing to prevent Gryffindor from losing again.

As soon as she was in the air, she waved and greeted the other players, but it took her two rounds of flying and feeling the wind in her face for her to recover completely, be her usual cheerful self and cry out loudly "Go Gryffindoooor!".

AS soon as she was 100% awake though, she could see a glittering golden something flutter a few feet in front of her. Already? No-no-no... I must be dreaming, right?, she thought in disbelief and pinched herself. "OWWW! .. nope, no dream.". But it had only taken that long for the snitch to disappear again. She sighed in dissapoinment... it had been to good to be true.

{Ravenclaw Seeker}

Rigby burst into the empty Ravenclaw locker room, her hair still streaming from the quick bath she had just taken. How could she have forgotten about the game? And now she couldn't get her locker open! Rigby whipped out her wand and blasted the lock off, she would worry about replacing it later. She threw on her quidditch robes, not noticing she had them on backwards until she went to get her broom, muttering about the lateness of her arrival she fixed her robes and finally made it onto the pitch. The game appeared to be in full swing, and she hoped that her teammates wouldn't hex her for being so late. Rigby leaped up on her broom, her wet hair swinging wildly and spraying droplets onto the cheering crowd. Feeling a bit guilty when she heard a first year declare loudly that it was raining, she reached into her robes and searched for a hair ribbon. Unable to find one, she settled for flying full speed around the pitch, hoping to distract the opposing team as Ravenclaw seemed to be making a big play. Within seconds her hair was mostly dry and she could begin the search for the snitch.

(Ravenclaw Chaser)


Anthony watched as his team made their way onto the pitch one by one signaling to the crowd the game was gonna get interesting. Out of the corner of his eyes he saw June had the quaffle in her posession once again and with a burst of speed he lied flat against his broom giving chase. Instanly his surroundings became a blur as he sucked and weaved his way through the chaos going on around him. Always a keep watch out for a bludger or opposing beaters Anthony started to close the distance between himself and June. The sly grin and look of detemination on his features prominent as the adrenaline coursed through his veins. Just as he was about to push his firebolt to it's limits his team's captain flew by with blinding speed heading straight for the same Gryffindor chaser he was. With every confidence she could handle the situation Anthony gave a hard pull back on the handle of his broom coming to an abrupt stop, He watched as Lily did her thing in an excellent defensive move stealing the quaffle giving posession to Ravenclaw. With a quick 180 Anthony turned his direction making his way down the pitch towards the Gryffie goals.

He would lie flat once again pushing his firebolt to it's limits once again, the wind stinging his face. It had become second nature to him to ignore this feeling and only the faint sound of the crowd's cheers could be heard through the thunderous noise of him slicing through the air. With a quick glance over his shoulder he saw Lily do their infamous Ale-oop as she began the set up. Tossing the quaffle in the air giving it a smack with her broom. With a nod of his head Anthony would slow down just enough to allow the big crimson colored ball to catch up with him. When it was near he would reach out a gloved hand and snatch it from the air securing it tightly in his hold and sped back off closing in on the Gryffindor Keeper. His teammate Elana zoomed in with bludger in hand giving it crushing hit sending it straight towards the Keeper, Anthony grinned even wider when he saw this and positioned himself to throw the quaffle in. Once the Keeper had been moved out of his way, Anthony heaved the quaffle with all his might, the red sphere heading straight for the center hoop, and straight through for a Ravenclaw score.

{Ravenclaw Seeker}

"Woohoo!" cried Rigby, delighted to see her teammates score. She did a littly victory spin with her broom. Alas, her moment of happiness was interrupted by the sound of not just one but two incoming bludgers. She whipped her head around to either side, seeing a bludger coming at her from both sides. Sighing, she realized there was no way she could aviod them both and she took the brief moment she had before impact to decide what body part to sacrifice to the Quidditch Gods. Rigby leaned slightly to the right, leaving her left side open to attack. The bludgers hit her left arm, one on the elbow, the other right below her wrist, with a sickening blow. The pain was so intense that Rigby's vision turned black and when she opened her eyes she realized she had lost control of her broom and was headed towards the ground. She managed to pull up on her broom in time, but the pain in her left arm caused her to gasp. Holy crud, that hurt! She smiled at Madame Hooch to show she was okay to play, despite the fact that her arm felt it was on fire and likely broken in two places, she was not about to quit. Her right hand was her snitch catching hand anyway. She looked up to see Elana getting revenge on Gryffindor for her and the sight made her smile, although this time she skipped over the victory spin.

(Ravenclaw Chaser)


Seeing his score Anthony pumped a fist in the air in a quick celebration before speeding off back down the pitch to retrieve the quaffle again. Reaching the middle of the pitch he came to a stop hovering, green eyes scanning the pitch for any sign of the red glint, and it wasn't long before he noticed it soaring through the air straight over towards June. With a burst of speed Anthony took off closing the distance between himself and the rival Gryffindor chaser. It would be a rough chain of events and he would brace himself as he pushed full speed closer and closer. The crowd's roars fueled his actions as he made his way over towards June. The quaffle was nearly in range and Anthony was pushing full speed straight for them both.

As he neared June's position he had to time his actions perfectly, the slightest miscalculation could cause disasterous results. He had the perfect plan and he would hope that it would work out in his favor. He continued racing pushing faster and faster and just when he was within feet of June, Anthony pulled hard to the left turing his broom and his position to the side, but his movement kept heading straight at his rival. His timing was right on as he arrived just moments before the quaffle did, and he slammed into June causing a jolt that nearly knocked him from his firebolt. Quickly regaining his composure Anthony looked up to where the quaffle was and snatched it once again from the air. Secured tightly in his grasp he flashed a wink over at June before taking off with yet another burst of speed, racing down the pitch quaffle in hand.

(Ravenclaw Chaser)

Quite pleased with his play thus far Anthony zoomed down the pitch making his way to the Gryiffie goals. He would weave back and forth making it difficult for any opposing beaters to get a good line of sight one him, or any rogue bludger to hit him or catch him off guard. Sweat had now formed over his brow and the wind slapping his face as he flew felt cooler from the condensation that had developed, but it wouldn't slow him down, he continued pressing forward. A quick glance over his shoulder and Anthony would see June bearing down on him a bit perturbed by him ramming her moments earlier. He wasn't worried as he turned his gaze back to the front as he lied his body flat against the blue and black painted wood of his broom, picking up even more speed. Another glance over his shoulder and June had disappeared, a bewildered look now struck his features as he looked around for the opponet chaser.

No where to be seen he would mentally shrug her from his mind and continue his march down the pitch. In the next instant a blurred figure fell from the sky suprising him, "Oh snap!" He would exclaim as June had seemingly fell from the heavens stealing the quaffle and grabbing her broom repostitioning herself atop the wooden object speeding off back down the pitch. A look of frustration replaced his coonfused feature as he watched her make another score. With a quick turn Anthony zoomed back down the pitch preparing himself for the quaffle.

(Ravenclaw Chaser)


Anthony wasted no time in catching the quaffle when it was thrown back into play, more determined than ever to score and get back at the Gryffindor team. No more grinning, the look on his face was pure focus as he speed down the pitch quaffle secured tightly making sure no one could steal it from him again. Anthony decided to fly higher and with a swift pull upwards his body and firebolt tilted up towards the sky blying higher and higher. The cool air above refreshed him as it touched his face. Rolling his body Anthony would now come to a stop flying upside down as he leveled the firebolt out. He would speed down the pitch high above the crowd and the other players zooming around below.


As he got closer and closer to the Gryffie goals Anthony gripping his firebolt tighter preparing to make a fast descent. pulling down and starting a slow march downward Anthony saw his fellow Ravenclaw Elana mash a bludger and took June out of the play. "Nice shot!" He would shout over at Elana as he then pulled back all the way and entered a steep nosedive. Everything became blurred and the ground closing in by the minute. Quaffle ready to be thrown, Anthony steadied his thoughts and focus as he threw the quaffle just as he zoomed downward past the goals. Placing both hands on the broom Anthony pulled up with everything he had coming inches from smashing into the ground. Flying back up just in time to hear the ding of the bell signaling another Ravenclaw score. Nodding towards Elana for her fine play he pumped a fist celebrating.

{Ravenclaw Seeker}

Rigby yelled with joy to see Ravenclaw score again, and she went to clap her hands in cheer, only to remember what a wreck her left arm was. She honestly could not look at it without getting a little grossed out by it's unnatural bends. She shifted her robes as best she could to hide the arm, not wanting Madame Hooch to see it and take her out of the game. She changed her flight direction to avoid the eagle eyed referee, and pretended to have caught sight of the snitch. Flying away from the ref and the majority of players, Rigby found herself quite alone. She caught a golden flash out of the corner of her eye and whipped her broom to the left. Another golden glint confirmed that she was on the right trail towards the snitch. The thrill of the chase pushed the pain of her arm out of her head, all Rigby could think about was catching the snitch.

(Gryffindor Chaser)

June glared daggers at the Ravenclaws... and especially Elana. Why did she just have to be such a bludger magnet today?!?! Sighing, June waited until the quaffle was thrown into play. When it was, June let her anger and frustration take over. She blasted off towards the Ravenclaw goalposts, taking the quaffle with her along the way. Flying faster and faster, June went through an aerial sequence of corkscrews, twists, loops, and tricks as she strived to avoid the bludgers that Elana just happened to always aim at her. When she reached the Ravenclaw goals, June threw the quaffle into the air and punched it through the right goal hoop. As the bell rang, June sighed. How was she, just one person, supposed to go up against both Elana and Anthony?!?!

Gryffindor Beater

Aliza grinned as June scored...she realised that she hadnt been doing much to help her. Whoops. Eager to make up for the lost time she shot after a nearby bludger and hit it at Elana's back. "Take that Lana!!" she yelled to her as it hit her. Smirking she looked around for another bludger she could hit at Ravenclaw's main chaser - Anthony...

{Ravenclaw Seeker}

Rigby frowned as she saw Aliza going after Elana. Gryffindor was on the attack and once again Rigby found herself wanting to be a beater. Sadly, she had to content herself with snitch catching, but... She watched with respect as Elana took a hard hit to her back and stayed in play. Her teammates were amazing! Well, amazing and very bruised. The snitch was still leading her on a wild chase, but she was sticking with it. The sound of another incoming bludger suprised her, and she braced herself for a blow that did not come. Instead the bludger hit the snitch, sending it out of sight. Determined not to lose heart Rigby whipped her broom to the direction that the snitch had been catupalted towards. No amount injury or tricks were going to keep her from catching that snitch!

(Ravenclaw Chaser)

After the short celebration from his score Anthony raced back down to get in position to catch the quaffle. He was hindered however by the heavy traffic flying around on the pitch and wasn't able to get back to it in time. His emerald gaze squinted in frustration as he saw June once again take the quaffle in her grasp and do some magnificent flying before scoring another time for her team. An exasperated sigh would follow as he mentally kicked himself to get into gear and get things going for his team. Looking around taking a mental note of everything going on he saw Elana being slammed by a bludger. He would wince as he thought back on the many times he was hit. Rigby had been chasing the snitch continuosly. Finally able to max out his speed Anthony corkscrewed his way up and over a rival chaser as he made his way to catch the quaffle.

As he hit the center of the pitch the quaffle was making it's way right to him. With a quick snatch he had caught the red sphere and secured it tightly in his grasp and pulled upwards on his firebolt flying up higher and higher. He would roll to the right straightening his position as he was now racing down towards the Gryffindor goals. Flying slightly above the action taking place Anthony wasn't paying much attention to what has been taking place after he caught the quaffle, his only focus was scoring for his team. Coming within range of the goals Anthony would push down making his way back into the action heading straight for the Gryffie keeper. The look in his eyes was that of pure determination and he would allow nothing to stop him. A quick barrel rol to the left seemingly faked out the keeper. Taking the quaffle in the palm of his hand he would toss it through the left goal hoop with everything thing he had. The bell hat sounded signaling another score for Ravenclaw. Taking no time to celebrate he wuickly turned his broom around and took off. Blinded by his determination Anthony sped down the pitch and not paying attention a rogue bludger crushed against his body hitting his right shoulder blade. An agonizing scream would follow as he hunched over his broom slenching his teeth. Sucking it up he pushed his body back up rotating his arm. Nothing was broken and but the movement would shoot a pain down his side and the injured limb.

{Ravenclaw Seeker}

Rigby heard the distant ding signaling a Ravenclaw score and she turned her head to see Anthony flying triumphiantly away from the goal hoops. She winced as he was hit by a bludger, but reminded herself that Ravenclaw Chaser's used to harder hits in practice. She turned her attention back to where she thought the snitch had been hit, but it was no where in sight. Shaking her head to clear her thoughts and her vision , she turned her broom letting the rush of air flow over her. The golden snitch could be anywhere by now. She would just have to let it come to her, and in the mean time she would look for it, knowing full well that the snitch would not be caught before it wanted to be caught.

(Ravenclaw Keeper)

It had been such a long time since Holly had taken part in a quidittch game. A leave of abscence had been in order, but she was so happy to be back. The calling of her broom couldn't go on much longer; she was dying to fly and what better to partake in a match?! It was obvious that Holly was late as she hurried towards the pitch. From this distance she could see the distinguished colors of blue and bronze. A ding could be heard in the distance and the bunch of Ravenclaws in the stands erupted in cheers. With a smile, she assumed that one of the Chasers of her team had scored. Her teammates would need her soon.

With that thought, Holly broke out into a run. As she came to a stop near the sidelines of the pitch, she could tell by the scores that the game had only just begun. She quickly tied her hair into a messy bun as she mounted her broom. Once done, she wrapped her hands around the broomstick handle and hovered off the ground a little. Then with a sudden burst she shot into the sky. The sudden rush of wind hitting her face made her smile. It was good to be back in the air. It got her blood pumping with adrenline.

Like a rocket, Holly zoomed between the Gryffindor opponents, sending them a little wave. As she passed a few of her teammates, she sheepishly called out. "Sorry, I'm late!"

Circling the Ravenclaw hoops twice, she slowed down and hovered before them. Holly sat, tall and pround with a determined look etched on her face. It was time to kick some Gryffindor butt!

{Ravenclaw Seeker}

Rigby smiled in triumph when she saw Holly fly towards their goals, never so happy to see the Ravenclaw goalie. It would be a bit harder on Gryffindor to score now that the Ravenclaws were on guard. She glanced around for Cris, but the Gryffindor seeker was not in sight. I could have sworn she was here, thought Rigby. She glanced up and still could not see the wily seeker. Cris was her friend and a worthy opponent, but Rigby was glad to see that she did not appear to be in hunt for the snitch. Rigby caught sight of the snitch and went diving after it, flying so fast past a Gryffindor chaser that they no doubt were caught in her tailspin. The snitch was almost on the ground and Rigby had to pull up suddenly to avoid a crash, her left arm screaming in protest to her quick movements. The snitch jerked upwards and once again Rigby was on the trail.

{Ravenclaw Seeker}


Rigby heard Elana busy whacking the bludger towards the Gryffies and smiled. She loved her teammates! Rigby continued to track the snitch, trying to keep up with it's wild movements. She passed the Slytherin box, dodging the bits of rubbage they were throwing at her. She gor hit by a partially eaten cupcake and was amazed to see it had been thrown by Crabbe, who would have thought he ever not finish a cupcake? Finally the snitch veered away from the stands and Rigby was fast at its heels.

It was wonderful to be back in the air with all her teammates again. She found herself being drawn away from the game a little. Instead, Holly found her self doing little flips in air as she stayed near her post. They couldn't scold her; it was the broom's fault really. It was the one hovering in the sky, calling to her to do trick and all that. Soon enough Holly heard her name being called and she whirrled around to see the quaffle coming towards her.

At first she panicked, there was no way she could catch it! If only she hadn't been so engrossed with her tricks. Holly shook her head, shaking away the negative thoughts. With a determined look, she shot downwards as the quaffle was nearing the ground. She reached out, letting go of ther broomstick handle momentarily and snatched the quaffle. Quickly she pulled up her broom with all her might before the contacted with the ground.

"What a rush..." she muttered, as she now slowed to a hover and put her hand to her chest. Regaining her composure, Holly gazed over the field and spotted Anthony wide open. With a determined look, she tossed the quaffle high in the air and hit towards him with the end of her broom

(Ravenclaw Chaser)


Anthony saw from the corner of his eye Holly zoom out onto the pitch and make her way to protecting their goals. It was definately good to have her back, and Anthony pushed his broom faster down his arm hanging limp at his side from the bludger hit moments earlier. He would pull to a stop just a few yards away from where Holly hovered guarding the hoops. It seemed she was at the top of her game as she made a spectacular save when the quaffle was thrown. The crowd was getting louder and Anthony whipped his broom around and flew off towards the middle of the pitch so Holly could see hi,. Just as he expected Anthony saw the crimson glint of the quaffle soaring through the air straight towards him. Not risking anyone stealing it Anthony took off straight for it meeting the quaffle snatching it out of the air and securing it.With a hard stop and a quick turn Anthony began his march back down the pitch. As he laid flat becoming one with his broom he gave a slight twitch signaling Rigby that it was time for the Seeker Assist.

{Ravenclaw Seeker}

The Quidditch Gods giveth, and the Quidditch Gods taketh away, thought Rigby as she lost sight of the tricky snitch again. She turned her attention back to the game, seeing that her fellow Ravenclaws were forming to make a big play. She caught Anthony's eye and he suddenly gave a little twitch. To the outside world it might have appeared as if he were having a muscle spasm, but Rigby knew it was her signal to make the big play. She sped up her broom, flying low beneath Anthony. She glanced up quickly to the spot where Anthony would fly too. Suddenly Anthony dropped the quaffle and it fell towards Rigby. Seeing it approach she braked her broomstick, spinning it around so that the quaffle hit and and angled back up to Anthony. Rigby held her breathe, watching to see if Anthony would be able to catch it and score. The quaffle arced perfectly, headind straight towards the Ravenclaw chaser. Rigby let out her breath, knowing that if Anthony got the quaffle there would be no doubt that he would score.

(Ravenclaw Chaser)

Anthony held the quaffle with all he had, it would take a full on collision to make him lose his grip on it. A slight grin would form at the corners of his lips as he pushed his firebolt to the limits of what it could do. The world around him meshed into a blur but his keen eye sight was able to pick up Rigby flying just below him matching his speed. A quick glance up he would notice Elana in position to remove the Gryffie Keeper from their advance. Ignoring the pain that coursed through his arm and down his back he would release his hold on the quaffle and drop it down straight to Rigby. She would smack it with her broom sending it back up in a beautiful arc. With a quick barrel roll Anthony reached out his left arm once again snatching the quaffle from the air.

As he straightened himself out he saw Lily hovering close to the hoops and Anthony thought it would be a good idea to initiate a fake pass, and with that thought he leaned to the side pulling his firebolt with him and angled his advance towards her. Quaffle palmed in his hand he would flick it out in a passing motion but pulling it back at the last moment. He would then push down and dip underneath The Ravenclaw captain his head missing her feet by inches. THe keeper had been successfully diverted and as he pulled back up Anthony gave a hard toss of the quaffle sending it straight towards the Gryffindor hoops.

{Ravenclaw Seeker}

Rigby raised her right arm in cheer as she heard the ding of the goal. She watched in amusement as Elana successfully did a victory dance whilst riding her broom. The rush of assisting with the goal energized Rigby (much like a can of Vanilla Coke). She spun her broom in the air, forgetting that it was not a good idea as bludgers tended to find her when she was celebrating. This time she managed to have a moment of bruise free celebration. Happy to at last have helped her team score, flew contentedly up in the air, deciding to keep an eye on her team if they needed her help as she continued her search of the golden snitch. Suddenly golden devil buzzed by her head and Rigby was off on the chase!

(Ravenclaw Chaser)


Anthony sat there hovering watching all around him maksing sure no bludger or opposing beater would be gunning for him, his arm still hanging limp to his side he would only use it if needed, which was nearly constantly when he was moving. He expected pain from each game but he could never get used to the massive beatings he took during each one of them, he knew the dangers that came with him joining the team and he accepted them. After all if you can't take it, your place isn't on a broom flying around the pitch. His emerald eyes darted everywhere taking in the hectic scene around, the crowd hadn't stopped shouting and cheering since the beginning of the game. Just then he saw Lily dart between two Gryffndor chasers and steal the quaffle. Gritting his teeth he pulled his injured arm from his side and gripped his firebolt tightly. He noticed that his broom needed a new blue and black paint job as the old paint had started fading and chipping from all of the chaos it's been through. But he had to worry about that later, and with a massive burst of speed he raced off down the pitch chasing his captain in case she needed any assistance.

(Ravenclaw Chaser)


Catching up and flying side by side with Lily his arm ached but he would ignore it, he was way too stubborn to allow a small injusry keep him from helping in his team. He looked over at Lily grititng his teeth even more as a bludger nearly smashed into her. Then the growl of her voice soon after as she shouted her concern for his arm. "No worries love! It's just a small injury!" His repy would be a bit over exagerated, as the pain had gotten worse over the course of the game.

He wouldn't allow it to take him out of this game, it's nothing Madam Pomfrey couldn't handle anyway he thought to himself. But his focus would return to their march down the pitch and soon the quaffle had been tossed back to him in a quick pass. Snatching it up he pulled his broom upwards as Lily dove down. It was hard to keep a hold on the crimson sphere as his grasp on was with his injured arm. He needed complete control of his firebolt this was the reasoning. Approaching the Gryiffie keeper he would bring that arm up and heave with all his strength. The quaffle soared through the air but it didn't have enough velocity or speed to make it through the hoops. A shout would echo through the pitch as he sat there hovering gripping his arm trying his best to conceal his pain.

(Gryffindor Keeper)

Amy tensed as Legendary came closer to the goalposts, the quaffle tucked under his arm. She never let her eyes leave the ball as he attempted a shot at the goals, and she was poised ready to go after it if needs be.

Fortunately, it fell short of the goals, and into the waiting arms of June, one of Gryffindor's chasers. Amy cheered silently in her head, not wanting to do so out loud in case it put June off her game.

She followed the Chaser with her eyes as she zoomed off up to the other end of the pitch, weaving in and out of the Ravenclaw chasers.

When she saw that June had scored a goal, she let out a whoop, and beamed at her teammate. They were getting back into the game, and hopefully they'd do a good enough job to pull ahead.

{Ravenclaw Seeker}

Rigby heard the sound of the Gryffindor's scoring and smiled, winning was fun, but be challenged was even more so. She concentrated on the snitch and soon was lost in the thrill of the hunt. She was aware of movements around her, but at the moment it appeared as if she and the snitch were alone on pitch, flying their tango of a game, the snitch keeping just far enough ahead that she couldn't quite catch up. The golden snitch was an experienced teaser, knowing just how close to fly to keep your attention and just how far away to fly to elude capture. She heard the ding of the goals again, this time it sounded like her teammates had scored. She sped on after the snitch, her team would take care of the goal scoring and the bludgers for her, her job was the snitch!

(Ravenclaw Chaser)


Anthony was unaware of all that was happening around him. He couldn't focus because of the pain shooting from his shoulder blade and down his arm. He still sat there hovering in place, His arm was useless at the moment, apparantly it was more injured than he believed. But he would not quit. In a spur of the moment idea he would rip a long strand of material from his uniform and tie it together in a tight not. Placing the ripped cloth around his neck he would secure his arm in the make shift sling and soldier on. His movement would be limited from now on but it was better than leaving it snapping in the air as he sped around the pitch on his firebolt.

"Thats better." He would say to himself under his breath as he used his good arm placing it back on the handle of his broom and zoomed off. It was hard to keep control and balance but his instinct had kicked in and he kept himself stedied looking around for the quaffle.

{Ravenclaw Seeker}

Rigby chased down the snitch, inching up on her broomstick. Her left arm was still in pain, but it was down to a low and steady throbbing sensation. She had a feeling that she would be spending the next day or so in the infirmary. Oh, well, such is quidditch, she thought. She let go of the broomstick with her right hand, but quickly realized that at these speeds she would not be able to keep her balance holding on with just her broken arm. She clutched the broom tighter with her knees, her right hand tearing off a piece of her robes. She ackwardly used the the strip of cloth to tied her left hand to the broomstick, ignoring the new rush of pain, and still keeping up with the snitch. Now Rigby would be able to keep her balance with her right hand off the broom. It wasn't pretty looking, but it was functional. The snitch flew just out of reach so Rigby increased her speed, her whole broom thrumming with the energy. Her fingertips brushed the snitch but were unable to grasp it. Not willing to give up, and determined to catch the snitch before she fell apart, Rigby threw herself forward on the broom. Her hand closed around the snitch and just like that she had made the catch! Cradling the snitch to her side she slowly decreased her speed. She needed to land soon, before she passed out from pain. Still the catch felt good, and she knew that the broken bones were temporary, the great game she and her teammates had just played was forever!
