Battle Situation: Forum Battle in Hogwarts Grounds (in this thread), night time

Rules of Battle: Rules of general duels (please see duelling forum if you do not know what these are), as many posts as wanted

Length of battle: Approximately 1 week

Possible Points

Up to 200 housepoints per person
500 points (not housepoints) for winning allegience

Dani paused and watched, she held her wand at the ready pointed at Stephy. She looked on showing only slight concern as the girl fell to the forest floor then rumaged around for something, prehaps a fallen wand?

Dani sighed and walked forward, "Expelliamus!" She yelled and watched as the stick Stephy had picked up was knocked out of her hands. "I'm sorry Stephy," she saidadvancing forward, Dani still had her wand pointed at the poor girl. "Please stop fighting, and no harm will come to you."

Zelda was now ready for Stephys resopose... since it didn't come she raised her wand and said " sopor ( deep sleep)". This charm would not physical harm her ,but just make her fall into a deep sleep. This would give the Order time to talk of what to do.

Dani smiled, "Good work Zelda!" She said then looking at the immobile and asleep Stephy two thoughts raced though her mind, what are we going to do and how long will she be able to fight back the spell.

She voiced the first one aloud and waited for Zelda to remark.

Stephy felt her wand leave her wand for a second time and she saw that it was Dani who had cusred it out of her hand. She then listened as Dani told her to give up but she couldnt give up but there was nothing she could do without a wand.

Stephy decided that she might as well as try to snatch up her wand before Dani was to preform any more spells on her but Zelda came and put a sleeping spell on her. Stephy fell to the ground and started to have some wierd dreams

After about what seemed like half an hour, Stephy's dreams started to get foggy and distant. I must be waking up she thought as she fought to quickly regain conscienousness.

After about ten more minutes of fighting off the spell, Stephy finally was able to overcome it but she didnt aannounce that she finally broke the spell. Instead she kept quite and tried not to move as much as possible so that the Order Members would not be able to tell that she was awake and she started to plan.

What am I to do. I dont have my wand. they jinxed it off of me before they put me to sleep and there isnt any other Death Eaters here to save me. Im on my own and I have no wand. What can I do... Stephy thought as she tried to think of the few things a witch could do without a wand but each one ended badly.

After about twenty more minutes, Stephy finally thought of something. Ill change into my Animagus form. Being a dragon Ill be able to quickly spot my wand and once I get that then I can fly away and gather myself. she thought as she took a deeo breathe and concentrated on being a giant winged red Western Dragon. Stephy felt her skin start to warm and tingle and as soon as if started the feeling went away and when she opened her eyes she saw that she was several feet higher that what she usally was.

Looking down she saw Zelda and Dani talking and she quickly threw back her head and sent a ball of fire towards them. As they were both busy with dealing with the fire, Stephy started to look for her wand laying on the ground and thanks to her keen sense of sight she quickly spotted it on the ground. She ran over and gather her wand making sure not to damage it as she picked it up.

Looking over at the Order Members again she sent another ball of fire and then started to flap her wings and quickly took off into the sky heading over to the Great Lake.

Zelda looked ,but it was too late a ball of fire hit her strait in the face and she fell to the ground in sever pain.

Stephy quickly made her way towards the lake, flapping her wings as quicklky as she could. She wanted to get to the lake before anyone was to reach her. Once she saw the lake come in view, Stephy made a stright path towards it and landed softly on the lake side. Looking around she made sure that she didnt see any Order Members nearby. Once she was sure that they weren't nearby she returned back to her human form again.

With a tight grip on her wand, Stephy quickly walked into the lake until the water was about waist high on her. I hope no one finds me here she thought to herself as she tried to think of a spell that could help her out right now

::Dani frowned and watched the sleeping stephy, then suddenly stephy wasn't the silent sleeping girl anymore but the dragon that was her animagus form. Dani swore and tried to dive out of the way of the on coming fire ball, but it hit her. The pain was terrible, the whole of her left leg was burned and her robes were on fire. Common sense tried to tell her that she should stop, drop and roll, but Common sense lost this war, instead Dani screamed, ran, and then finally collapsed and rolled. Once the fire was out, dani was about to point to herself with her wand but it was no longer in her hand.

"Drat!" She yelled then retracing her steps that were marked clearly with still slightly burning embers. Picking up a few wand size sticks and still not finding her wand she came back to where she began standing with Zelda. "Oh my god! Zelda!" Dani said crouching down next to her friend and fellow order member.

Franticly her hands swept the ground for a fallen wand, and she found one though it wasn't hers. The wand in her hand belonged to Zelda but that wouldn't matter, hopefully. "Aquamenti" she said pointing the stick at Zelda's face, a cool stream of liquid shot out of it and landed on Zelda's face.

"Drat, drat, drat, drat." Dani repeated as she was checking Zelda's pulse, there was a heart beat though it was feeble. "Oh damnit! Accio Dani's wand!" she yelled pointing into the darkness, a stick, her wand, soared straight at her and Dani caught it. "Come on Zelda, come one wake up. Wake up. Dear lord I hope she's all right."

Stephy kept walking into the water not sure as to what she was going to do. As she kept walking she felt a surge of pain shoot up her leg every now and then but thanks to the water she didnt have to apply all of her wieght on her leg. Stephy just kept walking and after awhile she reliazed that the water was now at her neck.

Stephy pulled out her wand and held it at her head and said "ebullio caput capitis" (bubble head) and she now looked as of she had placed a glass bowl and her head as she continued to walk farther into the lake. Soon the water was right above her head now.

Hopefully no one will find me here Stephy thought to herself as she swam farther into the middle of the lake

Zelda started to come too and saw Dani... She tried to talk ,but for some reason her mussels where not attached to her brain she couldn't move she just layed there trying to talk.... She reached for her wand ,but it wasn't there she looked at Dani trying to tell there threw her eyes... Zelda reached for her bag ,but didn't have the strength...
