Hospital Wing

Zelda came back after several hours to check on Shadow.

Shadow sat up when Zelda came in.

Shadow turned her head to look at Torren.
"Hello. I ended up in a duel with Scorpious. What about you?"

Shadow smiled slightly.
"Lucky you... kind of."

Shadow laughed lightly.
"I know how that feels. I've been ordered to stay here for the rest of the day. I hate doing that, being cooped up. You shouldn't be here for long, Madame Pomfrey can heal bones easily."

Shadow's smile slid off her face.
"I'd rather take the classes. I can't... hate being confined to one place. It makes me feel like some one could come and I wouldn't be able to run."

Shadow smiled again slightly.
"It's not anything in this dimension that I fear."

"She pops up all right, Raven has a habit of teleporting right in front of you. But even Raven and I can't stop our greatest fear."

Shadow closed her eyes, as if even saying it caused her pain.
"It's our father."

"Your parents were probably human." Shadow said quietly.

"It's complicated, and includes a prophecy." She said.

Shadow stayed silent as Torren thought.

"Sometimes, but not really in this case, unless I interpreted it wrong..." Shadow said thoughtfully.

"Not really. It's quite simple." Shadow said sadly.

Zelda walked over to the new person and said.. " Hello.. what is your name?"

Natalie, a first year Gryffindor walks into the hospital wing, nursing a bloody hand, on which there is a deep bite wound. She looks tearful.

"Now,And what has happened to you, dear?" said madam Pomfry

"I got a bad bite from my friends post owl," said Natalie, trying hard not to cry.

Madam Pomfry sat Natalie down in a soft chair, dabbed some purple liquid on her cut which stung a bit, and then wrapped it up in a bandage.

"Thank you," says Natalie gratefully, and quietly makes her way to her dormitary to pack her schoolbag (she's meeting her friends Jamie from Hufflepuff outside Transfiguration, and doesn't want to be late, they're turning quills into pencils today)

Natalie was walking slowly down the corridor, as she was putting off going into Professor Binns' class. She heard footsteps behind her. She turned to see who it was. It was Dorothy, though she didn't look herself, she had tears in her eye.

"Are you ok?" Natalie asked, concerned, "are you hurt?"

"Oh...well, yes they are savages, but they are fasinating....although saying that, one attacked me while I was sitting under the big tree in the grounds the other day," said Natalie, still looking worried about your friend.

Hayley was walking around a corner when she herad a voice she knew. Sure enough when she walked up, she saw Natalie, and a girl she didn't know. "Nat? Hey, s'up?" she looked at the other girl and smiled. "Hi, I'm Hayley, what's your name?"

"Hi," said Natalie, "hows you Hayley?"

Raven walked Shadow to the Hospital wing, telling her off for not wanting to go.
"Raven! I'm fine!"
"No, you're not!"

Holly followed the bickering sisters sighing.
"Madam Pomfery!" she called across the ward, "The giant squid attacked Shadow!"

((The giant squid?))

Raven forced Shadow to sit down, and said that if she so much as moved, then she would send her to another dimension.

((Was this the time Nat was there or another time?))

"Yeah...I was there...I saw it all!" said Natalie, chipping in to get Madam Pomfrey to listen.

"Me to!" yelled Hayley, although not used to lying, she sounded quite unconvincing. "Oh, and Nat, in reply to your last question, not much is up," she said smiling

Shadow stood up, wanting to leave. Raven glared at her, but she ignored it, heading for the exit.

"It was horrible," Holly said, "But im sure you will be able to cure her RIGHT?"

((lol, She'd probably already know!))

Raven teleported in front of Shadow and crossed her arms. Shadow took the hint.

"Go on," Holly urged, "Tell madam Pom-Pom all about it,"

"About which one, the truth?" Shadow muttered.

((What happened?? What are you two keeping from me??))

"What are you two keeping from my controller?" said Natalie robotically, as I have broken into her mind.

"What?" Asked Shadow.

Natalie shook some sense back into herself.

"Nothing," said Natalie.

Shadow nodded, keeping a hand over her side.
