Anne Rice

i was just wondering if anyone else was interested in Anne Rice? ive read the vampire chronicles and the lives of the mayfair witches and i think both sets of books are fantastic because as u got further into each set of books the witches enter the vampire chronicles and the vampires enter the lives of the mayfair witches i think the way they weave in and out of the books is so well done that u dont have to have read both sets of books to enjoy just one set although i did read both because i think anne rice is fantastic and i would also like to add a little fact i found out the large house that michial curry-mayfair and mona mayfair live in, in the books is a real house the lavish gardens the huge house and beautiful swimming pool actually exist the house belonged to anne rice she based the house on her very own house and if u look hard enough on the internet u can find pictures of it it looks just as its described in the books although she has now sold that house, when she still owned it she used to give tours through it

I love her writing. I have only read the Claiming of Sleeping Beauty and Interview with a Vampire so far, but what I have read is well written. I have seen the movie Queen of the Damned and that is what convinced me to read Interview with a Vampire because it is the first in the Vampire Chronicles.

the movie was a fantastic movie but it left heaps out if u want the full affect of queen of the damned read the book its brilliant, have you seen the movie interview with the vampire? also another great movie and very very close to the book so close i can resite the words as the movie goes along lol thats bad huh

I love Anne Rice. I love the Vampire Chronicles and the Mayfair Witches but my favourite book by her has to be Belinda. It's just amazing.
