HEBB 2 : Bedroom

Shadow bowed her head to the newcomers, not saying anything. She turned to face Cat.
"I'm not all that sure about it." She replied.

"Hey Kaylee," Katie said in response to her housemate's greeting. Then she starting walking back to her already claimed bed. "And by the way, I don't snore." she said with a giggle over her shoulder. She picked the suitcases of the floor and lifted them onto the bed with care not to damage anything. As she unzipped the suitcases filled with neatly ironed outfits and filled the drawers with them it hit her that she was alone here with no Nanna to help her.

Shadow pulled the hood on her cloak over her face as she smiled again. Secretive, suspicious and anti-social by nature, she was a little intimidated by what was going on around her.

Shadow turned to face Kaylee.
"Shadow." She replied, "And about the rude behavior, I've seen a lot worse." Shadow smiled slightly, but wasn't joking.

Caro wrinkled her nose to Alizée's comment about her 'freaky toes' and snorted. "My toes are brilliant!" she pointed out, and wiggled her toes in front of Alizée's face. "SEE!?"

Pamela plopped down on the bed, exhaused. Panting, she said, "Time...can't...breathe. Need...water." True she was being a bit dramatic, but everyone would just have to live with it.

Caro stood up on her fluffy bed, and puched the air, while posing like a superhero. "SUPEROWL TO RESCUE!!!!!!!!!" she exclaimed, and jumped down. She charmed a vase into a bucket of water, and threw it at Pamela. "Is she alive?" she asked and peered at the soaked girl. "MORE WATER!!!!!" she yelled, and pointed her wand at the bucket, and it filled with more water, and threw it at Pamela again. "Eh? Dude?" Caro asked, and poked Pamela.

Sputtering, Pamela put herself in a more dignified sitting position. "I meant to drink but thanks, that actually felt kind of good." Pamela looked around at her bed, and all her stuff. "Oh shoot, now it needs cleaned," she said, pouting. Then she shrugged, pulled out her wand and stood up. "Scourgify," she said, pointing the wand at her bed.

Caro blinked a few times as she heard applauses, and threw the bucket aside - almost hitting an innocent bystander with it - and bowed to her crowd. "Why thank you!" she said, flashing a charming smile. "And once again, the day is saved!" she said. "No need to thank me, dear girl," Caro told Pamela, smiling. "You are safe now, I give you my word."

Finally emerging from the closet, Jenn dusted herself off. Finally, it was clean as from the looks of it, it wasn't cleaned from the last time they were here. Afterall there were still clumps of leprechaun food in the corners! As she looked up, she saw a bucket come flying straight at her. Jenn was able to duck as the sailed over her head into the closet, knocking everything in the closet over.

"What's the use?" She said with a groan as she closed the door, not even bothering to clean up again.

Caro bowed once more, and grinned. "It was a tactical move, Jenny dear!" she explained.

"Well, as the day is once again saved, it is time for me to grace other people with my mere existence!" she saluted, and waved elegantly as the Queen herself. "Toodles!"

(Me is gonna go now, it's almost 1am here and I have school tomorrow See ya tomorrow!)

Deciding that unpacking might just have to wait until the next day, Gemma backed away from her mount of stuff to flop onto the fluffy bed and take a little nap, after all she had had a nice day - and a fair share of rum!

After drying herself off, Pamela finally began to unpack. She pulled out a plastic case that looked like something from a science fiction movie and was covered with numerous warnings. Inside there was something that looked like a small ball of fluff. "Be good, Worf." She still giggled at the irony of naming her "pet" tribble after a klingon.

Then she began adding her clothes into a collapsable travel wardrobe she pulled out of her suitcase. After all that was finished, she grabbed her stuffed frog, Quidgey (so named because he was squishy and his material reminded her of a quidditch pitch for some reason) and curled up under her blanket. Then she remembered she was still fully dressed. Ah well, I'm too tired. She was asleep in a matter of minutes.

For some reason, Pamela could not stay asleep. She woke to find that her thumb had made it's way to her mouth as it so often did in her sleep. She hoped no one had noticed. She had vaguely heard someone asking her something. She turned to Kaylee and asked, "Did you say something?"

Pamela came over. "Of course you don't smell," she said, reassuringly. "Honestly, I just picked a random bed with no regards as to who was where. The bed on the other side of me is available," she added.

(I have no clue where everyone is in the room, so I hope the bed actually is empty)

"Well, you can take the bed next to me if you're lonely," Pamela offered. Kaylee had always seemed so nice, and Pamela didn't want to chance be stuck by someone who was a meanie. That and maybe Kaylee wouldn't laugh at her odd sleeping quirk.

Dragon waved to Kaylee and Pamela from her bed directly across from Kaylee. "Hey. Is any of you going to go to sleep yet?"

"Sounds like a plan," Pamela replied. "I think I'm going to try to get some sleep officially," she added. Then she got up and grabbed her Mater pajamas. After she had snuggled under the covers, she changed out of her street clothes and set them in a laundry bag by her bed. "Night all," she said, blowing a kiss to everyone in the room.

Sarah walked into the bedroom and looked around to see most of the beds already taken. She laughed as it seemed like this room was like the TARDIS - so much bigger than it first looked.

She spotted a bed and plonked her case onto it hoping that this bed hadnt already been taken

Shadow saw the others beginning to gradually go to bed. Taking their lead, she also crawled under her blankets, curling into a tight ball. She still kept a careful ear on what was going on around her though.

Somehow having managed to doze off while all the new arrivals had come, Cris woke up all of a sudden. "Who am I?! Where am I?! What time is it?!", she cried out, still feeling a bit hazy after her first proper sleep in a new place. Then her eyes fell onto the bed that ad filled up around her and .. the sleeping people in them. Slapping her forehead, she realised she probably had been too loud... "Ooops!".

She wanted to tiptoe out of the room and let everyone sleep, since she didn't feel like sleeping anymore, but she somehow managed to stumble over her own feet and fall flat onto the floor, in the middle of the way between the beds. "Yaaay," she thought sarcastically, "aren't I a little smartie?!". Then she curiously started exploring the floor of the bedroom - since she had landed in that position she might just as well take advantage of the different perspective, right?! - and she discovered the playing cards she had taken to her hands before falling asleep. "Hmm, let's see what my future holds," she thought merrily and started playing patience.

"Oh, I see a lot of fun ..... and something exciting is going to happen in this house .... and if I interpret this right, I might just about make it to Big Brother champion ...... "

Thus deeply sunken in happy pictures of the future (well - her own dreams would be a better way of putting it *g*), Cris almost didn't notice the noises of someone waking up. She rose her head. "Heya Polly!", she whispered, "haven't got the chance to greet you yet, hellooooo! - Want me to tell your future?"
