Hospital Wing

"MADAM POMREY!" Yelled Natalie, "SHADOW NEEDS YOU!"

"No yelling in the hospital wing...you'll disturb the other guests," said the matron, "if you do I'll ask you to leave.

Natalie grudgingly shut her mouth.

Shadow muttered a string of swear words in her native language as she saw Madame Pomfrey. Raven glared at her.

Natalie stared at her, willing herself not to laugh. She had read those words in the back of her ancient runes and languages dictionary, and none of them were flower names.

Raven stood on Shadow's foot, causing her to hiss in pain and glare at her sister.
"People might know those words." Raven said.

"Yeah I know those words," Holly lied, "And i know nothing,"

Raven raised an eyebrow.

"Aw...Holly...you know...some things...you knew what that thing was...in potions the other day...what thing with the foot," Natalie said.

"Oh yeah," HOlly said proudly, "IM NOT TOTALLY USELESS!"
She glanced around at the sick children, all staring at her panic striken.
"Get well soon," she whispered.

Madame Pomfrey ordered Shadow to lie down and began to look at her injuries.

Holly lounged on a sick boys bed, and responded to his protests with "Im a third year"

Shadow flinched violently as the nurse cleaned her wounds.

Holly wrinkled her nose at the sight of blood, but kept her big mouth shut.

Natalie did the same, and sat down on the same bed as Holly.

Hayley, not knowing what to do, as she wasn't...all there, sat down beside Natalie, and as the young boy began to speak, she just said, "Ah-ah!"

"Aw...come on guys...je's only a first year...HOLY SMOKES...what happened to you?"Natalie asked the boy, for he had a huge cut running down his face.

"Fell down," he murmered quietly.

"Ew," said Hayley, then got up as she felt it was unfair. With a flick of her wand a few chairs appeared, and she sat down. "Guys, sit down," she said to Natalie and Holly.

Shadow sat up again, touching the bandages around her midsection.

Natalie sat down on a char beside Shadows bed.

"What did that to you?" Natalie asked, because she knew that Shadow had gotten her injuries from fighting in her dimension.

"A blow from the captain of the enemy." Shadow said.

"Wow...he must have been a big guy," said Natalie.

Shadow smiled.
"Not that hard to defeat some one when it's something like ten on one, even if one is a half demon." She chuckled quietly before hissing in pain because of that.

Natalie winced as Shadow hissed.

"Does it hurt terribly?" she asked.

"You try getting a sword stuck in you." Shadow muttered.

"Eww....that must have been agony," gasped Natalie.

"Yeah," Holly said to Natalie.

"Tell me about it." Shadow muttered.

Holly smiled a little.
"Any better?" she asked Shadow.

"It still hurts like hell, but I suppose so." Shadow said.

"Good," Holly said, "Pom-Pom is a genious when it comes to healing people.....im bored....,"

Shadow nodded.
"I hate coming here."

"Yeah...but Pom Pom is stupid when it comes to Shadows swear words," said Natalie, smiling.

Shadow managed a small smile.

Natalie smiled back.

"We should like, throw things at the other patients," Holly said, "Then- no...no lets not do that....i see something i like over there,"
She grinned, applied lip gloss and made her way over to a bed with a non sick looking fifth year boy in it.
"Yo," she said, "Im Holly,"

Natalie sighed, then laughed as the boy threw up in a bucket at the side of his bed.

Holly smiled sickly, and moved back to Shadow and the others.
"Hello" she said.

Shadow smiled slightly.
"Hard luck."

"Oh look," said Natalie,"there's one that isn't sick at all," said Natalie, pointing to the door, where a dude had come in the see his mate...the dude who just threw up!

Holly shrugged.
"Luck of the draw," she said grinning, "And a hospital aint exactly an ideal place to pick up a date-"
Holly's eyes widened. Riley Farthing had just entered the ward, with a bunch of flowers in his hand.
He was visiting someone. A girl?
Holly screamed inside her head.

"BLOODY HELL! ITS RILEY!" yelled Natalie

Shadow flinched.
"please don't shout."

"Yeah, what are you trying to do? Get him to look over-"
"Holly!" Riley called, waving over. Holly sunk low in her chair.
"Do you think he's seen me yet?" she whispered to Natalie.

"But Shadow.....thats Holly's one true love...I thought he was muggle," said natalie surprised, "and something else too."

"Of course he has. Now stop hiding." Shadow said firmly, pushing her towards the boy.

Holly let her self be pushed, wishing she looked nicer than just the gryffindor robed kid she was.
"Hi," she said to Riley, who grinned at her.
"Whos that?" he asked pointing to Shadow.
"My friend," Holly said awkwardly, "Come and meet people,"
"I need to drop these off first," Riley said, be with you in a minute Bris,"

Natalie looked a Riley

"Hi," she said waving.

Hayley smiled at Riley, whom Holly spoke so fondly of. "Hi Riley..I think we've met...I'm Hayley,"

At the other end of the ward, Riley passed the bunch of flowers to an old, old woman, and walked back over.
"Hi again," he laughed, "And yeah Hayley, we've met. Nice to see you again!"

"Hi...how are you then Riley? I haven't seen you for a while," said Natalie, "where've you been?"

"Chillin the the gryffindor common room basically," he said shrugging, "What about you guys?"
"Same," Holly said, and moved over a little on her chair, "You can sit if you wish,"
Riley grinned and did so.
