Scheduled Battle # 1 OPEN

Zelda with three other Order members had been called to Hogwarts becuase of an attack... " Wonder where they are?" Zelda asked...

It was dark and damp and they where by the black lake looking, wands out and looking. This type of darkness only came when the sun had fully set. The only light was from the castel and the refletion of the water on the Castel. The Order members knew what they had to do.. win!

Dani saw a figure by the black lake, she slowly crept over to the person with her wand drawn. Conjuring a rabbit to appear from a rock near by she sent it scampering towards the unknown person.

Dani waited to see what the person would do, would they stun it? Or kill it? and this is how Dani choose to do the test of Friend or Foe.

Under Dani's command the Rabbit stopped and appeared to be looking at the figure by the lake, it turned it's head behind it and make its paw move forward as in a "this way motion"

Dani sat for a moment her breath held to see the outcome of the test.

Zelda saw the rabbit and followed it ,but had her wand draw just in case. . At first is startled her. These where scary times.

Dani waited until the figure's face was clearly seen under the moon before making the Rabbit stop and hold its paw in a "Please don't shoot" Kind-of-way.


Dani smiled when she saw Zelda, she creeped slowly over to her and made the rabbit disappear, then she came out of the shadows with her wand lit.

"I am Dani Sunset," She said quickly. "Don't shoot please." Her hands were in a surrender position and she looked carefully at Zelda her eyes looking into hers, the oldest sign of friendship.

Zelda could tell that she was sincere so Zelda lowered her wand and smiled. " I am Zelda Rundell. I think I have met you before. You know what we have to do don't you!" Zelda said.

Dani noded and looked around the clearing, "I haven't seen a sign of Death eaters, have you?" she pointed her wand at the ground and made three stones turn into rabbits, she flicked her wand once and they ran out in different directions.

"They'll let us know if they find anything."

" Ok... and No I haven't.. I have a clue that they could be here any second though." Zelda quickly added.

Dani nodded once more and as the first rabbit appeared covered in dark blood stains, "Something tells me they might have some help that has teeth." Dani looked at the rabbit and flciked her wand and it ran back into the forest.

"Hurry we have to move away from here, whatever got ahold of that rabbit will be here in seconds trying to track it down. Hopefully it'll follow the Rabbit." Dani said and started walked into the trees away from where the wounded rabbit had disappeared.

" Ok" Zelda wispered as she followed Dani.

Dani looked over her shoulder so much she was starting to imagin that something was following them. She picked up the pace and once seeing a small cave like opening in the bushes up ahead she headed for it and crouched down low once inside.

" Shall we turn invisible?" Zelda asked Dani... Zelda herd something behind them ,but had no clue what it could be... Maybe a werewolf or even worse a death eater.. Only time would tell.

Dani shook her head as another rabbit scampered up to them, she smiled as it turned into a white smoke signalling nothing amiss, looking back at Zelda she whispered. "Invisablity may help but only slightly if they can become an animagus or werewolf they'll be able to smell us a mile away but here we can fight without worry of them sneaking up on us from behind."

" Sounds good!!!" Zelda said... " The order told us that there where DE's here tonght... I wonder where they are?" Zelda asked....

The moon was coming out tonight and the sky was clear as a bell. This would be a perfect night for a fight.

" They are really being cowards" Zelda whispered to the group.

" Where do you think they all are?" Zelda asked as she kept walking then all of the sudden she bumped into something and fell down... " Ouch what was that?.. " She asked as she griped her wand and quickly stood up looking around at who could of created this.

Dani was glad she had waited in the shadows as Zelda and Emma had walked forward, or she would've suffered from the same fate they did. She ducked behind a tree like a moron, wondering to herself if the DE knew she was there. She decided not to make a sound and the pulled out her wand pointing it at herself she muttered the spell for mutiplication. It was hard magic but she was glad that she'd spent a couple months to perfect the spell. She watched as two more Dani's rose out of her chest and made the appearence to walk in oppisite directions.

Dani hoped that the death eater would take the bait and shoot a spell at either of the Impostering Dani's while she rushed over to help Zelda and Emma.

She muttered to herself as she stuck close to the ground and moved almost silently towards the two Order Members struggling with the curses that Stephy had placed on them, before she got to close she stopped and flicked her once twice, doing the nonverbal spell for release and relief

She paused hoping that her spells would work and the Death Eater would go after the dummies.

Emma hit the ground hard, owwww, that would have hurt alot more than it would before if i was human... She thought

Emma layed down the fainten Zelda, she had fainten while the drop, and for some reason Emma didn't.

Shaped shift back into a human, "Everything will be ok." she said noticeing that she had an ingury on her legs. "Dani! come and help!"

(Note to Im_Hermionie, your character is not all powerful, unless you have mastered the ability to change into a wolf as an animagus and have passed all you animagi tests you may use that power. Also however you can not make Zelda or Myself or anyone else for that matter do anything, which as in your post above...you said... And Zelda had fainted from the drop If Zelda said she had fainted this would be all fine and dandy, however she hasn't said anything of the like, which means you can not say she fainted...please do not do this again.)

Dani felt the spell hit her and immeditate pain shot through her entire body. She wanted to scream but refrained, if she ignored it maybe the Death Eater would think she was only just a Dummy as well. Flicking her wrist twice she muttered something and hoped the counterspell to antigravity would work. The second she moved the pain intensivifed and her whole body screamed inwardly. She collapsed on the ground in numb pain, gasping as the impact caused a terrible streak of morbid torture.

"Rilievo [relief: Italian]" She said pointing her wand at her. The pain lessened and she wondered quickly what spell had the Death eater cast, and from what direction it had come from. dolens artus and Dolore terribile both seemed likely causes of her pain, she decided that the first might be the spell used and her mind raced wondering what the counterspell was... "Gu...Gua...Oh damnit!" She muttered under her breath as her small relief washed away and the pain resumed. "Guar...no...thats it! Riconoscente guar[grateful relief:Italian]!" She said pointing the wand at herself again.

Her gaze scaned the area and she looked to a place where anything might be amiss. She couldn't see anyone but there was something about the way the grass was matted by a tree to her left. Dani smirked and keeping her wand steady she used a spell that was quiet common, "Expelliamus[do I really need to say what it does??]"

" Zelda felt like the gravity had increased by three times... She tried to yell for help ,but the only thing that came out was messy words.. He speech had been mangled because of the gravity... It took Zelda three times the power and energy to raise her wand... " Reviwoslg.." She tried to say the counter spell ,but it didn't work..." Iv got to do it non verbal.." She though ... After a second she thought it and she was free from the gravity... Zelda saw that Dani was ok again and then went looking for Emma.. she couldn't find her though so she held her wand out at the female figure that was seen and decided that she would make her more viewable.. " Insenra Piko!" She said and a burst of light filled the sky. This would last for about three minuets.

(ya i just now noticed that today right after all that stuff so im sorry. I guess i have to wait to get an animegues lisens (sorry i cant spell)i am sorry i am still i guess new to all the rules.)

Emma noticed the flash of light from Zelda, Emma had also wondered if most of the death eaters had noticed this.

Zelda heard something and now that she had her mental wits about her and she wan't so stupid to shout and carry on she saw a jet of light coming at her.. there want much time ,but she managed to deflect it at the last second.... She didn't know if the others where that lucky ,but at that time she saw that there where roots coming at her... " She said.. " Cuto" and the roots riped enough so that she could get free... Zelda was the master at Charms so she used a inviability charm to hid herself... " If she is going to play rough with earth elements , whey don't I just match her on the elements.... Zelda had recently learned several elements charms in practice at the Orders hid out and she was a pro at them... Both her and Dragon... so she said " incendia extraho ( fire dragon) and a huge fire dragon appeared and when lunging at Stephy.

(Order-and also the unfortuate person who gets to -yet again- play fake mod...Stephy: While on hogwarts grounds you cannot apparate...sorry.)

::Dani rolled over and felt the sharp pain in her side as a stick stabbed her trying to wrap itself around her waist. She shricked and pointed her wand at the moving tree, but it-her wand-was blasted out of her hand by an expelliamus spell that the death eater most likely shot at her. She dived for her wand hoping that she'd be able to wrap her hands around it but just at the last second a tree root entangled itsself around her ankle and dragged her back.

Using words a sailor might not dream of, she struggled to get free of the dirty birch limbs and Maple branches that were soaring over her head. Making to do an army crawl to her wand she felt something sharp and point dive into her leg and seconds later se felt the warm gush of blood. Swearing again she made a lunge for her wand and her hand wrapped itsself around the smooth wood. She exhaled a breath she didn't know she was holding, she pointed her wand at the advancing trees and screamed " Fermata[which if you know italian means: Halt or Freeze]" The trees stopped moving all together and the anger and spirit behind the spell, made it strong enough to stop all the trees.

(again i am so sorry danceing sunset hey i know how you said i have to wait to be an animegus so im not alot to be able to shape shift at all till i get me become animegus???)

Emma noticed how Dani had benn attacked and thought it was probully Stephy, Emma quickly ran to Dani.

"Aquato!" Emma shouted of the great force of fire hurtled at them. A great blast of water shot at the fire hopefully takeing out most of the fire.

obviously this is not going to be easy Emma thought,

Zelda ducked and saw some water come out of Emma's wand.. " What was close.." Zelda thought to herself. " Zelda got her wand out and pointed it at Oddie. " Cuto!" Zelda said while pointing her wand at Stephi's legs. What would hurt hear so she couldn't move fast.

Emma saw the great dragon above them, there wasn't much choices at all. It was huge! Stephy didn't seem to be blowing fire no more and just for protection she casted the spell, "Protego!"

Dani swore and got up and started running. She thundered through branches that sought to hold her back and she felt to tinge of fire on her neck, knowing she only had moments before the Dragon she reconized to be Stephy could blow another fireball at them. From her new location in the small clump of trees she glanced around, knowing that dragons were good at protecting themself from spells. She swore and grabbed a few rocks from the forest floor. Breathing a breath to steady her shaking body she ran out from her hiding spot and threw with all her might the rock at Stephy's eyes. Her aim held true and might even make it to it's target. Suddenly a gust of wind knocked Dani off her feet, she goaned and rolled over getting to her feet only to be knocked down again. She did an army crawl towards Stephy's front legs and steadying herself, she pulled out another rock she'd grabbed and pointing her wand at it. She muttered the spell to transform the rock from a rock to a sword.

Taking the broad sword she'd just conjoured she felt her wand being ripped out of her hand, her minds eye thought she saw it land in a group of weeds and bushes. Her instinct however did not follow the path of the wand and held true to the sword and between a giant gust of wind Dani seized the moment and with all her strength thrust the sword into the front right leg, knowing that if the pain didn't make Stephy transform then the leg would come flying up knocking her to the ground and injurying her.

Zelda ran with all her might away from Stephy and pulled out her bow and arrow. She then turned invisible and climbed up a tree. She started launching arrows at her. She must of gotten five out all ready.

Zelda raised her bow once more and looked at the human Oddie... " One blow to the heart is all I need." Zelda thought as she shout a arrow.

Dani heard Zelda's voice and instinct kicked in, "No!" She yelled pulling her wand from a clump of brambles she pointed it at a flying arrow that was headed straight for Stephy. "Reducto!" She shouted and watched as the dart exploded and its remains fell to the earth.

"We fight not to kill only to injure and weaken, only kill if you HAVE to." She said the words with venom in her voice looking at Zelda. She wasn't upset she just really wished that people would hold the human life higher in respect. Stehpy might've desereved death but Dani nor Zelda deserved to give it to her.

Zelda hoped down from the tree and raised her wand and said "perspicuus lux lucis ( Bright light). She hoped that this would revile Oddie.

Dani nodded and smiled when she heard the scream of pain, she pointed her gaze in the direction it had come from and her eyes scaned the ground for traces of blood but she found none. Cursing under her breath she was greatful for the light that Zelda produced from her wand.

She held her own wand steady and whispered 'lumos' and walked forward, her trained eyes saw were the grass was flattened oddly and when a weight had left an impression on the earth. She followed these depressions until she could almost make out a shape ahead of her. Toying with the idea of weather to douse her light or leave it on Dani sighed and walked forward still holding her lit wand infront of her.

"Stehpy," she said calmly. "Please stop fighting, we can help you to St. Mungos your leg needs to be examined." A rush of guilt flooded her as she said these words knowing full well that she had caused the poor girl the pain. "Please, I'm sorry."

Dani threw up her arms over her chest as the spell hit her. She screamed in agony as it burned her and knocked her to her feet. Whimpering slightly she stood up and watched Stephy's retreating frame walk away. Dani knew in her heart that trying to help could only get her killed and she was throughly shocked when Stephy didn't kill her on the spot.

Checking her arms quickly she ran a finger over the burn marks and winced. She picked up her wand from where it had fallen after the spell had hit her. Dani was now sure that there were going to be no other death eaters were going to come to Stephy's rescue and no matter what spell she could cast on herself the wound would still be there issuing internal bleeding. She wanted to yell at herself but Dani decided that it would be best just to follow Stephy until she collapsed or Fainted, maybe then she could help her.

Dani followed the dark figure and was sure she had only been seen once or twice but that was enough to scare Stephy into moving farther away. Dani had long since doused her light and was following Stephy on pure instinct. Standing behind a tree she peered around it looking at a hunched figure on the ground. It was pointing a stick at its leg and it the short spark the wand emmited Dani could see the damage she'd done. The leg was litterally covered in blood, the visable skin a dull ivory. Dani watched as the skin came together only covering the wound. She grimanced and just stood there wondering what she should do next.

Zelda followed Dani into the woods and hoped that it was Stephy that she was following. She was going to try to cast a sleeping charm on Stephy to help the pain ,but to also tie her up.
