Willow entered the library, a huge pile of books in her bag. Dropping them on the table with a loud bang, she walked around the shelves; selected a few books and sat down.

She took a quill from the middle of the table carefully dipped it in the ink and began to write her Charms essay.

A young first year Gryffindor girl called Natalie Patterson enters the library and starts working on her Potions essay. She's coping quite well with it, being muggle born, probably because she had listened as her Potions master as he lectured them on simple antidotes.

Shadow closed her book, returning it to the shelf. She left the library, her cloak billowing out behind her.

Natalie, who noticed her leave, looked up briefly from her book and muttered a goodbye to Shadow. She continues with her Potions work.

Natalie looked up just in time to see a Slytherin girl nod at her.
"Hi, I'm Natalie," she said, and, plucking up the courage she walked over and held out her hand for the girl to shake.

"Oh, I was researching the beazor and its different qualities, its really quite fasinating.What are you researching? I'll bet its interesting,' said Natalie, who was growing to like researching topics for subjects, especially potions and transfiguration.

Jamie slammed a book on the table, madam promfry gave him a look fit for death. He'd had enough of revising, this charms exams was proving hard to revise for when they hadn't done anythingall term, well maybe they did but he never paid attension

(Umm, the librarian is called madam pince...anywho)

Natalie looked over at Jamie.

"She'll have you expelled for that," she joked, then continued her conversation with Dorothy

(opppz ea what was i thinking *slaps head* to late at nite anyway!*

Jamie tiredly got up it was 7:30 he'd spend all day in the library

"Where are you off to in such a hurry?" Natalie asked Jamie, "didn't you just come in?"

Emmalynn trudged into the library behind Professor McGonagall. She had been caught telling one of the first years that McGonagall would eat them if they didn't do their homework. Let's just say the teacher was extremely angry at Emmalynn.

"Madame Pince, Miss Malfoy here is you're worker bee for the next two hours. Don't go easy on her," McGonagall said briskly before striding out of the library. Emmalynn looked at the librarian.

"Good evening Madme Pince," she said, smiling.

"Emmalynn," she responded, "you may go read whatever you like for the next two hours, just tell McGonagall that you... reorganized the duey-decimal system without magic."

Emmalynn nodded. She was always here, and the librarian had taken a liking to her, so when McGonagall brought her here for detentions, she always just read, never learnubg her lesson.

"Actuallyl, Jamie, it doesn't really matter, I think I'm going to go now too," siad Natalie, "will you walk me back to Gryffindor tower? I would go myself, its just with Filch prowling around....I really don't want to run into him on my own."

S.master came in. (hm..I think the forbidden books are there)

"yo! What's up?"

"well quite yes as Second year is becoming dreadful"

"yeh ,for normal students that's true"

"Oh, second year not that hard," Natalie said, "I just do all my essays and homework when I get them, it really doesn't help to leave it to the last minute. As for studying, I just make myself out a timetable."

She turned back to Jamie.

"So, you coming or not Jamie....Jamie...." she said, waving here hand in front of his face.

"JAMIE!!!!"

"Shhh," said Madam Pince angrily.

"Well, my problem is, no outside trip as only Second year!"s.master lowered his voice.

"May be I should sneak out once for awhile."

"Oh, thanks for the tip. But I found out another way." S.master said coolly.

"Oookay then Jamie, you can go if you want, and I'll stay....I have another eassy at do anyway," said Natalie rolling her eyes

(Book of Ingredients.. It's suppose to be under the title of potions.)

Natalie sat down and opened her History of magic book and began to scribble on a piece of parchment her essay on the new House Elf Legislation Laws.

"Ah.. Homework done. As well as..." S.master returned the books.

"Hey, do you think it woulds be offensive to Professor Binns if I wrote H.E.L.L instead of House elf Legislation Laws....considering someone as boring as him could never have got into heaven," Natalie said with a forced laugh...she had too much homework to do to laugh properly.

Jamie snapped out of his trance,
"sorry.... oh no, just write it in beacets beside it" like this
he wrote on her parchment

H.E.L.L (house elf legislation laws.)

"Oh finally Jamie," said Natalie irritably (her work load had increased as it was near exam time), "you finally find yourself in the present day, and not day-dreaming...as usual...oh, but thanks for the tip, and watch your ink bottle, it looks a bit precarious over your parchment."

"oh yeah" Jamie had forgotton he'd work to do,
"I can't be bothered doing this you know, my exams are coming up to and i just to lazy!"

"Yeah you are, ohh I forgot, I was going to tell you, when I was home over Christmas, I saw Sweeney Todd the film, and now I have to do an homework on it for muggle studies," Natalie signed, "I wish I hadn't taken all those subjects, I still have to use my time turner, do you?"

*sighs*

"yeah... its hard, ive had close calls too many times" he finished

"I know, like that one time after arithmacy when we met up in the entrance hall to time travell, and that Slytherin saw the tail of my robes going out the door when we went back in time, you know, I might give up muggle studies next year, its just too easy for me," said Natalie.

(lol...silencing charms)

"Um...Dorothy, can I borrow your blotting clothe...you know...to blot my parchment?" asked Natalie.

"Oh...bye Dorothy," said Natalie.

"The next ingredient, with any luck, might find some here. Gotta watch for 8eyes." S.master referring his book.
